Share structure is fine right where it is for us "longs." As a Long, I am very very thankful you are not running this company, because SS should not be priority to any management of a startup for the sake of having a consistent share price and to please day traders. I would be happy with a share buyback whenever, but to say 3rdQ is strictly for your own benefit. When assets allow it (and ONLY when they allow it) then a share buyback would be greatly appreciated, but I highly doubt many investors for the long term would want management to use profit to buy back shares when we have debt to pay off, marketing to establish and new territories. You are only thinking as a flipper looking for a few ticks...share structure will only bother me and most longs if they were to increase A/S. Scott has said this should not happen and he has not lied yet, so I will take his word over anyone on the message board. In the meantime, I could care less if the pps breaks $.01 today or next month and holds. All I care about is that the company is moving forward. Eventually PPS will take care of itself. Now back to patting yourself on the back.
GLTY
That would be best case (revenues) and I would not put it past MINERCO this being the case. However, I think we are looking at increase traditional debt (LOC's.) Will be great to see facts when Financials come out and not just people speculating. Hope they "take care of" the maturing toxic debt responsibly and not at the hands of us Shareholders.
Good news today with Albertson's and the cross branding of products with Universal. Lots of very exciting things happening and being planned.
GLTY
The problem is there are a few more maturing soon. I am excited to see financials, but really looking forward to seeing how MINERCO is paying for all this expansion, advertising, etc...
GLTY
So financials can't help the pps just a share buyback?
I don't care if there is a share buyback at all. If revenues start pouring in as expected, PPS will follow. PPS is the last thing on my mind when I check this board or dig into MINE. I am hear long term as many are...this is not long term as in a week, it is long term in years. Now, if revenue keeps climbing the pps will follow so that is why I am interested in the markets MINE services, deals made like Avanzar, distribution agreements signed and what other markets those dist. might have a foot in. What type of advertising we are doing and where it is focused. All these thing point back to revenue. Of course a share buyback will be nice for the "longs" who are really only here for a quick buck, but in reality....the true longs don't give a crap. I will be here for years unless the company goes bankrupt. Either way, doesn't affect my day to day or my life in any negative way.
GLTY
Good point...I can remember going on spring breaks where Monster, Red Bull, 5 hr energy all had promotions going. I remember really liking Green and Blue Monster, but when I got back home I could not get my hands on it for a few months at least. I had actually forgotten about it until I saw the can in convenience stores. I immediately recognized it.
It would be great to get national distr. beforehand, but remember what management said. If they wanted to be National, they could be overnight. The product would not last though as they would not be able to support the product in every market. My guess is that this is a cheap advertisement campaign that gets exposure to millions. Also, I just don't see how this does not kick off Florida expansion. This is purely speculative, but damn they have to at the very least be in the market we are advertising in right? I guess they advertised in San Fran for a Maxim event and to my knowledge we have yet to move North.
Thanks Coach...your effort is greatly appreciated! I would call them myself, but I figured somebody on here already did this and I did not need to be bothering the TA for the same info.
Again, thank you and GLTY
PPCAP - I think so as well, but it did raise a bit of concern when I have seen some very large blocks coming through. If anyone has a TA report I would appreciate it.
Share Structure: Has anyone posted the recent TA report? There has been some extremely big blocks sold lately. I don't have L2 so I can't see which MM's have been trading these. I know there was not a lot left to dilute, but did we just get dumped on again? Hopefully just some group selling.
I have been working all morning and just checked my emails from my phone. Saw the Minerco News and immediately thought the same thing re: Doc.
This is great news, and will only continue to add to the impressive and quick growth of this company. I can not wait to see financials over the next few quarters and beyond. Damn impressive what this company is doing in such short time.
Also, I don't know if you are in charge of Vegas and I have never actually posted about it, but I thought I would offer a suggestion. Maybe you all (if a date has not been set) should look at the 1 year anniversary of the launch of VF? Wasn't the new release in August of last year?? I hope to be able to make it, but I just can't commit to anything as of yet.
Thanks and GLTY
I have been away from the board for the past 3-4 days and just came back to this news. This company just continues to do as they say they are going to do.
I like the terms of 74/26% split and the milestone payment. Seems very fair to both parties and both parties will be taken care of for their effort when this succeeds.
I have a couple questions that may have already been answered by the board. I know some on here are very up to date on the Hemp and canabis division of Minerco. I am not...can someone point me in the direction where I can study up? I have some questions:
1.) Who is New World (Owner, location, products, etc.)
2.) New Worlds current Footprint? Are they selling elsewhere? Do they have other distribution agreements? I am completely speculating as I mentioned above I DO NOT KNOW, but is New World Beverage Tony Skinners venture? Is this just some startup that He and Minerco are launching together or are there already real products?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know this is a good thing, but I would like to learn more as I am very lost in the details right now.
Thanks in advance and GLTA
That conference call was awesome to listen to. I hope we have another one coming soon. April will be a year...
Thank you and GLTY as well
Absolutely, but this is a "fun" investment for me. I would hope it works out, but I don't have any money in this I don't expect to lose. Investing in a startup on the OTC is worse odds then playing "how many fingers am I holding up behind my back" at a casino. I have flipped stocks for the past 2 years + on the OTC and have done ok with it. This Company is not a flip for me...I believe in the company. If it makes it then I will be very happy, if it doesn't then I will go about my everyday life and not think twice about it. I own a company and help run another...this is truly a hobby and a very fun one at that. I am blessed I don't have to hang on to each tick in the pps of any company. And thank you for giving us Longs the guarantee that this stock is going to Crash as you stated "have fun holding bags forever." I don't know how you aren't the richest man/kid in the world with that foresight.
GLTY
These so called "investors" you supposedly know need to understand what investing in a company means. When you invest, you invest because you believe in the company and the LONG TERM future of the company. If you are worried about daily price swings and current pps then you are nothing more then a trader/flipper and not an investor. Stocks do not just go up each and every day, consolidation has to happen for the stock to remain "healthy." This stock just ran from the high $.002's to $.011, what more short term movement do you want?
Listen to the "true longs" here...these are the people who provide constant DD and understanding to conversations when it is blatantly obvious what the motive of other posters are doing. They do not get rattled (too much) and continue to buy because they believe in this company. Honestly, I don't give a crap if the price dipped back to $.002 or wherever as long as it isn't due to dilution or bad news. If Minerco keeps chugging along and keeping us "true Miner's" updated on events, I could care less about daily price swings.
GLTY & GLTA
I have no experience with the Gristides, but as you mentioned this is a good showcase for VF. Heck, any sale in any location is good for a start up. I am just happy that we are hearing of SOME expansion in the NE. Please provide any feedback you see on the front lines, it is appreciated!
GLTY
Couldn't have said it better Hidetoshi! Some people will say the most outlandish things to get a simple tick in the share price to sell for a small gain.
If anyone with half a brain would have read this board or the OP's twitter I think he makes it pretty clear that a mutual friend gave Manny the VF and then took the pic. Hell, he isn't even drinking it. Would it be astronomical news it Manny was to endorse VF? Of course...is that time now? Absolutely not. We don't have the funds or the shares to pay that man.
GLTA
I could/can see it hitting $(s) in the future, but it will take a lot of what Minerco has discussed in the conference call and the pr's coming to fruition to happen. I also do not believe it will hit those levels in the near future (next year or 2), but it is possible.
I don't want to go back through everything discussed (you can read those from the great DD stickied and the pr's linked to the board), but if/when National rollout happens, more major chains are announced, and we get national advertising (endorser along with print, media, etc exposure) this stock can soar. Again though it will have to be on its own merits and not that of a few pumps. The Share structure will not hold pumps.
Also, a major topic is share buyback. If there is breakthrough sales, national exposure, etc and a share buyback does indeed happen, then anything is possible.
There are a lot of "what-ifs" that have to happen and for the most part management has held true to their word on what to expect so I like the chances. This is the OTC and it is very tough for any company to make it out of here, but this is the best company I see in the OTC today that has this chance.
GLTY
Boris, Sorry not to get back with you yesterday. I try to reply personally to everyone who messages me. I went out and hit the sticks here in KC...got a bit chilly, but it was fun. Didn't play to bad, but to be honest, my A game is at best a decent golfers b/c game.
About your post...I think anyone that follows me or has read any of my messages on this board know I am not a pumper or a basher, I am just more of a realist. It gets under my skin when a guy comes on here and claims basically he is never wrong and that he doesn't pump or bash yet in the same post calls for trips. When asked why he calls for trips he gives no reason at all...
Anyways, I love what is going on here with MINE. I posted recently that my shares are locked for at least 2 years. I WILL NOT sell before 2 years unless crazy circumstances arise and I have zero other choice. I am great with flippers making coin on the daily ticks and I am ok if there are crazy enough people out there shorting a sub penny stock. We are all in this to make money. I usually do not play OTC's, but I made a mind boggling amount in 3 months beginning 2014 in the green rush I stuck around and found this gem. Thanks to many on Twitter and this board who helped me gather DD and even the company with providing insight, I decided to take a decent size leap. If it works out then many of us are going to be extremely happy (I fully expect this) and if is does not, well I will still have golf to excel at.
GLTA
On my way out the door. Actually Penny stocks are perfect for me. I took an investment position into a micro cap up and comer that I believe in. If it makes it (which I fully expect) then I am better off. If not, then I will go about my life as normal enjoying the fact that I am living my life to the fullest. I am not sitting on an internet message board yelling for trips or timber so maybe I can scare some peeps out of shares or even ticks on the share price. I am not speaking as if I am the gospel and what I say is correct. Again though...I did not invent the system, that was you. Seriously...you said that! Do you even listen to yourself?
Has anyone else noticed how unbearable this board has become since the "traders" have come in here and began spouting BS like it is fact and they are always right. Jesus...we get it. You will fight every tick for that big $50 pay day. I am back to the golf Course so I don't have to sit here and listen to how my $50K investment will definitely without a doubt 100% guarantee be selling in the trips all according to the "Traders."
GLTA
The people who are "freaking out" are those that came here and read all the PUMP bs about this running to $.015 -$.02 in the next couple days and $.10 very soon. getting these people out now and letting this thing churn is great, but these daily price swings are only for the trader. My shares are locked up and won't be sold for a few years at earliest.
Absolutely Mr. Howell, absolutely! Haha I liked those commercials.
Line...thank you. I couldn't remember who it was, but I knew one of the big contributors to this board had vast experience with distribution. Thank you for your feedback.
Pools...great feedback and I am glad you are still holding through the "turbulence." I too have held strong and even added a significant amount all the way down to $.003. GLTY
Flag....thank you. Twisted mentioned it as well and I agree with you. This just doesn't feel like desperation, but more so of an attack. Management is saying, lets not try to take a bit of market share away little at a time from the competitors. Rather, they are jumping in to compete head to head with the big boys.
Twisted....thank you for your response. You make a very good point with it being first week of radio advertising and wanting to give extra incentive (my words) to buyers.
GLTY
That is $.43/per bottle...at that rate Mine would see revenue of about $.08-$.09 per bottle sold? That would be net profit of what...$.02? I understand that you have to get people to try the product, but does this not make anyone else feel like desperation? Why even go 3-1 unless you know the product isn't selling? Somebody with marketing experience has to be on this board. Is this normal for a new product on the floor to go this extreme?
It is a fair question that many of us have asked for a very long time. The suspicious thing is this "project" of trying to track shareholder quantity is very suspicious of scam investments. I don't believe that to be the case in this instance, but as an informed investor, you have to look at all scenario's/possibilities.
I do not and will not provide my own personal numbers to any "tracking" at the hands of another shareholder. The share quantity and shareholder info is available to the management of the company through the TA. Anybody else with this information you should be cautious of especially in the OTC.
Also, you are correct...the ability to keep accurate info on shareholder values is silly, but to believe it is accurate is even more silly.
GLTY and welcome to Minerco
Absolutely...guess I should have specified in my original post. Managers or store owners. I like seeing pics as it shows product is indeed being sold. However, I'd like to hear how it is selling at these stores which helps us investors understand if more sales to the stores are likely and how often. Can't wait to hear about other retailers carrying VF.
GLTY
Impressive isn't it? A leader that has money where his mouth. I wish we knew what other major contributors to management held. Ginsberg, Smith, Ezra, etc all have to be owners of the stock don't you think?
Just block this troll. I did it months ago and this board has become readable again.
For all those who have bought in store (Kmart, Walgreens, 7eleven. Wherever,) please do us shareholders who are unable to a service. When you go in, ask them how product is selling. Ask them how much, how often, etc. That sort of DD will provide very beneficial info.
Thanks and GLTA
Thanks monkey. I received the email as well, but was leaving office and didn't notice who had sent it. I figured and hoped it was our pr firm, but then got on i hub once I got home and read posts about it being from Vanis.
Again, thank you for the reply.
Thanks Bottoms. I went back and read through previous post after I had asked you for your thoughts. Did not realize you had already stated them. I do appreciate the reply.
Bottoms...what is your take on this email? I guess the reason I ask is I don't usually see management sending emails re: stock price movement. Is this common? I feel like this is a bit odd, but maybe this is normal?
Maybe this is the pr firm releasing this info? If so, is this just an email to shareholders?? That would make more sense to me.
Not trying to be a pessimist, but this just seems like $mine is pumping their own stock. The optimist side just believes mine management is truly looking out and taking care of the shareholders and this was just another way to keep in touch with us.
Thanks for your thoughts.
GLTA
Holy God the pumping that goes on here. Jim Cramer is said to endorse Clay...this is mentioned in the Minerco email to shareholders and other subscribers sent out in the past hr. There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO MENTION of Jim Cramer on MINE. Can we just let this company grow organically and leave the ridiculously outlandish speculation to the other boards.
Excerpt from the email:
January 16, 2015 - ClayTrader, a technical analyst and stock blogger endorsed by famous stock picker Jim Cramer, posted a YouTube video stock chart analysis today about Minerco Resources, Inc.
I would be happy if the pps increase slowed down for a while and took on a few days/weeks of consolidation. The people who will come in and accumulate on low volume days with no news are those MINEr's who are long. Although the growth of the pps lately has been healthy with no sharp spikes and constant "churning" I would be ok with sideways movement for a while. This way, when news does hit (like Expansion into new market, new major retailers announced, etc.) a bigger portion on the OS has changed hands to the long term holder. Either way, not complaining about anything...it can go up, it can go down, it can go parabolic...really do not care as I am not selling a single share for quite a while. I have big plans for this company.
You only missed a very small move in the grand scheme of things. If you do not have at least a small position here, I would get in. What is the risk of buying 100K/shares and just letting it go for a few years. Heck, any amount of shares...10K, 25K, whatever. Heck, I was buying 50K lots in the $.003's and the other day I started looking at my position and had over 1 million bought under $.0065. Helped me avg. down a lot, but didn't even realize how much I had bought. I will be a buyer of any shares I can until $.01 and then will wait for an updated valuation looking at future Q's. This stock is worth $.01 -$.04 as been expressed many time by our board member Future2016. It is not a joke...if we add another 1 or two MAJOR retail chains (Target, Walmart, CostCo, Albertson's, etc) along with announcement of expansion into the Southwest (Arizona, New Mexico) or even into Florida or Texas, these prices you think you missed the move on will look extremely silly. Don't regret anything in life...take a leap if only a small one.
GLTY
There was zero insider selling whatsoever. From either website posted, they both clearly show the form 4 in which Vanis "disposed" of 500K D's in exchange for 250K C's.
Evening ladies and gents! Wanted to join this "when to sell" convo. I've thought about this a lot and I finally came to this conclusion for myself. I won't sell a single share till we hit a high of $.05 and at that point I will only sell if I need the assets to make some real estate payments or I'm looking to buy more farmland. The way I look at the pps is this way. When $mine hits these highs, it will be because of organic growth from the company and not from a quick pump. If the pps can grow to $.05 organically, then there is zero reason it won't continue on that path for years to come. Now, we get into the $3, $4, $5 range, I may be a bit more susceptible to selling, but I don't know what ultimate price it would have to get to for me to sell out completely. I'm sure there will come a time I am either so rich I just don't care anymore or I need to sell for a personal reason. I look forward to making those stressful decisions in the future! GLTA
Although a buyout right now is a dream, I think we are definitely looking at a real possibility once we have expanded into more markets and show great sales. However, am I the only one who does not want a buyout? I mean, sure I would take one once we hit the big boards and are trading in the dollar(s), but I don't want to be bought out for pennies. I bought into this company believing it would make it out of OTC on its own. Now, if we entered into some sort of partnership agreement where us shareholders could benefit as well, I might be open to that. Either way, this is an exciting time for shareholders.
