Dear board moderator(s) and fellow INSQ investors,

I first heard of ihub from a group of very frustrated people on RB (in another group other than INSEQ's) who said serious investors could get away from the relentless onslaught of bashers' garbage (which typifies much of what you see today on Raging Bull's and Yahoo's Stock Message Boards) by going to ihub -- because ihub maintained higher standards.

I believe what I was told was correct but, tonight, I am concerned because this policy is being tested as the goodwill and tolerance of ihub's moderators is being exploited by one of INSEQ's more notorious, verbose, and irresponsible bashers.

Sadly, I am disappointed.

From my perspective it certainly seems this is a problem which cannot be fully corrected merely through "use of the iggy button" which is, at best, a partial, albeit convenient, solution which only serves to mask SOME inappropriate postings from SOME readers SOME of the time.

Further, the "iggy button" is the preferred "solution" which IMO has led to the steady deterioration of the message board content on RB and Yahoo message boards which seem, these days, to be almost drowning in a virtual sea of slanderous and libelous postings which (1) new and inexperienced visitors DO read...and sometimes end up considering as true; and (2) which many times ends up wasting bandwidth because of reply messages written by frustrated and angry investors.

When slander, libel, and character assassination becomes tolerable, there is no more discussion board. Instead, what you have is a highly dysfunctional collection of propaganda postings and reactionary replies. Buried within, of course, are legitimate and meaningful commentaries and questions..but such postings can easily get lost amid the chaos, accusations, and hyperbole.

IMHO, I am afraid ihub may be bordering on becoming another RB and by failing to enforce its own published guidelines FAIRLY, CONSISTENTLY, and DECISIVELY. I hope I am wrong because ihub is a wonderful site, but I feel your patience and goodwill is being exploited and, in turn, opening a pandora's box that, once open, you'll never be able to close.

With all due respect, I can see no reason to participate in a "forum" which, through delays and/or inaction, provides defacto legitimacy for known bashers who are pathologically and obsessively driven by an agenda to do harm through repeated and annoying postings consisting of slanderous comments, outright misstatements of fact, half-truths, blatantly out-of-context recountings of "historical" events, and malicious character assassination.

It is with regret, therefore, that I want you to know that I am removing my ihub bookmarks tomorrow and, subsequently, curtailing my visits to ihub -- and specifically, to the INSEQ message board -- for the forseeable future.

My best wishes to all on the ihub team and thank you for a wonderful site.
