TS dropped SMTR before he dropped NEOM didn't he?
I would think that Mr. Oleary will open lines of communication with TS to help push the stock price above 0.20 to receive some additional bonuses. I know that would be part of my plan.
With the low volume these last few months, it wouldn't and wasn't hard to push the stock down. It could have been pushed down a little... maybe too much of a conspiracy theory, but money makes people take chances.
There is no incentive to keep this stock so low anymore. All the top off agreements are settled.
Cloud: Thanks for the thought put into that post. Many people feel exactly the same way you do. I would say I have learned a lesson, but hope that this turns around and it is not a painful lesson. I think we'll get there, it will just take more time.
Do we still owe the $6 million to the previous shareholders from the agreement just filed a few days ago or did the sale today help with that? My take is that we still owe it.
Just finished going over the filing... Tough reading. I knew it was going to be bad, but you just don't want to see it in writing. Some thoughts based on the company goals PR and this filing...
I think this year will continue to be a cleanup year financially. Get all the bad out of the way in this years filings. All the way to December 2007. They will try to get all the topoff agreements done. Sell off anything they can reducing burn rate dramatically. With everything gone and streamlined, they will continue to use Cornell to stay afloat, with less and less frequency due to the lowered burn rate. This will make up most of this year. The hope will be on signing deals later this year that will hopefully lead to profitability next year, with all the mess being in the cleanup the mess year of 2007. 2008 will be stable with revenues increasing at a slow to moderate pace depending on the increased acceptance of the PWC technologies. If Cornell cooperates and keeps us alive through this year, which they will, we may have a chance of a stable company in 2008. The outside chance that everyone is banking on is a large deal signed with someone that could move the timeline for profitability up and change the growth curve... Bottom line, NEOM will continue to exist if they sign some Qode deals, but not flourish anytime in the near future, especially with the dilution.
Not a basher or a pumper. Realist. We could make it, but it is going to be a few years before we see any significant increase in Share price. Everything is trumped if we several big contract and the momentum of this space takes over. It could happen, but not a realistic view given the early stages of the PWC arena.
Okay, I'm going to bed. Hears to a good CC tomorrow with that big surprise we all want.
Please excuse all spelling issues or grammatical issues. Too late to care.

Only about a 3rd of the way through this filing, but the CC should be very interesting... especially if they truly open it up for questions. They probably need to open with some very humble remarks.
Regarding the lack of payment from automart...
Interesting that David Dodge is on the board of Automart. Anyone know that? You would think that he would have some influence on payment.
From the filing:
During the fourth quarter of 2005 and first quarter of 2006, NeoMedia shipped and invoiced $759,000 of Micro Paint Repair products to Automart, Inc. In the third quarter of 2006, NeoMedia established a reserve for bad debt against the open accounts receivable, and wrote off the deferred revenue and deferred costs, incurring a net charge to its statement of operations of $653,000. NeoMedia will recognize revenue on these shipments if and when collectibility is reasonably assured. David A. Dodge, NeoMedia’s Chief Financial Officer, and Kevin Hunter, NeoMedia’s Chief Scientist, are each members of the board of directors of Automart, a publicly traded company trading in the Over-the-counter Bulletin Board.
HipCricket paid us back $300k on March 2nd that they owed us.
Do we still owe the other shareholders the $6.8 million if we sell 12snap to this guy?
Okay, I remember now, part of the settlement with the 12snap owners. Sorry, brainfart.
Success: I don't remember either of these being discussed on the board, especially the recent 3-30-07 filing. Have we discussed ARGO?
Yes, those incentives should be tied to performance. An objective party establishing goals to be met as I outlined in my prior post. Meet some goals and get rewarded. Stop the options being given out with no apparent ties to performance.
Hangdog or Clawman or anyone who may be preparing shareholder proposals for the annual shareholder meeting.
Eliminate stock options until the company is cash flow positive for x quarters with x% growth per quarter and dilution is reduced x%. Shareholders to vote on the goals required to get options.
An independent council to determine stock option amounts, etc.
Anyone have a problem with this?
Question for those putting a list together for the shareholder mtg.
Once the company becomes cash flow positive, how does the company plan to reduce dilution? What is an acceptable number of outstanding shares once dilution is reduced?
Quick Question or two... Has ONE water launched yet and has News of the world launched? Thanks to those who follow and report on all this info.

I see someone added a comment about his neomedia link not working.
I was expecting news by April 21st on the Kite IPO. Does that about match up to your expectations?
Clearwire IPO at $26.85, above the $25 IPO price.

Nice job Jonesie.eom

JP: emailed you at the other email address also.eom
JP:Just sent you a message to your AOL address. eom
Wow, this is a place I never expected to be. Painful, very painful...
Wooger: How do you know their plans have been shot down?
I've got it! Someone needs to go on Americna Idol with a big 2d Qode on their shirt that says click on me. Anybody volunteer?
Free press and huge audience.
For everyone's sake here, I hope he is extremely surprised... and very soon.
Banks, did you notice the last line in the PP article. I think this is another jab at NEOM, particularly the paint business.
From Article:
"For the companies that aren't getting their platform adopted, I wonder if they can't "paint" the right picture."
Joe, realistic common sense post. No need to add anything to it.
Maybe Scanbuy. Boy that would be a kick in the teeth.
Interesting info on Cisco getting more consumer focused. This leads me to think that they may be more interested in MOBL than I previously thought. Hmmm...
DD/Cisco buys social networking company
By MarketWatch
Last Update: 12:47 AM ET Feb 9, 2007
SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Cisco Systems Inc. said it has bought Five Across Inc., a social networking company, for an undisclosed amount, according to a media report Friday.
The network equipment provider said Five Across is its first social-networking acquisition, but likely not the last, the Associated Press reported. The company said it expects to close the deal in the current fiscal quarter.
Five Across is an 11-person San Francisco company whose software allows companies to add user-interaction functions and multimedia-sharing capabilities to their Web sites. Users can create personal Web pages and post photos, videos and audio clips, similar functions to those available in News Corp.'s MySpace, the AP said.
Cisco ( CSCO28.14, +0.05, +0.2% ) has been making a major push into the consumer market through a handful of acquisitions that have given it products for cable set-top boxes, small wireless routers and other inexpensive gear.
In January, the company's Chief Executive John Chambers said that the company would acquire more consumer-focused firms.

I would like to see a PR telling more about the status of our technology. Is it ready for use for 1D, brew, etc?
Markman hearing November 13th. Looks like this one is going to drag into 2008 unless a settlement is reached.
Thanks YJ. We could use that cash. eom
Is this a question investor relations could answer?eom
It's possible that the timing of this news is good news for us, however it seems bad on the surface. It is interesting that they chose China, where we have no patents, to try this first. Makes me think we haven't settled yet. Time will tell, but I am feeling not so good today.
Maybe Scanbuy is our equity investor to help take out Cornell. With, I think, roughly 600 million shares technically outstanding at this time, $15 million buys a controlling interest in the company.
Am I reading it correctly that PP presented to Nokia. If we hadn't made him mad, would he have been pitching Qode instead of Scanbuy?
From Article:
Last year Nokia invited me to give a presentation on what the "Mobile Internet" will look like. My presentation titled "Nokia, Connecting MORE Than People", included physical world hyperlinks and mobile phones.
With Scanbuy's help, Nokia now connects more than people.

Vines: I have been very critical of the options practices in the past and this new repricing is no different. I understand the need to retain key talent, but use new options with higher strike prices as motivation. Don't reward past failures with new money.
If the stock price was going up, it wouldn't seem so 'in our face', but to do so while the stock price is low stings really badly. Really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Clawmann, weren't you working on some shareholder resolutions for the next shareholder meeting. I think we need to put a freeze on stock options and quit giving the value away with nothing to show for it.
Of course, if they will offer me a job and give out these options, I may change my mind. Now I know why SOG wanted a job there. He wanted free money.
I hear that when you go to Fort Myers, they have shares on a papertowel holder. You just roll off as many as you want just for visiting.
Sorry, just venting.
