Not sure this means anything, but I see on Yahoo Finance, when looking at QMKR, there is no 52 week range, bid, or ask. There has always been something there in the past.
I still stand behind my "ridiculous" statement.
I certainly hope you're wrong, but understand where you're coming from.
I just doubt they will release any news without having 3 business days of trading left. Now they could release sometjing in the morning giving them 3 days of trading before the weekend, but I don't see them doing it on a Thursday or Friday. So, to answer your question, it's just a gut feeling I have based off nothing other than just that, a feeling.
Unless news comes after close today, nothing until next week.
I would guess news on a Monday or Tuesday. They'll want to leave 3 trading days room before the weekend imo.
Based off the calendar and the extension, we have to hear something in the next 2 weeks one way or the other.
Well, I'm All-In with my 833 shares @ .06 with my fingers crossed ;)
The suspense is killing me. I sure hope they meet the deadline and don't come back with another extension or that the deal is off.
I'm in @ $2.18. Yeah, I've had mine a while. I would like to see this up trend continue to $40 where it should be.
Hit piece with no real evidence can drive it down in half, yet FDA giving approval again can only lift it 8%????
Thinking the same thing. Just think what would happen if CNN fessed up that what they reported was false and they really had no damning proof.
This is like watching paint dry...
Holding since Oct 2010....it's been a looooong roller coaster ride.
Anyone else see this? Not that I trust seekingalpha....

I'm not selling anything. I believe in the company, CEO seems to have his chit together, and I believe in Mayo for many reasons.
Been in since the last two r/s....still holding and will continue. Its been a looooooong road.
I need mid $11 for my breakeven...
Excatly what I was thinking.
2 month extension....geez
The rocket is strapped to the launchpad, but the strappes are starting to fray from all the preassure.....
If this hits $5, I will be selling my shares.
I've had a order for .08 that hasn't filled yesterday or today....maybe tomorrow.
Thanks for the reply. Yes, guessing the bottom would be difficult and I'm trying to remain possitve. The count down to May 31st continues. I have an order just waiting to get filled....
And if they dont, what do you think the share price is going down to? It hasn't done anything from the announcement of the deal which us surprising to me. Why we're not at keast in the .20-.30 range is baffling.
I'm waiting for mine to fill also....2,000 shares at market and nothing. Amazes me how this stays this low.
Just wondering what others think will happen to the merger doesn't go through? I'm surprised we're sitting where we are at since the news being we would trade up in the teens and 20's off and on for the past months.
Just curious why sell at .12 ? I'm not saying you shouldn't, just curious why there and not wait to see if this heads to .40's. Nothing wrong with taking profits, been learning that the hard way.
Ditto.... got more @ .06
Breakeven price for all my shares is .064 with fees.
I understand it's closed. You don't have to be rude about it. Pretty sure it was that before the market closed just as the bid was .08
Bid @ .0022...wtf?
Drives me nuts how stocks drop on what should be positive news and should move the stocks up.
I think you're missing my point. They wanted to attract new investors and mutual funds...those that don't look at stocks below $5. And to do that, they had to do a RS. My point is, if you're going to do that, but have nothing to support the new price, then why do it? There was, and has been, nothing new learned since the last split. So how was the RS beneficial? I feel they screwed up. They should have just held off until they had something or at least been much closer to releasing some news. All we've heard is the same old stuff...the broken record has gotten old.
I agree!
Where did I say everything is a slam dunk? I have found it irritating that when they did the last RS, that they did it and had NOTHING to release to the public to help keep the price up. They did the split, picked a share price to put them out there so mutual funds would possibly want to buy in, and have done/said nothing to attract more and larger investors. They have done nothing since the split to help keep the price above that $7. I'm fact, here we sit at less than half that pps with nothing being said by the company to try and move the price forward. IMO, there will be yet another RS to put them above the $5 limit and yes, that bothers me.
Unfortunately, about $13.00 because of 2 reverse splits that did absolutely nothing for us.
I'll sell mine at .12
Gotta love being half way through the day and not 1 share traded.....yikes!
I have begun asking TPIV via Facebook when the trials will be completed and when we can expect to hear the results of the trials. I really think they owe more to the share holders than what they have been giving them. I messaged them privately on Nov 9th and got the typical BS answer....so now I'm putting it out where others on FB can see.
Due to personal circumstances, President & CEO, Peter Hoang is no longer able to attend Biotech Showcase this week. Interested parties may contact (904) 862-6490 or (212) 375-2664 for a follow-up call. Thank you.
I'm in the same boat as you Maciste. My average share price is over $11. Hard to justify buying more when it just keeps going south.
