K. Kreisler to be in StockHideout chat in 30 minutes. Log in now to get a good seat. http://www.stockhideout.com
Bashers we'll all be looking for you to join in today and post your slanderous accusations directly to Mr. Kreisler with the same enthusiasm as when you post behind his back in here....
New email message from Kevin Kreisler was just posted over at RB by the person who received it this morning. FYI...
1 - There is no plan to reverse-split INSEQ. We intend to convert GreenShift's stake into a simple form of preferred at 12/31/05 with a face value equal to 70% of INSEQ's intrinsic value as of that date.
Additionally, after acquiring sufficient positive cash flows via IMS and our other pending and targeted acquisitions, it is our intention to seek out ways to buy back stock.
2 - Despite the day to day market fluctuations of GSHF, INSQ and VRDM, ,each company continues to execute on plan and on budget for this year.
Their respective financial statements for the third quarter will reflect this, and we will provide additional updates as and when appropriate relative to our ongoing initiatives.
3 - Key goals for this quarter remain:
(a) completing our pending acquisitions and investments,
(b) securing additional contracts for and initiating cash flows with GSHF's various technologies,
(c) bringing GreenWorks and Tornado Trash into public vehicles, a % of which we intend to spin-out to the GSHF shareholders,
(d) completing and filing our many patents associated with our first wave of green appliances and other new technologies,
(e) completing our next generation prototype of a small-scale commercial, high-end residential consumer, version of our Tornado Generator,
(f) and securing lower cost financing.
Regards,
Kevin Kreisler

Dear board moderator(s) and fellow INSQ investors,
I first heard of ihub from a group of very frustrated people on RB (in another group other than INSEQ's) who said serious investors could get away from the relentless onslaught of bashers' garbage (which typifies much of what you see today on Raging Bull's and Yahoo's Stock Message Boards) by going to ihub -- because ihub maintained higher standards.
I believe what I was told was correct but, tonight, I am concerned because this policy is being tested as the goodwill and tolerance of ihub's moderators is being exploited by one of INSEQ's more notorious, verbose, and irresponsible bashers.
Sadly, I am disappointed.
From my perspective it certainly seems this is a problem which cannot be fully corrected merely through "use of the iggy button" which is, at best, a partial, albeit convenient, solution which only serves to mask SOME inappropriate postings from SOME readers SOME of the time.
Further, the "iggy button" is the preferred "solution" which IMO has led to the steady deterioration of the message board content on RB and Yahoo message boards which seem, these days, to be almost drowning in a virtual sea of slanderous and libelous postings which (1) new and inexperienced visitors DO read...and sometimes end up considering as true; and (2) which many times ends up wasting bandwidth because of reply messages written by frustrated and angry investors.
When slander, libel, and character assassination becomes tolerable, there is no more discussion board. Instead, what you have is a highly dysfunctional collection of propaganda postings and reactionary replies. Buried within, of course, are legitimate and meaningful commentaries and questions..but such postings can easily get lost amid the chaos, accusations, and hyperbole.
IMHO, I am afraid ihub may be bordering on becoming another RB and by failing to enforce its own published guidelines FAIRLY, CONSISTENTLY, and DECISIVELY. I hope I am wrong because ihub is a wonderful site, but I feel your patience and goodwill is being exploited and, in turn, opening a pandora's box that, once open, you'll never be able to close.
With all due respect, I can see no reason to participate in a "forum" which, through delays and/or inaction, provides defacto legitimacy for known bashers who are pathologically and obsessively driven by an agenda to do harm through repeated and annoying postings consisting of slanderous comments, outright misstatements of fact, half-truths, blatantly out-of-context recountings of "historical" events, and malicious character assassination.
It is with regret, therefore, that I want you to know that I am removing my ihub bookmarks tomorrow and, subsequently, curtailing my visits to ihub -- and specifically, to the INSEQ message board -- for the forseeable future.
My best wishes to all on the ihub team and thank you for a wonderful site.
I think yer spending too much time on the computer in the prison library each day....
I managed to get a few more PTSC shares today...probably relatively few shares compared to most of you but, as they say, but I do what i can.
The more I learn about this situation the more I am drawn into it. I cannot believe that I only learned about this a few days ago. Does Patriot have any kind of internal PR capability?
I am something of a computer afficionado...although not a heavyweight by any means. But this situation smells sort of like front page news stuff to me...and maybe a good 'Dallas' or 'Dynasty' type of soap opera, too.
It seems the implications of this situation, if certain matters prevail, are literally unfathomable. Pending any rulings favorable to PTSC, it certainly appears Intel is going to have to move quickly and overwhelmingly to plug the dam before it breaks.
Please keep posting anything you feel might be of interest to a new PTSC investor such as myself. I cannot find enough to read on this matter.
Lastly, what about any possible updides to PTSC's chip tech in and of itself?
And thank you.
Those are reasonable and fair questions.
Why don't you contact at reputable investment/finance reporter at a quality news organization and suggest he/she make the contact and ask those and other questions. A simple well-placed telephone calls might be some of the most valuable time you have invested in PTSC thus far....
Can the answers to your proposed questions prejudice the case? If not, I think this whole scenario is profoundly newsworthy and many a journalist might savor something with this much explosive 'potential'.
An unreturned call placed by a savvy reporter to a PATRIOT exec. convey an important unspoken message, in and of itself, that we all might benefit from.
JMHO and thanks for all the insights folks....
Thanks again for the info. The more I learn abut PTSC, the more I want to know.
Can anyone provide me with some kind of a 'timetable' of all known upcoming significant events (for PTSC and its investors) along with possible implications - pro and con - of those events?
In all sincerity, all insights concerning PTSC are invited and appreciated.
Best regards.

This will enable photos to be shared and not have to depend on email, that sometimes does not have the capacity handle photos.
Thanks for the insights friends.
Although a newbie, i just cannot imagine this not going up substantially. JMHO...
From what I have seen so far, this definitely appears to be a 'domino effect' scenario. Everything seems to be originating out of and contingent upon good old Intel.
Frankly, if this situation follows typical protocols, I would not be surprised to see a last minute deal stuck "on the courthouse steps" on the first day of the actual trial against Intel....
Forgive the blue sky wonderings, but are there any unofficial speculations of what the potential PPS upside could be.. given either (1) a verdict in favor of Patriot Scientific, (2) an acquisition by a suitor from within the IM industry, or (3) a pretrial settlement?
Also, is it possible that Intel or a proxy of Intel could acquire a controlling interest on PTSC stock and, if so, what would be the likelihood of a positive outcome for smaller investors such as myself?
Thank you.
I have a lot to learn here but I wonder if AMD is using the same core technology as Intel. I thought AMD had it own proprietary technology which, until recently, was considered inferior to Intel's. If AMD's technology is truly unique, then this might explain why the AMD name is not referenced in the ongoing or possible litigation.
Just my thoughts.
(I am a new PTSC investor who is still trying to validate my decision to invest.... Seems like this might be a sleeper. In all sincerity, I appreciate any perspectives, thoughts, insights, warnings, or words of encouragement any of you feel a newbie might find useful.)
Thanks in advance.
I am a recent PTSC stockholder who is trying to get up to speed on the current and future outlook this company.
Is it reasonable to expect major activity - such as serious buyout offers or settlement offers - soon AFTER a favorable resolution of the MOORE case (and not before)?
And for what it's worth, based on what is known to date, can anyone speculate on any possible/probable dates by which the Moore case might be settled.
I guess what I am asking is for any best guesses as to when and under what circumstances my investment might appreciate significantly. to me, PTSC seems to be a LONG proposition and this is fine. Just looking for a little direction and 'guidance'.
Thanks in advance.
