Filing ownership of shares by insiders is a normal occurence required by the SEC. They some options to buy at a certain price as well. Last year investment bankers got warrants for 50 and 78 cents for their investments. until the price reaches those price points they won't excercise their right to buy. Therefore bthey expect encr price to breach those price points as do I.

Look at yesterday's filing of ownership by insiders. There are options and warrants at exercisable prices much higher than what private investors can buy stock today. A good omen!

Bid price shares appear to be drying up. This means holders are not willing to relinquish shares and are holding for greater investment returns. Imho. Will be monitoring the ticker tape for verification of my analysis.

Expect a continuation of Encr's share price appreciation this week. I think we will see a minimum of .25 per share by weeks end. This assessment is based upon an escalating level 2 asking price queue at the close of Friday's trading day and volume of over a million shares traded Wednesday through Friday last week.

Finally encr is getting out from under the radar and chances for cheap shares are waning. Albeit any price south 50 cents is a bargain imho. Based upon intrinsic value and warrants to Chardan Capital for 50 cents and others for 78 cents. Plus an analyst's price target of a buck. Encr is indeed a compelling investment proposition.

Lake, I am finally vested. Encr share price has been stable and I am confident that there is a strong upside bias. Too, I am confident we shall see share price north of 50 cents and beyond as events and sales unfold. Keep our eyes on the ball and stay the course.

Keystone bill vetoed by Obama based on environmental CO2 emissions concerns. Congress suggested adding environmental caveats and repassage could induce Obama signature. Enter encr's gradual oxidizers as one solution. Could also quell environmental concerns for congressional majority vote for veto proof legislation. Why not then? The next weeks should be interesting and a buy and hold strategy is still a good proposition imo. Share price has been stable and will most likely begin to rise soon!!
