No, this crap company did a 1-5,000 R/S screwing the shareholders. It will go back down to .0001 before long, watch!
BS, there is no push, just another POS stock and CEO!
The same lie is repeated every year! There is no water that will ever be produced. It's a pure SCAM IMO!
Greg lying (as usual) about the Apple App several weeks ago.
If it benefits him he'll do anything!
Let me think...Never!!!
Yeah, like were is the iPhone App that greg said was coming out 2 weeks ago! He is so full of Sh&%!
Greg is full of BS. We never did find out if anyone let alone who won the Facebook and Twitter contests. Must have been a hoax. What about the promised Spoofem shares? I remember a year ago how he said he was going to get the PPS to 0.25, he did it before he said. Constant BS from this guy! I'm done with this POS!
Greg has never been a man of his word! By the way where's the Apple App?
Did anyone ever win those Facebook or Twitter tickets?
I don't believe one word the Mutt Bros. crooks say, not one!
Excellent post Carpenterguy! Best one this week.
"Mingy & Longs,
I was a shareholder with a fairly decent position ( 1,836,000 shares @ .10) who had dreams of becoming a millionaire with this stock. A once in a life time opportunity. But for a company that claims to be investor friendly and responsible, let's take off the beer googles and look at the facts...
How many PR's have turned out to be complete BS? Remember the one about working with the SEC and planning to file the 10K by Oct. 16th? How about the planned reverse split ( which they never filed) to achieve a Nasdaq listing? 50 million in revenues which no one can prove. Oversea distributors that no one can find. The short position which never triggered a MOASS. The yo-yo play with the authorized share count. You know the list goes on....
I live in NYC and stopped by the Sponge Tech office a few times during the informal SEC investigation looking for answers. Metter & Moscowitz set-up an impressive space. Window dressing for the con game! Tried to speak to both of them but was told by the receptionist that they weren't available (even though they were in plain sight - the offices are clear glass). Spoke to Barry Kolevzon, executive VP ( I have his business card as proof ) who thanked me for my investment in SPNG, gave me the number for investment relations and showed me the door. Now that's investor friendly and responsible!
Metter and Moscowitz's histories really don't paint a pretty picture and you know how the old saying goes "history repeats itself." They've lied repeatedly & shamelessly to shareholders and the media. The banners are coming down, the lawsuits are piling up, the share price keeps falling and the excuses are running out. Now SPNG has arrived at Walmart but no PR about it???? Something tells me that money will be used for the lawyers who will try to save Metter & Moscowitz and not you or your investment...... "
Not touching it again with a 100' pole! Too risky, they never gave a heads up on the many previous R/S's. Last one was 50,000:1 and they blamed us IHubbers! What kind of lame management team would do that! They do this because they can't function in the real business world.
True for regular space, different situation with "As seen on TV" shelves.
"ONLY 2% of companies that apply, are permitted into Walmart."
The management team's actions have been been nothing but indifference to shareholders! These are not "good" people in my opinion.
"While I do believe the managment team are good people and really want the companies shareholders to benefit from their sucess, I would be an idiot not to consider many other possibilities."
Walmart? Doesn't prove they are making a profit. Until they produce their financials, which they are grossly delinquent on, it's just an assumption that they are making a profit. As for past profits they PR'd, well they are under investigation for that it appears.
What profit? I haven't seen any financials revealing any profit! I haven't seen a 10K or 10Q from them in a long time. All the excuses in the world doesn't make up for this fact. The only facts we know are that the management team is being investigated by the SEC and sued by many others. If there are any profits it will be going to pay fines and lawyers, and probably to off shore bank accounts.
This POS isn't going anywhere except to another R/S when you least expect it. And I guarantee they will never produce a drop of their imaginary water! The water is a front to sell stock. Look how long they have been promising production, years! They always come up with some BS excuse, when in reality they know they are not going to produce.
Warning! It is my opinion that this stock is a complete SCAM! They only change the dates on the website on a yearly basis with promises of launching. They now say 1st quarter 2010. Last year it was 1st quarter 2009 and the year before that 2008, etc. In Dec. 2008 I called and spoke to Kenyatta about the supposed launch in 4th quarter 2008 and he told me (lied as usual)and said they may make it by the end of that year, but early 2009 for sure. Now its 2010. Get it! These guys are nothing but crooks in my opinion! Touchard is well known for these type of scams I heard.
In my opinion they will never ever produce a drop of water, it's not their intention to do so! The only thing that ever changes on their website is the dates;
"Nu2o is launching a revolutionary, innovative brand of enhanced water called Nu20® in the first quarter of 2010. NutriPure will be initially launching three formulations Immune, Complete and Energy. NutriPure intends to launch an additional ten formulations by the end of 2010 and early 2011. Nu20® is the flagship line which accentuates the capabilities of NutriPure Beverages’ patented manufacturing process. You will begin seeing our products in a wide variety of retail locations."
I don't think so. I think they will always be on the "As Seen On TV" shelves. IMO
"As Seen On TV" is not primo shelf space!
Cybercrime problem has become worse over the past three years;

Wednesday, February 3, 2010
(Reuters) - The people who brought the world malicious software that steals credit card numbers from your personal computer and empties bank ATMs of their cash are hiring, and they're advertising online.
Two companies that are hiring -- at least on a contractor basis --advertise online, said Kevin Stevens, a threat intelligence analyst for SecureWorks, who presented findings on the organizations at the Black Hat cybersecurity conference outside Washington on Monday.
What they are seeking is people who are willing to take malicious code they provide and link it to something that people will click on -- like a picture of Britney Spears getting out of her car. These people then collect a fee for each 1,000 times that the malware is downloaded.
One site, for example, pays $180 for each 1,000 times that malware is downloaded onto a U.S. computer but less for computers elsewhere. It refuses to pay for any downloads to Russian computers, causing Stevens and others to strongly suspect that it, like other similar sites, are based in Russia.
"We pay your wages via the following systems: Fethard, WebMoney, Wire, e-gold, Western Union (WU), MoneyGram, Anelik and ePassporte, and PayPal," the site said.
Stevens said it was impossible to know how many computers were infected via these companies but put the number in the millions.
Security professionals in the audience for Stevens' presentation laughed at times, most likely at how blatant the web sites were.
It's hard to separate theft arising from these web sites from other sorts of Internet crime but the FBI tallied $264 million in losses from Internet crime reported by individuals in 2008. The report for 2009 has yet to be released.
The cybercrime problem has become worse over the past three years as consumers and companies alike increasingly expose valuable data such as business plans, credit card numbers, banking information and Social Security numbers on the Internet.
"There are hundreds of billions of dollars that traverse the Internet," Shawn Henry, assistant director for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Cyber Division, told Reuters late last year. "It's (the problem) absolutely gotten bigger, yes, absolutely."
In Walmart, but on the "As Seen On TV" shelf. Not the same thing as being on the regular shelves IMHO.
Wow! If this company isn't a scam, then I don't know what a scam is!
Great post and very true.
"although we did find out OS could very well be 200M"
Do you have proof of this?
Zevotek is on Facebook. Everyone should join and spread the word.
When is the Q due out?
Agreed, that's my next entry point. Should be soon unless they get revoked before then.
I sure hope they do!!! They definitely deserve to go.
I agree Cash. Their poor (nonexistent) communication is inexusable. They don't return emails, you can't contact the IR, all you get is a lame recording. They have to be hiding something. I am more and more convinced that this has been a scam all along. I hope M&M and others involved see jail time if it is!
Well if you read above "Gold Bar" it says;
Home Care
Tubs + Tiles + Counters
It doesn't, it was just to get your attention to join their site.
"They should both resign to the board, bring in a seasoned wall Street CEO, CFO, and solid COO. And get out of the way. They have a product with potential, they shouldn't get in the way of that."
Excellent post Ralph, and exactly right! The current management team is inept and not focused soley on SpongeTech. Nothing is ever completed on or near time, just a lot of false promises. Now we know why, to line their pockets, not to build the company.
Where is Diego the explorer, Pink Panther, and new cleaning
sponges (mop) with greater margin, and all the other products promised.
What are the other companies they are mismanaging?
"Our coming trading week to be more than a little interesting..."
Stox, you say this same thing every week or so for months now and nothing has ever happened. Why this week?
I hope the M&M crooks and the others involved see some serious jail time! Something up with last names that begin with M, like Maddof. Maybe just a coincidence.
Looks like they have a better management team and care about their shareholders.
Saw car kit in CVS, St. Pete, Florida today. 2 left on shelf.
The "management" of this company has had total disregard for it's shareholders. The IR does not answer the phone, emails are not returned, no filings, no nothing! It's not right!
Stox, from a poster on another board. He disagrees with the buyin. What say you?
"I have been getting a lot of questions lately about another person's postings concerning the existence of a "controlled buy in" for the shorts in accordance with some sort of a predetermined agreement with certain long shareholders and/or the company.
Let me state unequivocably for the record that this is PURE NONSENSE.
First of all it would be illegal for this to occur as it would constitute prima facie stock manipulation and the execution of predetermined trades that were not subject to open market conditions.
And second of all there would be NO REASON WHATSOEVER for the company or any of the major long shareholders to engage in this type of ILLEGAL transaction. It would not be in their best interest, it would not be in the best interest of the company and it would not be in the best interest of its shareholders.
Whoever posted this is devoid of any factual basis for doing such and is also clearly not abreast of what is going on. He/she is just engaging in wild speculation and is either dreaming, high or just plain ignorant.
Just for the record....."
"There is NO CONTROLLED BUY IN either contemplated or occurring.
Period. I am not a part of it and have no intention of being a part of it. MY group owns enough shares by itself to assure that this cannot occur. And I can tell you that other large shareholders feel exactly the same way and are NOT a poart of any such ILLEGAL manipulation.
The notion of this happening is preposterous and has absolutely ZERO basis in fact, much like all of the other silly rumors floating about in cyberspace.
When viewing things such as this merely look at who is doing it and their track record of accuracy.
Stop listening to this kind of garbage. Things will happen in their own due course."
