Is there a way to get a notice in the morning when any penny stock goes pink current and where do you find that? On OTC Markets website? Do you have to look at each stock individually to see which ones, LIKE THIS ONE!!!! :) goes pink current on a certain day?

I sold some of other stock like letsgo426 recommends but mostly holding like FLSTOCKGIRL because didn't want to pay the taxes. But the few I DID sell I was hit with a wash sale by Schwab!!! I am going to HOLD all my stock until $1 or more.

Ocugen, Inc. (NASDAQ:OCGN) CEO Shankar Musunuri has sent a letter to shareholders asking them to support an amendment that would boost the authorized number of common shares.
An SEC Form DEFA14A filed today asks shareholders to approve the increase of 95 million shares at a March 16 special meeting as "it is imperative for the future of the company."

Who is the legal team working on these supposed contact with Lowes and HD. Anyone know? I'll call them and find out if it is true.

Getting similar feedback on another Board and with what little I know, and take this with a grain of salt, it seems like the amount of overall shares is quite low compared to some other pennies I am invested in so I am leaning toward approving for your reasons and others. Hi TMaga. Sorry i did forget JOE AND another fella named Ernie! They too have been sounding the alarm about wpwr's shady downward trajectory. I have not invested in bitcoin just ethereum and very small amount in EOS and Golem $150 each and EOS is at $2400 and Golem at about 900. My 2 $300 ethereum coins are now at around $1100 each. I enjoy learning about this technology more than the investment at this moment, though I'm happy to see my little investments have been doing very well in jut few months. So yes small investments in the Blockchain technology and the coins/tokens that support it/develop it. I check here once week or so, so anytime you want to ask a Q even how my investment is going feel free to reply. Again all the best and to all the newbies on this Board DO NOT listen to Winemaker pretend to whine about the Patience Brothers. Those of us on the Board believe he IS Patience or related. Don't trust him or others telling you all to get in. We believe its a DUD BUT if WPWR DOES PUBLISH, as they are supposed to, their Earnings Statement and make some legitimate news then you MIGHT consider but there has only been crickets these past 3 years with a precipitous fall in price after what, in hindsight, was a deliberate PUMP and dump of this stock.

I have watched this thread for over a year and remember thinking all of winemakers comments were bull especially when he woudldn' tshare his contact info with us for the Patience brothers yet had numerous conversations with them. I thought you were on to him all along and thought I recalled you calling him out alot too. Maybe you forgot his alias and didn't realize you were recently responding to that douche. PaPa Pete and mick- cut from the same mold, yuo've done a great job of exposing their lies. Here's some french for the Patience brothers you tetes de merde (shit heads) To all the good trusting people on here, especially you TMAGA and RV7 who has been sounding the alarm to potential investors...May God bless you in the new year with true prosperity (not just riches from money but peace and happiness). A piece of advice I would like to share.... Get educated on the blockchain and cryptocurrencies if you haven't already! If you have any Qs feel free to reach out and I can share. I don't mean just bitcoin, but look into ethereum, eos. I am doing very well with a very small investment and plan to build a diversified portfolio. BTw, I hold no bitcoin but I may pick up a portion (you don't have to invest in a whole coin just any portion-I don't have $15,000 for a whole coin right now) but my EOS, GOLEM and ETHEREUM investments are doing very well. STUDY THE BLOCKCHAIN guys (the foundation on which cryptocurrency is based) start listening to podcasts invest small, play around and have fun and I hope you live long and prosper! Jennifer

You TMAGA, and there might be two others (Ernie and someone else I think Rtv7???) are the only posters who make sense and seem to have the experience to shred the pumpers' arguments. Thanks I really look forward to hearing what you guys have to say. Stay on this Board. I learn alot from you. Here's hoping we are wrong but unfortunately our guts and the facts seem to be telling us otherwise. I hope your other investments explode and the loss on this one pales in comparison!

And I suspect that some of the biggest pumpers of this stock on this Board may be the Patience brothers in disguise!

HI all, Been watching this board for a while. Told a friend last February about this stock and he bought $500 worth of what appears to be worthless stock at its HIGHEST price. Thankfully, he is somewhat ok with whatever way it goes. He thinks of investing as gambling anyhow. But I feel for him and all of you in this mess. I've questions about some of the terms you all use. I'll post again with some questions I hope you don't mind me asking. In the meantime, has anyone asked Patience which TX agency signed the right of first refusal? Best wishes all
