Letter or legal size?
Agreed, sometimes my sarcasm doesn’t translate well on the message board. Hopefully, and to quote another poster this is potentially “next level stuff”, perhaps along the lines of what I was alluding to in post 547857.
A couple other quick thoughts as I don’t have much time. The Flaskworks patents* provide more protection IMO than the patent they got on Direct back in October 2021. That stated I sense that using L would be the preferred method in practice medically. As removing as much tumor burden as possible as well as ensuring a greater antigen uptake will provide better efficacy. And any synergies with CI’s will be at dose levels more tolerable.
* Suspect some of the Flaskworks patents are defensive in nature to block alternate paths.
Impressive list from my (B10* education) perspective.
*UCLA and USC are upping their game next year…..and raising the bar overall academically.
Yep, and possibly or possibly not (depending on efficacy with mono therapy trials) leading to combo trials to ascertain synergies with CI’s.
Agreed perhaps some of the long-term survivors cannot be attributed to any of the known prognostic factors.
The sauce thickens. But are the sauciers respected?
Cool, thanks.
Did you drive to and attend the ASM? Thereby successfully negotiating the border crossing to and fro?
Adequate Amperage (electrical “working” current flow) is also needed to do the work. A static spark from the fingertip can be upwards of 15,000 V but with no amperage It does a little more than startle and does not knock one on their keister.
Perhaps the media coverage for NWBO is starting to amp up.
Potential for a 21st-century remake of the “Nut-Cracker” in the offing???
Yes some of the other occupants of the Bahamian high-rise condo commune, whom also will be moving on to new rent free housing albeit with a diminished view, are cooperating. Since Crypto knight decided to waive extradition seems like he’s getting some good legal advice as a few extra months in a Bahamian jail would gain him nothing.
Crypto knight back in the U.S. posted a not insignificant bail… I trust bail was secured which previously had been a foreign concept to him…so a hard (pun intended) step forward.
Approaching eight years on the title is taking on some tarnish…
Diligently adds needed perspective in his brevity.

Twice or thrice?
Begs the question what does [1.6.3] Cover? And what are the odds we find out in the future?
The sizable awards due process to correct neuron misfiring for sum.
Refreshing twist that does add a little excitement anticipation to the Advent calendar this season.
He’s skiing and generally seems to be enjoying things. I’d like to be in his boots I’m sure they’re newer and pricier than my Tommy Moe era Lange’s.
JC…. just above analysts (securities industry as a whole) as well as “pseudo” securities of crypto and NFT.
Sprecken sie nicht?!?!?
‘tis the season to be litigious. The article does show he hedges his bets politically as one in his position is able to do. But, it does make one wonder how far that transfers into his business operations and does it walk the line or cross it?
Glad to see he’s paying taxes in line with what many Americans pay. He’d never file the lawsuit if he wasn’t as the optics would be beyond the pale……no doubt he’s aware of this. I’m sure ProPublica has some interesting details of wealthy individuals who are paying far less than Mr. Griffin and probably don’t like the attention this lawsuit is generating.
It would be priceless (pun intended) if SBF inquired as to crypto being an acceptable form of “cash” currency payment to post bail. And to have the judge respond in the negative and adjust bail accordingly….one can only dream
You posted this on October 12 in post 521251 and got three good replies and one meh response that are worth rereading. Adding to the meh response IMO they’re targeting melanoma in this trial as it may present a higher potential for a level of success with this targeted therapy.
I was thinking more along the lines of the Flaskworks device. Besides the obvious advantages of cost and repeatability having a microchip based device process the tumor may enable said fine tuning to the mutations/DNA (or other factors) of the tumor resulting in a more efficacious vaccine. With the delay in getting to this point as a shareholder it would appease me somewhat to find out that there is a “method B” or a pathway to a “method B” is being worked for L.
Perhaps similar fine-tuning exists in other modalities and is either patentable or trade secret in practice.
That kind of time could be an inducement to flip if one is engaged or know of similar shenanigans…
Holly pseudonym….or progression as the case may be.
It’s cool the thing that confounded progression early on in trials (T-cell infiltration) is also the mode of action facilitating improved efficacy in combination with PD1/PDL1. Making a cold tumor hot improves CI targeting…..as one (many) would think.
Yes he’s on the BOD.
I know. Her husband was phasing out of the high profile political scene so perhaps it was a mutual parting of the ways. I’ll leave it at that too
Yeah it was well documented on the board with plenty of speculation. At this time maybe it’s best to let her Rest In Peace. There are plenty of knowns and unknowns to speculate on the future
Susan Bayh passed away last year
One may think a combo update has become much less of reach at this point.
Dry ice would be use for shipping of the vaccine. Early on an “egg” (shaped) shipping container was developed and tested for vaccine transport. It’s insulated would be packed with dry ice. No doubt CRL and Advent are already customers of dry ice suppler(s). Assuming there are no NDA’s with these suppliers. This may manifest itself as an upcoming increase in volume. Admittedly this is a bit of a stretch due to their ability at keeping things quiet. This would fall under more tea leaf reading or rather iced tea leaf reading.
(Recent reports from drive-bys in Memphis indicated the backup generation and refrigeration infrastructure is in place)
“Appreciation for the importance of transparency” remains a bit of a struggle….. deep down maybe he’s wrestling with the concept one would hope.
The saying (No good deed goes unpunished.) is applicable.
