It was not an unreasonable question to ask "who is on the board of directors and advisors?" The question has been dodged for months. I have over $35k invested and I think this is a simple question that I want answered. I want to know the name of everyone on the current board of directors and advisors. That's all.
Ignoreme@svxxx etc.
They have never responded in the last. 9 months to anything I sent- despite Frank's guarantee that he would see to it that I got answers to my BOD questions.
GLTU
Whether it is better than any technology is exactly what remains to be seen.
As a recipient of stem cells in February for my surgery done at Andrews...and it was NOT done via the Intellicell method...more research is simply needed.
Pretty simple. No claims until sufficient, PEER REVIEWED data supports the claim.
My opinion.
Perhaps the recent bump was due to the need to pay the light bill?
I own roughly 40 mil shares...where is my letter? Lol...
Sorry, I'm having trouble containing my excitement. :-/
I'd be thrilled. My expectation bar is ankle high.
Going back before those quote (in my recollection), 29 faced the same thing the rest of us did: plummeting stock value. I think 29 hoped like everyone else did that the numbers would stabilized higher, versus prove BBW correct at every turn. Unfortunately, this stock was a shorter's dream in every way imaginable. I don't know what 29 has wrapped in this, but I have watched my nearly 40k$ turn into just about 4k$.
I'm in for the long ride & am just hoping to climb out when I hit my average, having bought a bunch at 0001. If 29 can flip and recoup his/her losses, it's okay by me. I'm happy for him/her.
I'll go back to being quiet w my fingers crossed. However, I'd still like all my fundamental questions answered by svfc...that Frank promised he would get answered...and never did.
Okay, fine...but disseminating info selectively via a phone call isn't okay either. And, btw, I have roughly 40m shares and no letter so essentially I'm excluded from the scoop - were it not for THIS BOARD!
How can they engage in selective dissemination of info? They aren't privately held. Aren't they required to do a press release???
More oddity.
I have not received one ...
Broke and badly mismanaged. Never managed well IMO. I'd really like to know the truths behind the curtain(s). Who has really worked with them, endorsed them, been on their advisory board, where is James Andrews, Daniel Amen, what happened to their athlete spokesman, what is the status of the German machine, Dinosaur, Dawson James, YA, and the list goes on?
I don't think he's laughing...yet.
From that website:
Upon their request, IntelliCell is providing a select group of exclusively qualified physicians at ReGen Medical PC with the proprietary autologous (your very own) cell product that can be used to treat a number of medical afflictions and treatments in regenerative medicine. Dr. Victor specializes in the multitude of exciting aesthetic benefits offered by his proprietary, new treatment in which he uses the patented technology he invented to isolate your own SVF cells (which consist of a combination of heterogeneous cells, including various growth factors and stem cells) from your adipose (fat) tissue in order to capture the regenerative, curative and preventative nature of these cells. The procedure, known as IntelliLift is a minimally invasive, same day in-office procedure during which a tiny amount of fat is harvested from your abdomen or hips, processed in a state-of-the-art laboratory and returned to your body via gentle, but comprehensive superficial injections over the face, neck, chest and hands. The results include a comprehensive rejuvenation of the areas treated as lines and wrinkles are diminished, pores minimized, sagging skin tightened and an overall improvement in the tone, texture and firmness of the skin. While there are visible results in the first two weeks of the treatment, the regenerative cells will continue to work for many months improving everything from acne scaring and wrinkles to noticeably improved tone and texture and more voluminous, more youthful appearance. IntelliLift does not include any products, enzymes or foreign substances in its processing of the cells or the administration of them. The healing benefits are strictly from the cells contained in your own body. Nothing could be more natural.
PT Barnum's famous quote comes quickly to mind...
The manner in which people describe pinks is essentially a license to steal and to act with frivolous disregard for investors. Is that about right?
No, of course not - particularly if you wish to ask substantive questions.
They might follow your advice.
Do your own DD. Call them. Call anyone associated. Make your own decision. Everyone here has had cool aid of some flavor. Trust no one but your own DD.
I think if an investor accepts these premises as factual, particularly in whole AND they invest now believing positive energy is being spent on growing the company, then they are probably delusional and nothing I say will help them from their wrecking course.
Imo
That isn't a "news" flash. Journalists verify & your statement was an opinion piece only. "IMO"
Big difference.
Very big.
Fact.
That is telling.
Again with your perception of things about what I "NEED" to do. I was simply asking about whether you had real data or were reading tea leaves?
How much of this is just wishing thinking???
Your fascination with thinking this Hindenburg is going resurrect itself is kind of fascinating, I suppose.
Trebeg, I think the problem is that it SEEMS you're defending intellicell's status as somehow defensible and recoverable. In January I tried to reach out to you to let you know that Andrews had nothing to do w them. I had some better sense of this because I asked while I was getting my rotator cuff surgery done there...and for which my surgeon was fantastic. Acting appropriately on your option, you did not want to hear what I had to say. What I learned about the adipose methods that had been tried there was that the results to date had berm catastrophically bad and that no one was introducing adipose-base stem cells at Andrews as of the date of my surgery. (I had mesenchymel cells and they've worked like a charm as best I can tell.)
I don't mean to sound like I'm bashing you. I'm sorry if that's how this is coming off. However, anyone that tries to create any wagon for excuses for this business only gets one reaction from me.
I don't think Vic was honest. I don't think he did what was in the best interest of the company, the shareholders, or the technology. I would love to speak w Dan Amen or others he apparently dealt with. I can't wait to see how this turns out & I'm wondering if a criminal review is forthcoming?
Agreed. Completely. Where do I sign on to the class action?
Agreed. Completely. Where do I sign on to the class action?
It's nil.
I think he's representing what Lorenzo said. Not his opinion.
Not one should be buying this company until they talk and produce financials.
Yes...we've been scammed. Worse, many of us ignored the obvious and our own very strong intuition to walk away much sooner.
Hopes....wishes....
Yes...we sure as hell have paid for it.
Old-ish news. True. Judgment seems to have followed Vic not appearing to respond to complaint, or something like that. This information is available if you dig a little for $0.00. I don't remember where- I didn't commit it to memory.
I figured there would be an appeal to follow.
Try using attorneys . They won't likely talk to any individual investor.
Because they no longer appear to care about their shareholders...even remotely.
I think most of us believe we got duped. Simultaneously, we all knew the risk was high. I do think that we were not told the truth about the technology used by Intellicell and that the PR fabricated both the data and the supporters. I am suspicious of fraud. I'm hoping this gets a fair review by the authorities if any or all of this is true. I can handle a $33+k loss, but I'm sure as hell not happy about it. If fraud was involved, I hope a loss of license and jail time quickly follow. But, I know how these things go,
Arrogant and I'll-willed. Unfortunately mean spirited
My point exactly...
Go back and read.
The question you pose: get out with a little and take a loss on the rest for a long time ...or wait for the impending bankruptcy?
True fact.
Of course, I was being sarcastic with the "stunned" comment.
Can you point me to the site where I could spend more $ learning about the litigation going on with Intellicell?
If there was mixing of $ streams, could jail be in the future?
