Seve let me preface this by saying I am not banking this all on Brave. I feel this company will succeed even without positive Brave results . My thoughts are the company is worth a minimum of $5 and a lot more if things alike Brave hit

Seve I really don’t know what to expect if the Brave study is positive. I could see it not doing much initially but after it all sinks in I think it increases the value of the company by a ton

Of course I hope if positive the stock skyrockets and we never look back

Sleven let me be clear here I have the time to wait this one out. I am 53 and have close to 100000 shares. If in 10 years vascepa was a blockbuster and still owned by amarin I think I would be a very happy and rich man. Unfortunately I think BP swoops in well before that time and buys us out. At what price is the question. Just my opinion.

Thanks. I believe Brave will be positive but who knows what the stock price reaction will be. Hopefully incredible and we are out and done by middle to end of 2024.

I think the drug is a wonder drug but have come to terms that BP will reap the rewards

Tats they are slowly getting approvals in many parts of this world which will lead to bigger and better things for the drug

Easy to bash ZIP at this point. When the stock rises, which it will, from the posts I have seen Zip will be cool and not rub it in. Hopefully you will jump on board and profit from it and give Zip some kudos

I did and agree with you no one really has a clue of what the final number will be but I disagree with posters who think that Denner, the new ceo and the board of directors are sitting around saying “hey who can we call to get a $5 BO”???

Yes it is a nice return from where the stock is presently but would be a fire sale IMO

I personally think we will all be more than happy with end results and agree $15 is not out of the question and higher with some things such as Brave going our way

IMO the $15 number for full vestment of the new CEO is a number intentionally put out there as that is what Denner feels the company is worth at a minimum if the new CEO does a good job and he should be rewarded if that number is achieved.

I also believe Denner feels the company is worth more than $15 if certain things fall our way such as a positive Brave study

$5 really???? Denner bought in at $4 and said the company is highly undervalued at that number. No way he was thinking $5 was the return.

I know the response will be that since he bought in the stock has gone to $1. Yes that is true but he needed to make his move to get control of the company and the move was then as time is of the essence.

$15 is the number he feels is very attainable and the number he feels most shareholders will be happy with and when he gets $25 plus he will be praised as a superhero and a god amoung the investment community

Agree and I am willing to bet Denner thinks it is even higher than $15 if the right things happen such as a positive Brave study

Still think $15 was put out there as IMO Denner going after that number plus in a buyout

That’s not how I read it, his options 100% vest as long as stock is $15 plus


% of options vest depending on what price stock is at starting at a minimum of $2.50

He is on ignore

In fact he was pumping it up yesterday and went ultra positive

He has an agenda for sure

And we literally are where we where a month ago stock price wise and all the doom and gloom that the company is going under etc etc etc

Take a step back and it isn’t hard to see we are in better shape today than before Denner took over

I was thinking the same thing, probably didn’t want the stock to go under $1 and knew a sell off would happen with the news so propped it up to $1.40

Per captain the sales where higher than last qtr but the price of what the drug is selling for is lower so that was the decrease in revenue (if I interpreted things correctly)

Why should the revenues go down further as
Long as we keep or increase sales??? If we can keep our expenses neutral we should be on the profit side

He is probably saying stock is at $1 and change and I am getting a boatload of shares and getting out at $10 plus someday and making milllions

Yes but if we made $4 million excluding the royalty payment and that includes the lower price we are selling the drug for to me it means we can sell the product in the US for a profit albeit a small profit until the ROW kicks in

Positive cash flow went from $304 to begin qtr 2 to $313 to end qtr 2, how could that be if they didn’t have a positive qtr?

Cash on hand went up $9 million in qtr 2, $4 million if you take out the $5 million royalty payment

If Brave results are positive the value of this company goes way way up IMO and BP will come knocking on the door
