Pristines post from 6/27 about the private placement shares

6/02 update - notice the o/s
If I go back to the 10q on May 15th I think our o/s has grown 30M shares -
Common stock, par value $0.0001, per share, 525,000,000 shares authorized; 208,016,154 and 97,325,231 shares issued and issuable at March 31, 2014 and December 31, 2013, respectively
Are these the warrants being executed? this also from the 10q from 5/15
In January, February and March, 2014, an aggregate of 86,233,334 warrants to purchase common stock were exercised in a cashless conversion to an aggregate of 70,580,055 shares of the Company’s common stock
I guess the questions is - why is the o/s increasing? that is why I question this conversion from the warrants and shouldn't this have a factor on the authorized shares
Another question - whatever happened to Vanguard investing? 8/15 came and went and I can't find anywhere they bought one share of NPWZ
HOW MANY GENIUSES DOES IT TAKE TO PUT A BUZZBAR IN A BOX?
Any sign of support makes me light up a little. Looks like they are both on the bid and ask. Let's watch them fight it out. I know what side I am rooting for.
This seems different though - from BMAK's web page -
brokerage firm working primarily with institutional and high-net-worth individual investors
I thought the same thing too - hmmm we have one on our side
I don't want to be the jerk but I think it is about time we start smacking the ask if we want to change the momentum here. Waiting for them to dump their shares and no news leaves little to no forward motion.
If you are going to buy hit the ask. Whoever is selling will take more if he can get it and move his price up. Just my opinion. I know there is more at play here but we should try and support our stock, if you still believe in it.
If that's what you think then don't buy any there buddy but thanks for coming in and giving us your sound and knowledgeable input.
I see as soon as I posted that VNDM came back. I will sit down and muddle my way through the 10Q tonight see what I can find. My plan is to hold WEST til the dilution is done. Should pop and maybe even run. How many weeks of this has this been going on? 3 or 4? really has held up nicely to it.
Well it looks like VNDM is missing today and BKRT is sitting at .02 so maybe they are about out of shares to sell. Is that 241M the float? Extra 50M doesn't sound that terrible to me. I've been watching another stock going through the same thing. Once they are done we should move up. I think retail share holders have held really well in WEST -
Didn't see BKRT around today. Let's see how long it takes to get VNDM out of the way.
Here is the 10Q - I think Southridge got them at .02-
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1347452/000134745214000023/form_10-k.htm
BKRT and VNDM (market makers) are the diluters (institutions selling) that we see on the level 2. BKRT seems to be more active and moves his ask around more than VNDM. BKRT was on the ask at .02 and when he got some buying he moved it up to .0205. Mostly I see VNDM just sitting at .0205.
Good to see the PR about Sky Solar and Andalay. Looks like WEST is heading east. No lets see the stock price go north.
When BKRT starts getting hit at .02 he jumps back up to .0205. I don't think they want less than that so if retail holds we may be OK. Will be glad when they are gone though.
BKRT on the bid. Let's see how many shares he can absorb. Still have BKRT and VNDM on the ask but good to see some institute buying
Even if the news may seem like fluff ( I personally see it as good news and they are making there way out to the east coast and generating some hype about their product out there) it comes at a good time when we have these institutions selling and considering WEST is a low volume stock and can't take that kind of selling pressure it tells me that someone (Chan?) cares about the price of the stock. This is helping to create some buying pressure and that is going to help get VNDM and BKRT out of the way. Chan makes me enough money on this stock and I will buy solar panels from Andalay. They get great reviews in Amazon.
I still see BKRT and VNDM on the ask. I don't think they will want to take less than .02 - I can wait and still think WEST has potential.
Also it is not unusual for institutions to sell before positive releases. Apparently larger investors sell without care about what the stocks potentials may be. I have recently seen it in another stock and general consensus is from retail investors it is good to have them out before it moves on news.
Look up your market makers. We have both VNDM and BKRT on the ask (they are institutional). BKRT is also on the bid at .02. I am fairly new also but I am learning. I am not worried about WEST either. Should find out what the float is since we are getting some dilution here. It never has much for volume so we may have to wait some more until the dilution is over. Once they are done selling I think we start moving up and maybe Chan will find more investors and we will be seeing more of them on the bid.
Larry - look at your level 2 on WEST and you will see what is happening. This will pass and I like seeing BKRT on the bid even if he is at .02
Someone I spoke with contacted the store. Not talking about the website.
Here's some news I just got -
just called Foodtown in new jersey and asked if they had JALA. they said they do have vanilla on the shelves and are waiting for other flavors
With the low volume on this stock I don't think it would have to be MM's. Volumes been low and at a million shares trading around .017 it is only 17K being traded in a day. 2 million trading is on 34K. I think an individual or a team could manipulate it.
When they whack the bid for a 100 shares or 6 and people who aren't watching the L2 think the stock may be weak and sell into the bid. If he could have drove the bid down he would have dropped his ask lower also giving a false reading the stock is weak. Looks like it didn't go so well for them - LOL
See those 6 shares go off at .0165. Always good to see manipulation, someone is trying to drive the price down because they expect this thing to move.
With Vfin and Vndm on the ask I don't think we are going up to far today. See how many the have to sell @ .0615.
No volume and ETRF block on the ask of 220K at .0171. Either they don't know what they are doing (breaking up their order) or they know exactly what they are doing and plan to drive the price down.
I see it NPS. I was about to make a comment also.
This is JMO from what I've seen going on. WEST releases some fluff news about selling on Amazon (yeah - we already knew that). There has been a block on the bid at .025 (I am guessing they are trying to hold the price above it and keeping retail investors calm with the fluff news.) VNDM has been diluting. Let's see if he is there on Monday. I would have to look back in the sec filings to find out who could be selling now. I think once VNDM is done we will be back on track.
This wasn't after hours trading and VNDM was on the ask and getting hit at .0253
Pull up the one minute daily. I saw it on L2 before the close
Watch VNDM on the level 2. I think he is our diluter. More than a million shares went off at the end of the day @ .0253 into VNDM hands. Is there someone lined up to buy those shares? A million shares isn't chump change.
The last exchange was 10,000 shares @ .0251. Bid whack the last trade for the day.
Thanks for the info Robert Thorne.
Sam - I couldn't find any where that it said the previous owner of the Decortication Equipment went bankrupt.
So for now they have to import hemp in from China but if Washington and Colorado and other states follow there will be hemp grown in the US. That will also reduce costs. Then it will be a educational campaign for people to buy hemp products and support hemp farmers. Everything is going to take time. We don't even have the first seeds planted in fields for profits in Washington. That is why Hemp Inc has to buy from China now but they do have a source that they will be bringing in hemp to process.
Other potential buyers of the kenaf are currently testing the kenaf and if it suits their needs, may purchase the entire inventory, according to Hemp, Inc. CEO, Bruce Perlowin
He may have all of it sold. May hear more news shortly. Demand is there but the US has no supply.
For me this has nothing to do with rainbows and hippies. Legalizing rec marijuana is the first step into getting industrial hemp cultivated in the US. Industrial hemp is where the money is, I think, even though there will be good profits in the rec hemp business it won't compare to what industrial hemps profits will be. JMO.
Nite moved up to .0168. Bid stacked at 370K - could be an interesting close.
These seeds weren't brought over for planting -http://www.hempinc.com/hemp-inc-s-first-shipment-of-hemp-hearts-arrives-in-the-u-s/
Hemp hearts are shelled hemp seeds.
Here is the original bill from Washington state on growing industrial hemp. This was after the farm bill. Washington said you don't have any right to tell us not to grow hemp in our state.
http://apps.leg.wa.gov/documents/billdocs/2013-14/Pdf/Bills/House%20Bills/1888.pdf
It is house bill 1888
It passed 97 - 0 votes. Problem is you can lose federal funding so they are approaching this cautiously. I will see if I can find out any more news on this soon. Nothing has happened with the bill since 03/13/2014 when it was sent back to House Rules Committee for a third reading
Here is another article. Colorado is in the for front for sure but you can't even get industrial hemp seeds into the US.
http://www.npr.org/2014/05/28/316332782/industrial-hemp-could-take-root-if-legal-seeds-werent-so-scarce
and another one about Kentucky's fight with the DEA over their seeds.
http://www.naturalnews.com/045390_hemp_seeds_kentucky_dea.html
and that is just for research purposes, crazy. It is not even a drug, no thc, and for research not for profits.
I just don't think it is an open and shut case, guys. It isn't going to be as easy as you might think. You are in the stock market and you all know there are larger forces at play. The same thing is going on in the pot sector and I really don't think it has all that much to do with medical marijuana or recreational. Industrial Hemp is the real problem for the ones running things here. Perlowin mentioned some possible history of the outlawing of marijuana and industrial hemp is the real culprit. No one cares if we are getting high on MJ. It is the competition it poses to the ones in power.
Here is the video

The wheels will turn slowly- don't expect the government to be moving this along quickly.
Wouldn't it be cheaper and easier for the DEA to test the levels of hemp for THC than to raid and scare farmers. Of course it would but that isn't the message they want to send. If you grow industrial hemp you will be treated like a criminal.
