And foley and Roycap hold the other 1.2 billion? Yeah that sounds about right.
Geez. Morons
Well the last time the stock was at .005 (which would be a gift since we have now hit .003's) it was 2013. Besides ntek issuing (and then taking back) convertibles to convicted felons Godfrey and Bandfield in Belize (you only did this for ONE reason), they issued others discounted shares at the following cost basis's.
Keep in mind the amount of shares issued here is peanuts compared to what was given just to foley and Royal capital in the last year, over 800 million.
This is what's happening now:
The holders of convertible debt still make tons of money here. Trust me, they're not concerned about this being in the .003's. Shareholders are essentially supporting the pps from total collapse while the dumping continues. It's the PERFECT scenario for those dumping.
Just gotta know where to look.
Question: Should I trust someone who today, is screaming the word "buy" with lots of exclamation points at investors? Is that solid advice? Not sure... Tks
.002's this week? The pps is making so many investment geniuses look great. Congrats.
Here's a few more, wow.
WOW, that is nauseating to read. WTF.
Below are a few other Big Investment Group discussions from April 2015, when NTEK was trading between .014-.012 that I found "interesting" amongst other thoughts.
If it bothers you that YOU yourself bought NTEK shares based on BIG and/or Silk alerts, you really ought to go back and just start reading NTEK's press releases. In my mind they are equally ridiculous based on the way they've panned out.
You know the old saying, "fool me once, shame on me..."?
Well, it appears we may need to modify that to reflect alternate investment strategies:
"Fool me 24 times, shame on me....".
Maybe the 25th time (whatever, insert any number, it's waaaay higher than one) will be "the day".
Somebody's getting rich, but it isn't us.
Maybe this would be more accurate:
"Fool me 24 times, shame on shorts. Fool me 25 times, shame on shorts. Fool me 26 times, shame on shorts. etc. etc. etc."
What if it 'ain't' the shorts?
That, is a sobering thought because what are the alternatives?
From the public FB page:
Here's another "Ultraflix" website: http://ultraflix.tictail.com/products
Thanks. Here are the free NTEK articles he had on his pilot website which, never got off the ground.
I put the article you linked along with the text of the PR at the bottom. I also added another link to his other PR's, his site disclaimer and other stuff at the bottom.
BIG NTEK Update:
January 20, 2015 admin
There has been a great deal of speculation about what type of revenues and/or profits we can expect driven by UltraFlix subscribers/rentals. I will share my insight on that based on what I know about the financial payout and gross margin associated.
First I would like to share what it costs to acquire the rights to specific films. It’s not cheap. For movies like Rocky, Robocop, etc it costs NTEK approx $250K per film. NTEK must pay that fee up front to the respective studio. For exclusive deals on movies not yet released online or DVD you can expect to pay $750-$1MM per film! So folks that is where the money went as a result of the increased OS we have witnessed over the past year. As a shareholder I have no issue with that as it must be done to ensure UF is relevant in this industry. As a result of these deals recently, UF is poised to deliver significant cash flow over the next 6 months thus enabling future deals to be funded internally without issuing shares.
Now let’s talk revenues and profits. Gross profit margin on all rentals is 40%. All licensing rights are locked for 11-12 months then renegotiated. For movies such as Rocky, Robocop, Fargo, etc you can expect 100-150K rentals over that 11-12 month period conservatively. That’s about $900K in revenue and $360K in profit per film annually. For a film not yet released and exclusive to UF you can expect 350K in rentals delivering over $3MM and $1.2MM in revenues and profits respectively per year!!! I also know that UF subscribers are growing at a significant rate. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out the enormous potential here. The company will not put out forward looking projections or statement any longer and I agree with that decision. The more and more deals that are announced is like money in the bank. If UF lands any exclusive deals for features not yet released, look out as the number of UF subscribers will go through the roof not to mention the revenues generated.
For full disclosure, I am long with this company owning 29.7MM free trading shares as well as 23.2MM restricted shares, restricted from trading for 12 months

NTEK’s Ultrafix to be Industry Leader for 4K Viewing
January 20, 2015 admin
NTEK’s UltraFlix is positioned to be the industry leader for 4K UltraHD content and viewing!
This is NOT speculation or my opinion folks this is happening before our eyes. I predict each major TV manufacturer in the smart TV segment will announce UltraFlix as it’s dedicated 4K viewing channel as they unveil and launch their hottest new 4K TV’s.
Sony was first with the new Bravia line and tomorrow Vizio announced it will unveil their new P series 4K Smart TV’s. I fully expect them to name UltraFlix as a viewing partner with an official announcement shortly after. If this occurs it’s on like Donkey Kong my friends. Samsung, LG and Panasonic are slated to unveil their new 4K TVs as well over the next month. Do folks realize what this means?? NTEK and UltraFlix would have locked up the entire high end 4K TV market!!! Each one of these deals are worth 10’s of millions in revenue PER YEAR EACH! I’ll say this again do you really think the industry heavyweights would go out on a limb to publicly announce a partnership with NTEK if they were not certain the quality of the product and the near term plans relative to A list quality content? NOT A CHANCE!!
As a result I am convinced the next BIG blockbuster type news events we hear after all the UF/TV partnerships will be partnerships with the large movie studios for 4K film stock conversion! IMO this all happens fairly quickly given the mass marketing occurring and the 4K craze occurring.
Now back to the NP-1 for all other non smart TV 4K units. I know many have done the same and posted similar pictures, but I visited Best Buy today discussing UF and the NP-1 with the store manager. They are highly anticipating the arrival of the NP-1 and already have a slot carved out on the store floor along side the Roku’s, etc. Bottom right hand corner will contain the NP-1 inventory and by the look of things this will occur very soon! We also talked about the demos in the Magnolia Center and it was confirmed that they plan on streaming 4K content via the NP-1 on their larger 4K panel TV’s (70-80 inch).
I cannot wait to see the 2015 revenue projections for the company. I fully expect to see between $80-120MM projected conservatively. Very conservatively!
And we are trading at .0925. NOT FOR LONG FOLKS!!!!

NTEK the next MEDIA GIANT????
January 20, 2015 admin
There has undoubtedly been a great deal of individuals who have attempted to discredit this gem, and we all know where many of them dwell. It was a wonderful day to watch them squirm as they fought tooth and nail to discourage investment and bad mouth a company like SONY. I for one found this incredibly amusing as their short positions begin to squeeze which will undoubtedly turn parabolic one day in the near future. For all that weren’t aware, NTEK inked a deal with SONY to carry their app Ultraflix on their new 4k TV’s. I hope reading this you have to pause as I did to think about the magnitude of this news. There are very few company’s in OTC land that ever make this kind of monumental leap which is why I believe they will not be in the OTC for long. I’m also assuming there are more announcements to come!!!
If this wasn’t enough, Best Buy was blogging about Ultraflix today highlighting how amazing the technology is and how excited they are to have it available in their stores soon!
I believe it suffices to say that this just may be a life changer and ground floor opportunity thatBIG Investment Group LLC and Silk Dynasty Stocks LLC have brought to our loyal followers. Bennie and I truly believe we have one of the most undervalued opportunities in the market and will continue to provide updates as they are made available to us. This has already made people a ton of coin and just might be one that is talked about for years to come!
As always, find someone you love and tell them that you love them.
Your Silk Dynasty editor, Nic:))

NTEK iS THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING!
January 20, 2015 admin
A quick look at the chart and you will see that this gem has come from sub penny levels of .001 and hit a 52 week high of 17 cents. Throughout the last several months we saw a retrace to a low of around 4 cents and since then we have consistently put in higher and higher lows. When evaluating if a particular security has bottomed and begun to reverse, I always look for multiple higher lows as a dead cat bounce is common and can trap numerous novice traders. I would assume it is safe to say that we have started the uptrend again which is why I was sounding the alarm at 5 cents. A MAJOR threshold was crossed today when we broke through the 200 day moving average of .083. Moving averages can serve as great indicators of support and resistance. The 50 day moving average is significant and the 200 day moving average is even greater. Keep in mind this is a two way street in that if a 200 day moving average is cracked on the low end, it can be very bearish, and coincidentally BULLISH if broken towards the sky! Even the most healthy charts retrace, but the fact that we closed above the 200 day moving average today is incredible for longs!
Now lets discuss the short positions that are in play on NTEK. I’m assuming there is some retail shorts, meaning individuals like you and I; however, I am certain market makers are short. Level 2 can be extraordinarily exciting and before I get into that, I would like to provide a definition for those that don’t know what it is. A trading service consisting of real-time access to the quotations of individual market makers registered in every Nasdaq listed security, as well as market makers’ quotes in OTC Bulletin Board securities. ( This means you can see what a certain market maker is willing to pay for and/or buy a certain security in REAL TIME!) Today was one of those days that level 2 was just breathtakingly awesome!!! I saw a 700k share cover on the bid that was never filled minutes before close!!! Rest assured that all of you will have this service for SO cheap once our site comes on line very soon, and I will be doing teaching seminars on reading and understanding level 2.
We began to see what a short squeeze can do, and I’m assuming we haven’t seen anything yet. The second we crossed that 200 day moving average, the squeeze was on as individuals and MM began to get a little scared. We should see another nice squeeze if we can break .103 which should most likely take us to the .15-.17 range. This my friends is where things will begin to get VERY interesting! The 52 week high, which is 17 cents will be a major trigger!. If we can start breaking through that we will see what is known as a blue sky breakout! At this point, all bets are off as there is no technical data to find our next resistance point. in my opinion, we would see it cruise to around .25-.30 cents before the next pull back and I for one will have to take a breather as the excitement is already making me nuts!
We are in amazing times and I’m beyond excited for all NTEK longs and hope this is one that will be talked about for the next 20 years! With certain developments and announcements from the company, it is difficult to not have those thoughts cross your mind!
AS ALWAYS, FIND SOMEONE YOU LOVE AND TELL THEM THAT YOU LOVE THEM!

Did this occur on his "vacation" to the Cayman Islands by any chance? Anyone have this old PR saved somewhere?
Thanks, I was thinking that perhaps the timing of Godfrey's indictment may have had something to do with the returning of the IPC Corporate shares.
Either way, it all stinks and if there is a way to link at least one of these entities I'd appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction.
I think these shares are sitting in off shore shells getting dumped daily. That sound off?
I'm hoping we see who Royal capital is on one of the two ntek lawsuits. They claim they can't afford to pay the contract but it looks like they are paying Royal capital without issue to the tune of over 700 million shares. What's wrong with that picture?
NTEK
Hello, does anyone know the best way to find an IBC entity? Starting perhaps in Belize, Nevis, Cayman Islands, etc.
I'm looking for Royal Capital Group, FS Global Capital, Galaxy Worldwide Corporation for starters.
Back in 2013, NTEK issued 44 million shares to Galaxy Worldwide Corporation who was really IPC Corporate Services (Andrew Godfrey, Robert Bandfield).
This connection wasn't readily apparent to me because NTEK only listed Galaxy Worldwide in their filings disclosure. In the ongoing Longside Ventures lawsuit, one of the exhibits shows the connection by listing IPC and their Belize address in NTEK's letter to their transfer agency at that time, Stalt.
NTEK in the past year has given an entity Royal Capital Group over 700 million discounted shares and the only info I can find on Royal Capital is evidence of NTEK attempting to cover up their connection to the entity. This also smells of David Foley's handiwork who is currently serving time in Taft for fraud.
I'd appreciate any tips and help, thanks.

Correction, "unidentifiable debit cards", not prepaid credit cards:
"GODFREY informed the Undercover Agent that IPC CORP conducted a lot ofbusiness with UNICORN and that UNICORN expedited the opening of accounts for IPC CORP. After the Undercover Agent explicitly revealed his intentions to manipulate the stock of a publicly traded company, CAN confirmed that IPC CORP's scheme ofestablishing sham IBCs and LLCs enabled UNICORN to execute trades for U.S. citizens like the Undercover Agent. To further conceal its clients' true beneficial ownership and fraudulent activities, CAN explained that UNICORN provided its clients with unidentifiable debit cards which could be used by UNICORN's clients to pay "consultants" in stock manipulation schemes. CAN also advised the Undercover. Agent to keep his wire transfers to Belize under $50,000, and vary the amounts, because a wire transfer of $50,000 and over caused banks to inquire into the source of funds."

Proof of NTEK's connection to one of the most corrupt stock manipulating, money laundering, pump and dump fraud scams of our time - IPC Corporate Services:
We would never have known about IPC Corporate in Belize if it weren't for the Longside Ventures lawsuit (exhibit shown above).
Investors can only hope the identity of non existent companies (like "Galaxy" above) like Royal Capital Group come out in one of the two progressing lawsuits.
NTEK tried to make Royal Capital Group appear as a legit entity and failed. It's almost like they were rushed and got real sloppy with Roycap:
Right, but you're forgetting, Ultraflix is still somehow going to be streaming the Super Bowl. All the signs are there lol. Gonna be huge..
"Get your head out of the clouds" -BB
translation, prepare to bend over or sell.
1/11/13 NTEK sent 44 million shares to IPC Corporate Services, Robert Bandfield, Andrew Godfrey.
You sent shares to these criminals (google them) for one purpose, launder money to perpetrate a pump and dump scheme.
A bunch of llc's and international business corps get set up and the beneficiary's remain anonymous. In the FBI sting, Godfrey told the undercover agent it would be at least 8 years before the sec or FBI could come close to getting someone's identity.
If the Longside Ventures lawsuit didn't occur nobody would have linked NTEK to IPC Corporate Services (Google them). Inside the court documents are exhibits proving NTEK was using "galaxy" as a front for IPC, Bandfield and Godfrey.
You'll notice in NTEK's filings a few capital groups that you cannot find any info about. That's the whole point. If the requests letters to the transfer agent isn't made public, nobody will ever find out where NTEK is sending shares, the dummy companies that will receive them and who the beneficiaries are.
No one dummy company can hole more that 5% of the shares so they don't have to file will the sec. They also issue payments in denominations under 50k so banks don't ask questions and do it with prepaid credit cards.
If NTEK refuses to tell you who for example FS global capital, Royal Capital Group is, What does that tell you?
Longs don't want to know and NTEK doesn't want anyone to know either.
I think the SEC, FBI and FINRA may be very interested in NTEK based on their connection to IPC Corporate in 2013.
Stock manipulation? Very possible but not by shorts, by an offshore pump and dump scheme that began back on 2013.
One CEO gave a written statement stating he was shocked to find out his company was involved in an IPC Corporate scam. He declined to comment about a 14 million dollar loan agreement signed by Godfrey.
Wtf is going on here?
Lol. Apparently he doesn't handle trademarks.

An NTEK Executive "Oh Sh*t" moment:
Sitting down tonight after a long day's work (lol), firing up the tablet to read about yourself on message boards only to realize that you forgot to renew your company trademark..
Lol precisely. In the notarized and court accepted document for the K2 lawsuit they claim that Nanotech can't afford to make the payments and thereby honor their contract. NTEK can't afford to pay for audits, for a litany of reasons let alone a share buyback. They pay for everything in shares. The 700 million shares that they gave to Royal Capital gets reported as reducing the company's debt in the same way that so many of their share issuances get reported on their quarterly and annual disclosures. The company has retired shares in the past but the last time they did that they got sued for it and it may pay dearly for that as the shares were payment for content. Hence, breach of contract. Anything that's good in their financials are a result of issuing shares. There is no way in hell they are going to buy back shares unless it revolves around cooked financials where they issue shares, take them back, retire them, re-issue them to different people, and then reporting it as something good.
Well at least SH's have the weekend to lick their wounds before they have to bend over again on Monday. Perhaps a PR with many NTEK words and phrases like "coming soon" will lift their spirits this Holiday Season. Well at least for the weekend.
Hey, what matters here is that YOU believe. Tip: if you take the 2 year chart and invert the image in Photoshop it makes you feel waaay better. Turn that frown upside down baby.
Denial is futile. Bing bamz.
Factz boomz and stuff.. All that.
And more..
Wow, how bad are things over there? Ntek was warned multiple times that the TM was expiring and did nothing:
NON-FINAL ACTION E-MAILED

2015-01-26 ABANDONMENT NOTICE MAILED - FAILURE TO RESPOND
Meow, you may be F'ing weird, but that was funny. I think we need to buy Meow the rights to this TM. Should we begin a kick starter campaign in his behalf? Maybe he could return it to NtEk for 1 million discounted shares at .0004? They've got plenty, and what's 1 million shares in the grand scheme of things?
Can one of us buy the rights to the trademark?
A glossary of NTEK definitions, DRAFT:
*If some of these definitions wrong please bear in mind - I'm doing my best here, I am only going off of what I've learned and experienced over the past few years. If you are more experienced with NTEK and their dealings please let me know what needs to be adjusted and assist me in editing my definitions.
Hope this helps new investors interpret NTEK news and releases. Good luck to you.
Coming Soon:
Although we have worked on it, we have no clue how to roll this out and execute so, this may also be interpreted as: Never, Next Month, Maybe.. if we can figure out how to get it done, we are hopeful and excited. Please email us with all questions, we won't be answering via social media. If we don't respond please think that it's because we can't. We may be bound to NDA's and we can only say, we are very excited to see this come to you, soon.
We are pleased to announce:
Whatever words come next, be assured it will be exciting, possibly true but one must remember we have difficulty with the execution part. We are very excited. We want to get this done as much as you, and once we start to think about how we are going to get this done, please be sure we will let you know. In the meantime please now it's coming soon and if you have questions please email IR which even if IR doesn't respond, we wouldn't know anyway - we just let Wong handle it, nor do we care so good luck and remember - we are excited and....coming soon.
We have received many inquires and questions:
This means that our embarrassing snafu's have been discovered like law suits, our auditor was barred when we retained him, we made up and then tried to cover up stuff like Royal Capital, etc etc.... Stuff like that. Please know that we value our shareholders and that we will address these questions as soon as we are able to. The responses are coming soon. We can assure you that with the many developments and announcements coming soon, that these "distractions" do not affect our day to day operations and we are focused on increasing the value of our shareholder investments.
Proxy:
we've stopped calling it a proxy letter and it should be understood as a shareholder letter. The shareholder letter is coming soon and we'd appreciate it if you'd stop asking.
Ntgl share distribution:
Please be assured that once audits are completed we will let you know when the ntgl shares will be distributed. They are coming soon. Any day now.
Any day now:
Any reasonable person understands that any day could mean 10 years from now. We are offended that you would suggest that any day now may mean anything other than coming soon at the very worst (go back to definition of coming soon).
Coming weeks: see any day now.
Next week: see any day now. Remember, there's always a next week..
We have no intention:
when you hear this, flip a coin and if it's heads, probably plan on it happening. I.E. No intention of increasing the share structure... And if we're not lying, it's coming soon.
Investor Relations:
we have excellent IR. They never respond to hard questions because it's best not to talk about certain things that have no bearing on the upward direction of our company. We have many new developments coming soon and are excited to be able to announce them when we are able in the near future. If we don't talk about them, you'll forget and there's no need to get negative given all of the exciting developments and announcements coming soon.
Near future: see "coming soon".
Partnership:
this could mean we shook hands with an employee of another company in the industry, but usually it means we gave a company lots of discounted shares in return for their content or services. Kind of like when you pay for home Internet service, that makes you a partner with your isp. These kinds of partnerships are vital to increasing shareholder value. In the case of k2 which nobody needs to concern themselves with, we gave them shares and told them we'd give them money. We have a perfectly good explanation for it but we can't discuss it now as I'm sure you can appreciate. Please be sure to enjoy the k2 films we never paid for remember, by watching them you are in essence, partners with ntek. We appreciate all of our shareholders. We are not concerned about the day to day share price, the market fluctuates. Plus, we have discovered that by diluting shares, we get paid still, and we continue to build shareholder value with our many products, partnerships and exciting developments we have to announce in the upcoming year.
Upcoming year: see coming soon.
Truth, Facts: it's only true if we address it, so, we will address your concerns when we are able to.
When we are able to: see coming soon.
Ah, the shorts are diluting again? This SEC.gov link may help you:

That's very good. The only way someone is making money here:
A) you're an insider with discounted shares and are dumping on the shareholders.
B) you're shorting
The only way you're NOT losing money here)
A) you sold
B) you never bought
C) you're an insider with discounted shares and are dumping on the shareholders.
I've seen claims made that Royal Capital and David Foley are not connected and somehow somebody maliciously created the website roycapgp.com to give he appearance that NTEK is somehow corrupt or involved. First, if you didn't read Wong's response about it and still don't get it, please self verify everything I've placed below. NTEK's IP addresses are identical to roycapgp.com. Nobody could have created the websites using ntek's IP addresses unless NTEK did it themselves or allowed someone to do it.
If you need further proof go here to see all of the websites that are attached to roycapgp.com IP address, denial is futile. Who made up Royal Capital Group and gave them over 713 million discounted shares? You've got three choices: a) David Foley, b) NTEK, c) Santa Claus.

David Foley: 112,609,224 shares since 1/14/13.
Note we went from being "affiliated" to "unaffiliated" via Royal Capital Group shortly after the prison sentence was handed down.
I feel like I'm missing 2014, 2015 number for foley, but if I didn't, it's quite remarkable the timing of all this..
Then, you need to add FS Global Capital debentures, and many other "one and done" debenture share issuances to the total.

"30 million dumped in two weeks is small stuff? Lolololol"
Well, yeah it is when you still have 700,000,000+ shares left to dump.
NTEK ADMITTED to the PUMP AND DUMP on 9/3/15.
Funny, the pump started right after they handed Royal Capital Group 3/4 of a Ba Ba b b Billion shares.
Of course the guilty parties of the PUMP were all "unaffiliated" and "unrelated" - of course...
Kind of like Stephen Foley and Richard Foley are "unrelated" as per NTEK's 10/4/15 disclosure. They disclosed they handed these two shares as settlement of
Convertible debentures lol.
You know, like how Royal Capital Group and David Foley are "unaffiliated" and "unrelated".
Yeah maybe in that kind of way.
Words take on different meanings in NTeK land. Words like "soon", "next week", "coming weeks", "unrelated", "unaffiliated", etc.
We should come up with a drinking game for when we read the next bullshit fins. Maybe their sec banned accountant will help prepare them "as a friend only" of course.
QUOTE:
NanoTech Entertainment (OTCPINK: NTEK). It has come to our attention that people have received emails and other communication from unknown sources in an apparent “pump and dump” scheme involving the Company’s common stock. The Company first became aware of these emails on or about August 31, 2015 when notified by OTC Markets. These were clearly “spam” communications and promotional efforts that had not been authorized or condoned in any manner whatsoever by the company or any of its representatives. We do not know the origin or motive for these promotional efforts and deplore that they have taken occurred.
It's even worse than that, the only motivation they have for keeping the pps from hitting absolute zero is greed.
Pps could go to trip ZERO's and those converting their debentures at discounted rates are smiling ear to ear all the way to the bank.
Lol. Well this recent Owen Morris promo video seems to be well done:
Yep and k2' lawyers ccoate@abramscoate.com may also be very interested to know where the money has been going to. Follow the $. Ntek may very well have needed an sec barred auditor and companies in Belize to hide from these types of inquiries. Maybe k2's lawyers will have cause to be able to subpoena the proper records and reveal the truth.
Between 3/13/15 and 9/15/15 NTEK Issued Royal Capital Group a total of 713,717,070 shares.
If you think issuing 43,795,086 to IPC Corporate Services in Belize at a cost basis of .0004 / share is bad think about this:
The shares issued to the FBI and SEC prosecuted IPC Corporate Services money laundering and pump n dump criminals were issued on 1/11/13.
Pps close on 1/11/13? .005
Pps close yesterday? Mmm hmm
NTEK screwed shareholders over by issuing 3/4 of a billion shares to a non existent company they refer to as Royal Capital Group over a mere 6 month period and we don't even know how many more shares they issued until he bullshit fins come out at the end of this quarter...
At a cost basis of .0004 (actual cost basis will come on in a law suit) it will be a very merry Christmas for somebody won't it?
This is not even including the shares issued where ntek actually named David foley, over the past year. Add that into the number and we got a whole lotta more dumpin to look forward to next year.
Another interesting thing, ntek gave shares to two other foley's shown in their disclosure and named the "unaffiliated". Yeah..

The cost basis for the convertible shares is an eye-opener. Somebody making $ off of $$ NTEK $$ and it isn't longs.
I wouldn't mind 40+ million shares at .0004, would you?
Bloomberg published this chart to describe why it doesn't matter how low the dumping takes the pps.
Again, fact dude is correct in this point: somebody's making $ here. Let's take the next step and specify who is making $.
Here's how the holders of the convertibles are making millions:
Hey, how many convertible shares did Foley and Royal Capital receive at sub fractions of a penny?
Anybody?
Let the number soak in for a while and do the math and figure out how many trading days it would take to dump all those shares....
The whole point of the converted shares is to DUMP so you get paid for your "investment".
How many trading days at 10 million dumps a day?
How many more convertible debentures will show up in the next quarterly disclosure?
These lawsuits are a gift to investors, they are starting to shed light on who ntek chooses to deal with (fraudsters and criminals) and why ntek attempted to cover up Royal Capital. They NEED "degrees of separation" and dealing with scumbags like J&J and IPC gives that to them.
If the Longside Ventures didn't happen we would have had no idea NTEK was hiding behind "Galaxy Media" as a front for the Belize fraudsters. Laundering $ was what they did best, ill gotten gains from their well executed PUMP AND DUMP schemes.
If the latest million dollar lawsuit proceeds as planned, it'd be nice to see the addresses and c/o's behind FS Global and Royal (even though we already know who it is) along with the cost basis they are enjoying.
And why would it matter? Because NTEK has stated in the K2 lawsuit,
they can't afford to pay.
I would think K2 would be very interested to see who is making millions off convertible debentures if they happened to be extremely affiliated individuals within the company. Don't you?
BTW who's signatures are all over the moving of $/shares?
Much more to come.
