Since the old prefs were worth about "only" 3 billion together i guess "they" wanted them uncapped to recieve more than par since their plan with por 6 failed and after that "they" loaded up on the prefs.
Imho .
Wmb junior bonds ... Does anyone have a clue where to find/buy them ?
Thanks .
Withcatz ... What a load of bs ... Nobody knows what was sold to jpm since there is no assets list and also nobody knows who owned all these assets ... As far as i know wmi was so smart to only pledge all their loans to other entitys rather than selling them ... Which means they own all of them .
This matter is completly in the dark .
Aaron ... "Then we start sending docs to EVERY media outlet" ... I and others already did that and you wont even get a response ... Media is somehow being very quiet about wamu ... Imho they are paid to shut up about wamu. I also contacted that woman who wrote a book about wamu ,in which she discusses absolutely nothing that might be incorrect about the seizure , i have send her a few documents that doesnt fit her story and guess what ... Crickets ... I guess jpm bought a few copys too .
And also think that the bod will present nothing ... They are just shitting their pants a little because of the angry shareholders...
Everyone should vote NO for their additional share bonus ... and if they don't present something good in the next 12 months they should get fired .
They can be happy that nobody sued them for allowing the trading on the pinks ...
Do it !
Bkshadowy ... the wamu paa is very unique since the fdic never did one without an actual asset list ...
Instead they stated that is was all a scrivenerserror .
They simply left it out ... So nobody outside will ever know what was really sold ... That sounds like the tactic of a three year old kid ... Less then that actually ... And know they have to reverse a full bancruptcy ...
Since when can a full paragraph be defined as a scrivenererror ?!
I always thought that the defunution is thos .
What a bunch of truly incompetent idiots they are .
Purchase and Assumption Agreement (2.44 MB PDF File - PDF Help)
ATTENTION: The reference to "Schedule 3.1a" in Article III, Paragraph 3.1, (page 9) of the
WAMU P&A Agreement is a scrivener's error—there is no Schedule 3.1a
https://www.fdic.gov/bank/individual/failed/wamu.html
As much as i dislike these banksters ... They shure know their game ... Force a gov sub to help to rob a complete bank which jpm wanted for years , get caught , get outofjailcard , still get a third of the robbed goodies ...
I hope karma gets them one day . Maybe they all get throat cancer .
Why would the fdic retain litigation rights of a company they could have never sold and which they then "officially" gave a away to jpm ?!
I smell bullsxxt . Haha .
At the date of seizure/robbery jpm was the single biggest wamu shareholder ,the second biggest was goldman sachs ... and together they had about a quarter to a third of all q's ...
Jpm will pay a considerable amount of $ to themselfes when they have to finally pay for what they from the fdic.
Well ... It seems that the people at the fdic sold an asset they could never have seized ...
I guess that they tried to reverse this "mistake" / still trying so that they can to act like it never happened ...
Imho... This is one of the reasons that the fdicr is still not released .
It would be very easy to resolve this matter if the fdic did not loose the asset list 3.1a aka "scrivenerserror" .
What a bunch of criminal incompetent idxxts they are ... Haha .
Fdic was suing on behalf of wmbfsb against an insurer ?!
Law360, New York (April 28, 2016, 10:04 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday dismissed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.’s lawsuit against First American Title Insurance Co. seeking to recover nearly $4.5 million from the title insurer for fraud committed against Washington Mutual Bank FSB, after the two sides reached a settlement late last week.
In a one-page ruling, U.S District Judge Mary S. Scriven granted the two parties’ April 22 joint request for dismissal, permanently closing the books on a dispute in which the agency said licensed agents of First American pled guilty...
http://www.law360.com/articles/790432/fdic-insurer-reach-deal-to-avoid-4-5m-wamu-fraud-suit
This implies that at least wmbfsb is still with the fdic and was not sold to jpm ... That means at least 20-36 billion for escrow ...

Does someone know how much interest one gets in % when money is held by the fdic ?
usually 0.25% to 0.5% of the periodic interest payment
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/l/loan_servicing.asp
Does somebody here know how much interest (% p.a.) has to be paid by assets in custody of the fdic or any other us goverment sub ? Thanks in advance .
Bkshadow... The figure 151b just showed up 3 times ... "We" assume now that this can not be a coincidence...
And now you add them up to 453 ?! Wtf . Haha .
Was this meant double ironic ?
A little numbers game with the doctors assumptions ...
~140b x (3%p.a.x7years) = ~173b
How much did jpm issue in new debt a short time ago ? Was it by chance ~173b ? Haha.
Do have any news on the Deutsche Bank lawsuit ?
I guess appaloosa and greywolf own plenty since they were partners in crime when they were insider trading .
At least greywolf has close connections to goldman ... And goldman were advisers for wamu ...
I still would like to now what goldman told susman that they got out of this without a scratch ...

No . Sorry .
exdimer ... Explain to me how is it possible that a repaid loan can be a liability for jpm ?
Maybe ones liability is another ones asset ...
Bkshadow here is your link to jpms 10k with the billions over billions in repaid loans .
Jpm 10 k
R203 — Off-Balance Sheet Lending-Related Financial Instruments, Guarantees and Other Commitments – Loan Sales- and Securitization-Related Indemnifications (Details)
http://www.secinfo.com/dJ5e.m8v.b.htm
Maybe you should save youself this link ... It seems like you keep forgetting about these off balance assets quite a lot .
You also forgot to explain WHY the fdic is still not released if there was no wrongdoing from their side .
Have a nice day .
bkshadow ... take a look at it 'from the other side; if the escrow theories and assertions were so 100% 4-sure, is it necessary for you to post against a positive escrow scenario ad nauseam ad infinitum?
Bkshadow ... What do you have to say about wmi 24 billion ?
Bkshadow ... hotmeat is right ... As he quotes the actual wording from documents ... and thats it .
Any idea why the fdicr is not released ?
If they do not return a two digit billion dollar amount in the next two years ... i will find somebody who can get me the scrivenerserror 3.1 a asset list and i will put that thing online .
Thank you guys for the calculator ... Ive been searching for that ...
Royal ... Access denied for that link
Did you know that time is relative? ;)
That is exactly my point too ...
All wmi assets are still in possession of the original owners and whatever the amount is ... It has to go back to them/us/me/notbkshadow plus the interest for 8 years but i expect a minimum of 24+ billion .
We will see whos estimate will be right ... Doesnt really matter anyway .
Whatever wmi was worthhas to come back .
Everthing else is icing on the cake ...
Although the more knowledge i have about the wamusaga the more i expect a cake dripping with icing and maybe even floating on icing .
Haha.
HEHEHEHEHELICOPTERTIME
bkshadow ... You state that the fdicr being released is mentioned in a document
: "...the provided document are cold turkey truth, not blatant falsehoods"
I have never read such a document ... Please provide us with proof for your assertion and show us a link to that document you are speaking of .
Otherwise your statement is a perfect example of the definition "blatant falsehood" ...
bkshadow we are talking about the fdic-r and not the fdic . I thought you understand all that ... Haha .
bkshadow ... Why is fdicr not released ? ... Do you understand ? ... Is that clear enough for a question ?
In september 2008 jpm was the biggest shareholder in wmi .
I remember that they owned a nine-figure-amount of wamuq shares on the day of seizure .
In the event of a escrowpayment from jpm ... They pay themselfes too .
As much as i dislike these banksters ... The ones from jpm know how to play the game .
bkshadow and why exactly was the fdicr not released ?
I still can not find an answer to that question in your various replys ...
It is also not an assertion that the fdicr is not released but a fact .
Read the link below and count 1 + 1 together.
bkshadow ...might want to the check the FDIC-R balance sheet for the WMB receivership.
...might want to take a look at the word "unaudited" .
Do you know the definition of "unaudited" ?
It seems that you don't ...
Here you go :
DEFINITION of 'Unaudited Opinion'
An opinion that can be offered by a Certified Public Accountant before he or she audits an organization's books. This is known as an unaudited opinion, and it will reflect the opinion of the accountant or CPA concerning the organizations's books and financial records. The subsequent audit may or may not bear out the opinion given.

Thanks/Danke ;) .
