I gotten to thinking; what if the price of LQMT goes negative? And being a scam; TC might tell the shareholders to send a check to Lake Forest for an amount proportional to the shares they own. A dollar a share, 'cause LQMT shareholders are obsessed with "dollar land".
Maybe it would be at that point the unicorns would get it through their thick heads that this is all a fraud? But maybe not....
If these were open market purchases, a very strong signal indeed!
Why does this scam keep paying me 16 cents per share/per month???
Thank you Robert Cauley and team!
Eontec bought LQMT, Lugee Li was just a straw buyer. When that briefcase of IP, patents, and BMG know-how left for Hong Kong, it was a one way trip.
Todays LQMT is the vestiges of the facade that Eontec created making the US government (and to a much, much lesser extent: the LQMT shareholders) think Eontec only took milk instead of the reality that they had taken the whole cow. Eontec feels comfortable they have gotten away with their scheme. They are not providing backdrop stories to Joshua anymore. And they are not propping up the stock price as they once were, instead allowing it to descend into the ground--inevitably worthless. Very convenient, no?
LQMT shareholders will never hear from Lugee Li ever again.
You should PM @Researchfyi he’s having a private buy one, get one free sale
Why do I get the sinking feeling that whomever has been paid to keep the SP artificially high the past five years is scuttling the LQMT boat? That we are taking on water and this SP manipulator is throttling back the bilge pump?
At the current rate of decline we could be at $0 on December 31.
68 orders yesterday, humph!
'Ya know, there is one simple thing that could give this stock at least temporary support-- words from Lugee Li.
Something....Anything....this does not even cost money.
But we will never hear from Lugee Li ever again and there will be no words, public statement, or fireside talk.
That's because Lugee Li does not care and there is no involvement in this company by him.
It's not like LQMT is ever going to move back into the building other than what ever 500 sq ft they still occupy.
Folks may say to hang onto it because it is an appreciating asset, I think what they are really saying is do not take away the only asset of LQMT they can actually see.
Being a landlord is great if that is your business. But the reality is a large repair, a miscalculation in property taxes, a changed business environment where we can't find a tenant, another tropical storm...any number of things can negatively impact that asset. Besides, Chung et. al. are running our books straight into the ground anyway.
Do the deed and stop the suffering.
Sell the building and distribute a special dividend!
This does two things. One, reduces shareholder exposure to the pitfalls of being a landlord. We are not in the real estate business and have no skills thereto. And, that special dividend will show shareholders just how watered down this stock really is.
Sell it yesterday!
Incorrect!
On these boards the benchmark is .30.
Because it was @.30 that the .60 Poll was created.
Wow! If we could only be living back in the day of unicorns, rainbows, and LQMT @ .30
Yeah BBBBoy if you could tell your close friend Lugee that an old gadfly on "iHop" is publicly chiding you and calling you out saying that the shareholders of LQMT will never, ever hear from you again. And if you could make some type of public statement or even an appearance it would go a long way.
Truth is, this just an opinion of a very negative person on "iHop". The problem is that the positive people don't disbelieve him.
I have convinced myself that LQMT shareholders will never hear from Lugee Li ever again.
Please tell me the difference between GTAT and LQMT. I mean, other than the obvious GTAT screwed Apple. Because realistically LQMT is a company that would screw Apple much in the same manner as GTAT. Both LQMT and the former GTAT are poised the same.
If that is not enough evidence to show that Apple will never do further business with LQMT and perhaps your thinking that "lighter and stronger than titanium" means LM105, allow me to draw your attention to an edition of the first Apple Watch; the one with the gold case.
It would have been easy for Apple to use 14k or 24k, otherwise pure gold; and it would have still been a sell out. But no, they used some unknown purity of gold. Watered down if you will. THAT is the kind of "titanium" that is going to be used. THAT is the kind of company Apple is.
Isn't Ford going to have those illuminated BMG thresholds? There were patents and drawings and blagh, blagh blagh.
Because if there were ever a place on an automobile for all those imaginary super duper traits of LQMTs BMGs....it's a the door thresholds.
Lugee Li was a straw purchaser for Eontec. They got the IP they wanted and this is what’s left.
But @Researchfyi you made reference to a change on the LQMT website --AND ON THE WEBSITE WAS A PICTURE OF A HINGE FOR A CELL PHONE!!!! <gets all giddy and wets pants>
I’ll take it one step further, there is no Maze.
It was only Joshua’s thoughts that somehow there is a structured and organized network. Boy, such a thing sounds great if you are looking for links that could possibly explain widespread LQMT manufacture. And lookee! Here’s the family tree right here! But the truth is there is there is no evidence of LQMT unity amongst these companies other than some may do reciprocal business with one another from time to time.
You need to buy a Yeti Brick. they are $50, but it will be the last bottle opener you will ever buy.
When a person is the ONLY USER ON ALL OF REDDIT to have the the monogram "Reliable Source", that tells me a lot about that particular poster; as in-- no, they are not a reliable source. Reliable sources prove themselves to be reliable over time, they don't have to tell you.
Joshua is a bullshitting MF'er and should be treated as such. Very much part of the problem surrounding LQMT.
I challenge anyone to provide any inkling of proof of anything Joshua has written on iHub or elsewhere on the www. about LQMT being factual, truthful, or coming to fruition. Good luck! because none of it has.
In the next few months I'd like only one thing....LQMT declares a dividend.
It's NEVER going to get past 60 cents!
If they were to sell the building, would that be enough to convince everyone that the ship is sinking?
For the record I think they should sell the building--yesterday. It's only costing us money.
The billion dollars or what ever is maybe what everyone thinks about first. What about the lowest prize?
I think I have a better chance winning the lowest Powerball prize to get my $2 back than I do buying $2 worth of shares of LQMT.
And with Powerball I can witness work being done; even though it’s just releasing and reading the numbers on the ping pong balls. My last witnessing of LQMT work is when I bought the the knife.
As investors, we should never have the feeling that a $2 Power Ball ticket has a better chance of paying a return than the same $2 spent investing in a US corporation.
Yet here we are....
Hey guys! I still need help writing that list of all the goods things Lugee Li has done for LQMT.
So far there is only one item. He saved the company from bankruptcy (maybe).
Should I have used a smaller sheet of paper?
I'm putting together a list of the good things Lugee Li has done for LQMT USA over the past 7 years and I am not coming up with anything.
Am I missing something?
Lemme get this straight:
At todays ASM all they did was vote, or tabulate the vote; of the two questions on the proxy. Which is good, because they did exactly what they said they were going to do.
--There was no Q & A
--There was no mention of Sony or even utterance of the word headphones.
--There was no mention of AR goggles
--No mention of Eontec or it's special building to produce BMG products in some far off industrial park
--Not a word about iPhone 15.....16......17.....
--My all-time favorite, Mid Frame Box-- not a peep
--My second favorite-- Puncture Plates. 'Ya know, Lockheed Martin; known for their fine manufacture of bouys and other nautical necessities
--How 'bout those $2,000 Japan-only airbuds? Nope
--Were patents mentioned? Nah. OK, how about the singular, patent? No, nothing of note worth mentioning for the record there
--The ever popular FOLDABLE PHONE! Certainly they had to have had words about those incredible hinges. NIL
--An apology for the faults of IT or words about about hidden pages on the LQMT website regarding consumer wearables and electronics?
--Huawei??? No. Ok, how 'bout Hawaii? Hard No.
--Amorphorous Aluminum Alloy? Ugh! I don't think you've caught on
--How about share price? LQMT as it relates to the general economic outlook? The trend of daily stock trades? The amount of remaining treasury shares?
Dude, we had an ASM because we were required to. It was used for what we wanted-- the continuation of our salaries. We don't give a flying f about you, your concerns, or if this company even has sales. Bug Off!!!
In the midst Watts, we are in the midst.
Patience?
Particularly at this point on the LQMT timeline, there is absolutely nothing wrong with rattling the cage and shaking the tree of management. They deserve all the admonishment they receive.
Know what I'd like to see?
The scar across the parking lot from the trenching when the electrical upgrade was done.
So, we have exactly 7 days till our Stockholders Meeting. Thoughts???
I think it's a huge mistake to have the investors see the (my presumption) empty warehouse. That emptiness will distract from anything they could positively say.
LQMT sells shares of stock, that is their business.
All the innuendo, assumed potential, thoughts of a whale contract.....all the DD; the source is really the minds of greedy shareholders projecting their desires. None of it actually comes from LQMT itself.
Absolutely correct! With a standardized process or without; it’s a simple fact, big business prefer to do business with other big businesses.
I don’t believe this is whats holding LQMT back. What has LQMT grounded is the simple fact is that its’ BMGs are complete bullshit and LQMT can’t even be used as a gimmick.
Are some of us suggesting that Lugee Li use LQMT shares as a core part of his retirement?
OMG <facepalm>
I’m saying that combination of Lugee Li, the current management, and perhaps some others would have enough votes to say “this LQMT thing did not work out, we have voted to dissolve the company.”
When you see that all the intellectual assets were sent to Hong Kong when Li bought the company, all the machinery was literally given away and sent to Arizona, and all that is left is our empty building and literally one employee, Tony Chung.
What do you think has been going on all this time?
…..or a quorum of shareholders could decide to just dissolve LQMT.
Yeah, it could end that easy.
You are entitled to be as stupid as you want to be in this world.
