Something tells me they are setting up their share structure like a mission-owned company. Seems to be what successful environmental companies do. http://www.maala.org.il/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/notjustfprofit.pdf (scroll down to Mission-controlled companies and look at Take interface inc share structure)
Totally agree. If you want proof: SEC 14C
To approve the creation of Preferred Stock as a series of super-voting preferred stock, par value $500 and to establish the number of shares of such series of super-voting preferred stock, and designate the terms, rights, preferences, privileges, qualifications, limitations and restrictions that will constitute such series of super-voting preferred stock , as set forth below (the “Series B Preferred Stock”).

Credit goes to the longs. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
I think it will be interesting to see if the "Friday effect" on the release of the 8K after hours hold true for this stock.
lol u said everything i wanted to say in three words.
If you believe this, show me a similar type company that had these type of deals that ended up going through a similar type progression as you claim. If not, you are also just spouting non-sense.
Support your damn claim with evidence if you want any shred of credibility.
Honestly, it comes down to one thing: do they have the deal or not? The fact is they do have the deal. Other than that you are overanalyzing it to death. TAKE A DAMN STANCE on something and have some conviction in what you say.
Don't be sad. He consistently does that on multiple different stocks if you look into his profile deeper. If anything, he's a flip flop that can take a damn stance on anything.
I think its relevant, because the preferred shareholders will have a greater claim to assets and earnings, whether its insolvent or not, before the common shareholders even get paid. Since the company pays no dividends, what would be the expectation for preferred holders to have in this situation, and how would their equity stake translate into cash for them? I am not saying that commons will be worthless, but I am just saying that valuations of commons might not be as significant. I wasn't necessarily hating on commons but just food for thought so thank you and if I am totally wrong, then thats cool because I am learning as well.
For all common stock holders, a very interesting article to read about startups of Preferred vs Common Stock and how they payouts work.

Hell yeah government inference is always a scam! Big brother be creeping. LMAO
Gender constructs are meaningless. If you provide quality arguments/DD, then you will be appreciated for that. So lets put an end to this.
What makes your messages meaningless, is that you have no evidence to support your claims. If you want to make a case, then show some proof. If not your just spewing off nonsense.
Peace bro on HCTI. The AXXE pumpers are calling you!
What's the risk though in doing this? It just seems like a high risk/high reward situation.
Leveraging the US, by promoting to Moscow!
I think you need to redefine the meaning of contrarian on the OTC. Overall this message board, represents a fraction of OTC investors. I would say if anything, the true-longs, are the true contrarians of the OTC.
Refers to previous post made for Broph...runners fits in that category also.
Make sure to complete your thoughts. The shares will go down down down so you can buy buy buy. Guess what that makes you, a manipulator.
Just for your clarification:
The definition of a manipulator is the person or machine that does a job with skill or shrewdly manages something to their benefit. A crane operator is an example of a manipulator. A mechanical arm used to work with toxic materials is an example of a manipulator. A dishonest politician is an example of a manipulator.
Mitsui has supported LanzaTech in 2014, contributing 112 mil in 2014. I wonder if there is any connection to hybrid?
Yeah that also could be true as well. It is probably be a combination of both, but at this point, time will tell. I am not entirely sure we have enough information to figure out what's actually going on, although Oleg did mention in an older article that he isn't placing all his eggs in one basket. Nonetheless, still a better OTC play, then the others that exist.
ItIt might be worth looking at, but at the same time it will come down to the technicals. Can Covestro compete technically with Hybrid? You have to support your claim with the science which is the ultimate determinant, or this becomes moot.
I'm not sure if you are familiar with the body paint phenomenon going on, but wouldn't it be nice if they came up with a nonisocyante based body paint? Because let's be honest, the only truly green solution, is wearing nothing at all.
It's good to be skeptical. No ones doubting that but there are two sides to every story. The way the PR is released and crafted is terrible. Nonetheless, they have delivered on their partnership with IF. That is a fact. We can all estimate what revenues might be, but we don't really know until they have fully marketed the product which they haven't. Also, polymate ltd isn't just limited to this one product, they have developed an intellectual portfolio for many of their products which is what many successful startup companies have done time after time. You can't ignore that, so yeah a financial sheet represents what is happening currently, but you haven't considered the value of the entire portfolio. The other component is the EPA, why would the EPA give this company award for Green Chemistry if they didnt believe in it's value? This award, if you look at past winners has been awarded to F500 companies as well as other startups that currently generate at least 100 mil revenue. This is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the amount of similarities that this company has to successful companies. Too many that probability dictates that is less due to random chance and has higher statistical value of significance.

Bernie Sanders is a double edge sword for this stock. He would increase regulation which would potentially make the EPAs job easier and possibly accelerate the switch to our product. It would kill investors do to the increased speculative tax he would institute on Wall Street. IMO
Total SCAM just like the EPA and global warming and CO2 emissions. TRUMP 2016!!!! Haha
You have no basis for what your saying. Just agreeing with a person, who quiet frankly has been betting on stocks that have consistently lost money and undergo reverse splits. just ask him about AXXE.
I agree with you, but every story has two sides. What do you see as the potential downside?
LOL I think its funny how we give Runners the attention, he so clearly doesn't deserve. If you want to put an end to his nonsense, just don't reply to him. He will crash and burn on his own.
I agree with the other post, the PR will be released in due time, so who cares if we get 1 PR vs 2 PR a month. Just be patient and watch to see what unfolds. No need to be all emotional about it.
I'll have to check it out. Thanks
I figured he did at some point. Just thought it was worth mentioning again.
I think PPG might be involved as well. Check this out: http://www.paintsquare.com/news/?fuseaction=view&id=9788
I'll have to look into those then and what the competitors are doing as well. I will get my fact straight but you can't deny that we have some strong competition with some big players as well. Doing those in house with their own R&D is far more cheaper than paying licensing fees, a reality we can't ignore.
players.
Also, HUM was the fix for the previous question that I had since it sped up the chemical's kinetics. Thanks to Mick.
Yup and his competitors, and there are alot of competitors, especially from the Fortune 500 companies, however, I'm getting the impression the Dr. Fig is a pioneer but that doesn't mean much for the company.
Hey guys I was reading this patent: http://www.google.com/patents/WO2013060950A1?cl=en
I had a question. It was stating that one of that one significant disadvantage of the method of synthesis of Green Polyurethane is that it takes extremely long even with a catalyst (>200 hours) to make the intermediate product. This would increase production time significantly, and so these companies are probably looking for other methods to speed this process up. My question is what has the company done to address this?
"the energy of activation of the reaction is very high, a quantitative conversion of the reactants is reached when the polycondensation is carried out at temperatures above 80 ° C and when the reaction time exceeds 200 hours. To optimize this condensation reaction, various methods advocate the use of catalysts. The catalysts used are usually selected from the metal salts, Lewis bases, alkali metal salts, quaternary ammonium salts, and modified clays. But the temperature and the reaction time remains high, which is highly disadvantageous industrially."
This patent then claims to have found a faster way.
What do you guys think?
So I guess we can rule 3M out? What do you guys think?

Cut and Copy the protein shakes from the website. That's odd to post PR on facebook, then release it on the newswire.
Normally I would agree, but it seems as though the Sherwin Williams is trying to take away sales from PPG in the paint manufacturing segment. They released a PR about their antimicrobial paint in their 3rd quarter conference call, called it a game changer, even though the paint was not set to be release til February this year. Furthermore, PPG already had a patent in 2012 for antimicrobial type paint, and I think Sherwin Williams received more attention for their paint, especially with EPA certification behind.
Since our product is also a potential revenue generator with the EPA backing, why would it be surprising if they released a collaboration or mention of a partnership with HCTI. That would be put them in the spotlight, and allow them to potentially steal more sales from their biggest competitor.
