You can call him name or curse at him all day and it wouldn't make any difference. Man, in 2010, I purchase a boatload of shares at $1.87 thinking the share price would be to the moon in a few months. Well, within the next 12 months, it is less than $.10 and I told myself that I wouldn't touch this POS anymore. Yet, here I am, bought another boatload at $.35 thinking it couldn't get any worse and the timeline is way better than six years ago. Here we are at $.09 and no clue what the heck is going on. Back in March, Geert was touting about the arbitration and how close we are to finishing the enrollment. Fudge! What a fool I am.
So, are we screwed yet?
One other thing that concerns me is the latest offering hasn't been closed yet. They must be having a hard time getting investors to bite now. It has been almost a week.
Every time I want to walk away from CVM, I keep thinking about the freaking CRO and Lake firm. My assumption is that, if these two firms have invested this much money in this, they must have seen something that they really liked, right? Arg!!!! This is so frustrating.
He is too busy collecting his paychecks.
So, are we screwed. I read the 8K filings and still am confused.
The heck! Now they are telling us that the drug is not safe? Oh boy!
Either way, it ain't good! Here is my take: if they are about to win the arbitration, why would they raise money now. Can't they wait another few weeks, even if they think the other side is delaying the case. In regards to the FDA hold, wouldn't the FDA lift it in a few weeks and the share price would be higher? Why did they have to do it now? These kind of things are what got me all riled up the past few days. Hence, basing on these assumptions, they aren't getting any good news soon so they sold the farm for pennies to get their salaries going still. If you think I am wrong, please chime in.
I am done with this P.O.S. There is always risks involved in investing in bio stocks but the management team sucks.
Yes! We are up 4% plus. All it has to do is increase by 300% and I will break even. Go CVM!
I don't think so. Usually, it will drift lower by 20% or so and then slowly rise back up. Trust me, I have been fooled like this before with this little sucker. Do you remember the last time they raised funds at $.50? It went down to $.40ish before it goes back up slowly. Same when they did in early this year at $1.00ish.
Now I feel much better. First the arbitration black hole, then the FDA partial hold, and now this. At least now, we only to wait until the news that multikine doesn't work and then we all will go broke! They are still getting paid handsomely though (management). I wonder how the investors feel when they invest at $.50 in August. Or, the ones that have invested at higher prices.
Com'on gentlemen! Stop it! This is one of the most well managed company in the world where they have always kept the investors informed and have a great plan in place. Can you please not panic?
2M shares traded so far. Somebody must know something. This 3X the daily avg. shares traded. Still, silence! Go CVM Managment!
Sure hope you are right! All in due time, right? At this point, I can't get out even if I want to so I will hang on tight and wait it out.
Argh! I think I am screwed. High volume on a down day. It is never good. Fudge!
You do realize that technicals don't work with penny stocks, right? At least according to my experience anyway.
Sorry! Wrong person to reply to. It was just kidding anyway. CVM management really is being "disrespectful" to the shareholders. I understand about the confidentiality B.S. but still, they can communicate something so we know the 9 mile view direction of the company.
Must be because of your article. Lol. Heck, we are all gambling now. 50/50.
I am anticipating $10/sh min. but it is all over the map. Let's see what the future bring. Can't back out now since I am heavily in at the avg. cost of $.35 now.
How do you know that it works? $2.50? That's it?
Good article! Now, we all have to wait it out, I guess. So frustrating!
What's the projected price per share if multikine works?
Happy Thanksgiving to all! I do have a question for all you long timers of CVM. Do you know the reason why none of the big pharma companies are interested in buying or partnering with CVM? I am just curious.

Look at bullet point #2. With the half a** announcements that CVM had put out the past few weeks, some of the statements might end up hurting us.
You are perfectly right! That is certainly something that I am not qualified for.
I don't know. That's what I think also. I had a lot of time this morning and so I kept digging articles on their web site and that's what I saw. A couple weeks back I was kind of mad because they don't explain what the hold was for and, I guess, in an indirect way, they did in this article. It is just a waiting game now, good or bad.

Directly from their web site.
So, according to the below paragraph on their web site, the FDA was the increased in enrollment protocol changed. It is just the arbitration news that is unknown now, right?
"On August 31, 2016, CEL-SCI announced that the currently available data from the Clinical Study reflected that the accumulation of deaths in the study was lower than that which was anticipated based on reported literature at the Phase 3 Study's inception. If the number of deaths continued to be accumulated at the current rate, it had been determined that it would take longer than originally planned to complete the study. To minimize this eventuality, CEL-SCI decided it would be necessary to enroll up to 1,273 patients to have 1,146 evaluable patients. With this increased patient enrollment, CEL-SCI expected a corresponding increase in the number of deaths, and, if this plan were implemented, the study could be completed in a more timely manner. As required by law and in order to be able to implement the plan, CEL-SCI submitted an amendment to the existing Phase 3 protocol for its head and neck cancer study to multiple regulatory agencies in the countries abroad where the Phase 3 study is being conducted as well as to the FDA to allow for this expansion in patient enrollment. The protocol amendment and the Phase 3 study were put on Partial Clinical Hold by the US FDA."
I don't know what to ask since I don't understand some of your posts.
I have to go back to school to improve my English because I don't understand what the heck the last five posts are all about.
But your kids will! LOL. If I have 100K shares and CVM goes to $100.00 in 3 to 5 years. Hmm! I know my kids will be very happy. Nice to have a dream.
The overall take on the FDA hold and the arbitration. Is CVM going to fold shop or is there hope? Heck, anything to cure my boredom. Just bought another $5K worth today at $.2975. Avg. cost is $.3495. This darn thing better fill the gap at $.42. LOL!
DZ,
You have been at this for a while. Saw your article/s in seeking alpha also. What's your overall take in all of this?
Yes! Silence is the word for now. LOL!
OK, Learning, Sir! Whatever you are on, please share with me too 'cause I need something to relieve of my pain holding CVM shares, please.
With our luck, it will go right back down 20% tomorrow. LOL! Just waiting for the news, I guess. Whatever the rumor is, it is not accurate.
I disagreed. I don't expect them to spell out the details of the communication. They just need to give a general overview of the reason/s for the partial clinical hold and the arbitration timeline. As investors, we do deserve the rights to know. The last news was worthless reiterating what they said 30 days ago only with the added "we have rec'd written notice from the FDA."
While I don't profess to know anything in this field, I work for a large manufacturing company in San Diego and if there is something wrong, the Board of Directors and investors would demand an explanation immediately. The answer does not have to be in details but you have to give them something, right? If business is down, we are working on it and will let you know more details by the next quarter, etc. That is just my humble opinion. When you woke up with a 50% loss in your investment due to the clinical hold, you deserve to know what is going on. Don't you think?
