I'll give you 7Billion reasons why no boom
I'm not trying to be right, and none of this should ever require apologies from anyone. I'm simply trying to remind everyone that Schady himself stated that an RS was imminent. There's no possibility of getting anywhere without one. There's 7B shares out. If there is a run,the company won't have the cash to buy back. That's why I keep saying that every tick up this stock takes it gets closer and closer to becoming worthless. (Well, it's volume reduced by at least 10,000:1, followed by, again Schady's claim, massive dilution, so for all intents and purposes worthless) so you better load a ton and hope that Schady acts as a good steward of your cash, doubtful, but possible I suppose.
If that's true then he didn't change he float any. He bought 1B from the float and 1B new shares were converted for his total2B. Great no actual SS change after all this.
He isn't buying the OS on the open market. He is ADDING to the OS by buying the converters shares.
That depends on how much an investor would be willing to pay for a guaranteed $1M per quarter loss.
I don't think anyone here is opposed to you making money. Hell, flip these shares for all they're worth! The point being made is that this is a sham and anyone planning on retiring on gains from LTNC is living a fantasy. Get in and get out if you can. Just don't beg your wife to put up the kids' college funds.
If you are looking forward to more for 4's then you'd better be able to accept that any and all shares will have been bought with borrowed money and that money is going to come with terms like 59% and $1000/day payback terms. Ridiculous. This also means that he will have no qualm with annihilating that position when RS needs to happen or six months have passed and he has manipulated to price to the point where there is a new line of bag holders waiting to take his flipped shares, and off he goes.
Actually it is a matter of public record.
And none of this is to mention that little troubling point that he bought billions of shares merely days before releasing material information to the public. That is insider trading 101. Its hard to prove, but it is clearly a violation of his responsibility to every shareholder and frankly, you all should be quite mad that he got on and manipulated the price before letting you know about all the things that were planned and giving you the chance to make the money that he will when he sells all of this stock he bought. And mark my words, he will sell his stake in LTNC the day before RS.
So, what happens when tomorrow, Saturday, the pps does not rise at all.
Right, the guy with an armed robbery in his background really gives a hoot about you and his day laborers and staff. Ok.
He didn't spend a dime of his own money purchasing those shares. He bought them personally with company funds, instead of having the company buy them and thereby introducing the possibility of retiring them, so that he can flip them when the proper amount of time has passed. He will not be out a cent when RS happens, but he WILL be able to take out more convertible debt with the new, higher share price, which means......Back to the Schadels!! You see, every tick you move up, you are closer and closer to bankruptcy.
What's going on here is that Schadel plans a massive RS, which he has already stated previously, so he shirked his responsibility to the shareholders and diverted money away from the company to buy up some of the float to simulate interest in repairing the share structure. The problem is that if he decides to RS, he isn't out a dime because of where the funds to purchase the stock came from in the first place. If he had paid for the stock with his own money, I may feel inclined to see it as a positive, but him being who he is, would never allow that to happen.
Of course this is going to RS. There are 7B shares out there. A company which hasn't made a profit in 4 yrs, but has lost 11M, doesn't have a hope of coming out of the doldrums with 7B shares outstanding. It doesn't matter one iota that he bought shares, what would he care if a RS happened. He didn't buy the shares with his own money, he took money from the company, and by extension the employees, the IRS and shareholders, to pay for the stock. So that means he is at zero loss if the stock reverse splits.
I appreciate the enthusiasm, however I would appreciate even more if you could lend some insight you may have regarding the technical aspects that warrant a future run prediction.
thanks in advance
Every stinkin' week, it's always going to be "next week". When will "next week", or "tomorrow" ever get here?
Yep, this will definitely rise next week to a trillion dollar valuation or so. I read it here!! Boomage is coming apparently. No one knows why or when, but next week sounds like the consensus, for the past year or so.
Huge! Couldn't possibly ask for better performance from this stock, or from this CEO!! For the last year this has done nothing but go up!! Every week is more boomage!! No doubt now, tomorrow will be huge boomage!! Hoping to see more flips between hundredths of pennies!! Thank you Santa Clau....
Oh wait, nope, just like every other week...absolutely nothing noteworthy going on, darn, I was hoping that everyone would magically turn out to be correct in their assertions of global dominance and wealth beyond compare.
HAHAHA!!! So Ryan buys 1B shares and everyone talks about how the CEO put his money where his mouth is, but then we all realize that he didn't reduce the float, he increased it by buying shares directly from converters!! Oh wow, when will it end?!?
Flippers are not the reason that a company with 6B outstanding shares, millions in losses per year, millions in debt to private and public entities, and being led by a man with a criminal record, is not valued more that .0003. Before you tell me about how much Ryan bought, think about the fact that he bought a lot of those directly from note holders. So, he may not have taken as much from the float as you think. And, anyone with a brain is getting out after even the smallest gains are made. Tell me, do you really think this tragedy will go on for much longer, or are you just in it for a quick flip?
HAHAHA!!!! OMFG.....
I find it literally sickening, though, when I consider that I was here, at the epicenter of the movement, and I am letting it slip through my hands because I of the negative association with the product. Stocks? yes, a warehouse full of weed? unfortunately, not going to fly.
Well that says to me that he is really good at a pump and dump since that 0.5 has moved down around 1,000% to 0.049. That doesn't bode well for the whole longevity prospect.
No, I haven't been watching. Today is the first time I have ever heard of this company. Looks intriguing, and I established a small position because of the breakout, but I will wait for confirmation of a continued trend to buy in big. The only reason it intrigues me so much is that this fledgling industry is not going to create millionaires, it is going to create billionaires. I may not be one of them, but I will settle for a nice position in a company who got in from the beginning. .
BTW I am from Colorado, so almost everyday I speak to someone who has already made life changing cash in this space simply because their operations were in place and ready to produce on day one. With next to no competition on a national scale, the first company that can establish itself as a national brand will be something to hang on to.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but with 800M OS that would make this a company valuation of $200M? Are you looking for an RS to get to those levels?
Hello All,
New to this ticker and I was hoping to get a synopsis of this company. I have read the PR about developing a fully integrated MJ supply chain, and I am somewhat familiar with the CEO. I have gone back about three or four day into the post history here, but I don't have the time to read more than a few days worth of posts and unfortunately, many posts refer to the name/ticker change. Can someone give me a fact based evaluation of the company? (Please leave out any starry eyed predictions and overzealous evaluations...just the facts.)
There seems to be some confusion as to what signal Ryan is sending by buying so many shares. To break this down so even a young child can understand it:
1. Ryan can buy and sell whenever he wants to, within limitations. Form 4 must be filed.
2. If Ryan knows of anything happening in the future, any material information that may cause the share price to go up, he must make that information public before he buys.
3.This eliminates, well almost, the possibility that there is any big news coming.
You are missing the point. If he knew that there was a plan for a merger; and he bought stock because the price would rise as a result of said merger; and the merger was not publicly disclosed before his stock purchase; then he is demonstrating the essence of insider trading.
WHAA?!!? Could go much higher than 0.20??!! This company is going surpass a 1.2 Billion Valuation? Seriously? What news could possibly make this company worth billions?
yeah, ok. LMAO
Oh but they will, and when they do, they will dump EVERYTHING. Imagine you are a note holder and you are holding billions of stock that you can't sell because there is no bid. tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars worth. So you spend some chump change moving shares around to make it look like a lot of interest. Then, you get the price to a point where you can recoup your losses, and bam: you unload everything you bought, including the newly converted billions of shares and down it goes back to 0.0001.
I'm not saying it is impossible that someone can make money if they time the trades right, and while this post is, of course, pure speculation, and I may be completely wrong about who is buying, to think that this stock is somehow coming back from the dead to a Multi-Hundred-Million dollar valuation is pure lunacy.
Too bad Schady structured the company so that he holds 51% of the voting shares. All the shares trading in the public are non voting shares. Owning 50% of these shares won't do anything for anyone except Schady.
Not for a ticker like this one. Just getting the attention of even a few dim witted investors who would jump at the prospect of a lotto paying off, could drive the volume needed to get it noticed elsewhere, and thereby facilitating the unloading of tens of thousands of shares for "lotto play" prices, which is all schady needs to keep this scam going
But, there is doubt, an incredible level of doubt as to whether anyone would want to buy this company. Many have explained quite well why no one would want to buy it.
Yes, you are right. They are doing it because they are getting paid by the ceo to do it and tell everyone about it on ihub.
It is easy to be consistent when everything is so painfully obvious.
I know, I know....GO...$$$LTNC$$$....WOW!!
For the last time, I don't think the share price is coming back. I never said that. This turd is as good as dead. I was insinuating that the only reason to stick around is to try to learn more about how to tell if a company is being deceitful, or if they are just plain delusional. I think it is pretty clear that anything out of their mouths now is at least robed in deceit, however it provides a good case study to become familiar with the tactics used by these types and watching this will help me to avoid situations like this one in the future.
Again, it would help to read the post to which I replied to get some context for my post.
Read the post I was responding to. that should clear things up for you.
HAHAHA...Oh...Oh my....that was a good one, almost fell out of my chair. I'm going to stick around as an experiment to see if I can effectively differentiate between deception and delusion. So far its been pretty difficult to tell the difference, but it is beginning to get easier.
