IMO no mention of the $10 million is for a reason. That information is being held to protect someone or something. Too many have questioned with no answers from the company. Something stinks.

If Herda doesn't put out the 10K tomorrow we'll see a signifigant drop in price. JMHO

What's with the NT10Q?

As I see it, the problem with the 10K on Monday is shareholders will be scrambling to sell next week since it's the last week before Pink Sheets.

How do we know exactly what is developing? Even rumors are scarce.

Tom8oes, Curiosity_7 is not negative. If the company hasn't given proof that the partents are paid there is nothing to dispiute the knowledge obtained from the patent office. Quite the opposite, there is no proof that they're in tact.

WOW! Basically, it could take months to fix & we remain clueless in Seattle until then. The update that was due last month could be months away.

Why does the estate petition instead of NSOL?

POTENTIAL is the operative word in the news release. If NSOL is in bed with the government already, why would that not our cash cow? What is the buzz since the release?

I've read the news release from moments ago and don't see it as news that will blow the lid off. In your opinions, will the stock rise upon open? Will the entry point be better in the afternoon?

Are we certain about news? Have been watching and waiting, would like to purchase more before major news.
