Last 30 minutes of trading. I watched the last 30 minutes of trading today very closely and in my opinion the MM and/or the Shorts were trying everything to keep the pps down and to hold the pps at Fridays closing price if not getting todays closing pps being in the red today. But they were unsuccessful and I fully expect the shorts will continue to get a beating tomorrow with their beating continuing to sting even more when they have to pony up for the VCIG Dividend IPO! Just punishment in my opinion because I don't like shorts no matter what company they are shorting! I've never shorted a stock in my life and I never will, I will buy Put Options on the stock that I think is going down and if options are not available then I will just move on to another company. Sincerely, Senior Chief
I have been told but I don't know how true it is that MCIG management reads this forum. If that is true I believe that it is only appropriate to Publically state; Thank you Paul and MCIG management for your hard work and how you have managed this company so far! Also a big Thank You to the MCIG worker bees that implement Paul's vision for the company....like Mr. Lee Iacocca believed "The money for a company is made on the production line" so the MCIG worker bees are largely responsible for the excellent Press Release today! An absolutely outstanding Press Release. Additionally this forum has many Loyal stockholders and Loyal supporters of the company by purchasing the company products so Paul you have done right by these very Loyal and extremely nice people that are in this forum! MCIG is a bright light shinning through the darkness of this poor economy with so many people out of work that want to work but the jobs are not there. My opinion is you can't own too many shares of MCIG stock! If you only have enough money to purchase 10 shares of MCIG stock then purchase the 10 shares rather than not owning any shares because in my opinion the future is extremely bright for this up and coming soon to be a NASDAQ listed company and you will be rewarded in the future! Small investors end up becoming large investors in the future so start now small investors so you are not left behind! It's going to be a great evening for me tonight and I'm so looking forward to the opening tomorrow morning! Sincerely, Senior Chief
Roger that my Friend! the second half of 2014 is going to be positive for us loyal MCIG supporters.
Yep great day and great PR. Only the start of good things to come for us MCIG Long'ers!
BULLDOZER1: Yep I agree with ya that probably none or very few here are selling. I made my first buy of MCIG on March 24, 2014 and have bought 18 different times since then and I have not sold one share. My first buy was at $0.80 pps but with all of my other buys on the way down in my feeble attempt to support the stock pps I've got my average cost per share down to $0.5082 including brokerage commissions. My last buy was on July 23rd and I sold some of my T$TC shares to buy more MCIG because I didn't want to take anymore money out of our savings accounts. On my last buy I was really concerned that the SEC approval of VCIG IPO would come too soon so the July 23rd shares would not qualify for the VCIG IPO Dividend but I got lucky and those shares will be included now. I may change my mind but right now because of the reasons that I have previously posted here I believe that the VCIG pps will increase more than MCIG pps on a percentage of the pps increase basis. From a short to intermediate term basis I also believe that MCIG and VCIG pps will do better (e.g. percentage pps increases) than the T$TC pps does just by the nature of the business model differences between the companies. I am still amazed and very pleased with what Paul has accomplished and many of the things that he has done are heretofore were unheard of in the stock market in general but especially for a penny stock! Not because I own MCIG shares but just from an informed stock investment standpoint the things that Paul has done should demand a higher pps than what MCIG is currently at! I have honestly and objectively considered the company No Debt, Anti-Dilution Commitment, Fully SEC Reporting, Billboard Advertising, Celebrity Endorsements, VCIG IPO 1:1 Dividend, and then add to these things that Paul did all of this in a small start-up company trading in the penny stock market and the current pps does not pass the test of logic! I firmly believe that the MCIG and soon to also be VCIG investors are going to be richly rewarded! The best stock investment that I ever made was in the 1960's in a Geothermal energy company that I initially bought for either $0.25 or $0.75 pps ( don't exactly remember now ) and the stock went to $110.00. I don't expect to see MCIG/VCIG do that good but I sure do fully expect that in the long term seeing their pps over $10.00 is really possible! I will not be around to see it in the long term but the heirs to my estate will be and I've already cautioned them not to see too soon like I did with the Geothermal company and I left a whole bunch of money on the table....will never make that mistake again because I will use "Stop Loss Sell Orders" and I've advised the heirs to my estate the specifics on how to handle the MCIG/VCIG shares in the long term future.
Happy investing to you BULLDOZER1 and may year 2014 be a very profitable year for you with all of your investments!
Sincerely, Senior Chief
Scottrade working, shows 142,000 volume a few seconds ago
ProCannabis: Roger that and it would not surprise me one bit if the dividend IPO was approved by SEC on Monday or Tuesday. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Lofaus2014: Completely agree with your post. I just hope that Paul does not have to Reverse Split MCIG stock to get on the NASDAQ. I have been involved in reverse splits twice since 1966 and both times it was the kiss of death for the companies that ended up in bankruptcy, out of business, and the stock worthless!
Sincerely, Senior Chief
Lofaus2014: I also added to my MCIG position on Wednesday.
Morning Privileged: I hope that you are doing well. Yep MCIG pps looking good today. As I private messaged you, on Wednesday I sold a significant portion of my other marijuana stock (the company looking to be part of Nevada marijuana) and I put all of those funds into more MCIG shares. I was really concerned that the VCIG Dividend would be announced Wednesday afternoon or Thursday and then my additional MCIG shares would not qualify for the VCIG Dividend. But this being Friday I figured that I'm past the point of not qualifying now.
I figure that we are very close to the SEC approving of the VCIG Dividend IPO but if the SEC approval does not come today or on Monday then I will be thinking that the SEC has yet another question(s) that they have sent to MCIG. I base my theory on the time line that it took the SEC to go back/forth with MCIG on this issue in the past, Do you agree that if not announced Today or Monday that there will be another delay of at least 20 to 45 days?
Sincerely, Senior Chief
Tounces: LOL.....you are a classic! I hope that you are dong well! Sincerely, Tuck
MD-420: Completely agree and for the same reasons that you posted! The other company wanting to take it slow until the Feds make marijuana legal or lighten up on enforcing the marijuana laws is why I'm into MCIG a lot more than I'm in the other company. Plus so far I have not found one things that Paul has done wrong. I hope that you are dong well and that you have a profitable 2014. Sincerely, Senior Chief
longhaul4: You are 57k shares ahead of me. I sold some of the other marijuana stock symbol starts with a T--C ( can't post symbol against the rules )at a slight loss to buy more MCIG today. I sure hope that I made the correct decision. In evaluating both companies I decided that MCIG stock is going to move up sooner, the VCIG Dividend soon to happen, MCIG great financial report soon ( my opinion on great ), MCIG's anti-dilution, no debt, and best of all Paul at the helm. Sincerely, Senior Chief
TroopTrade: Ouch! I'm into this stock way way too much me being fully retired and I'm so ate up by Agent Orange from Vietnam that I am not physically able to even be a Walmart Greeter to make any additional money because I'm disabled and homebound! Darn I hope this is not a pump and dumb! Thank you for your reply. Sincerely, Senior Chief
TroopTrade: Thank you. Hopefully this is some firm that really thinks MCIG is going to increase in pps big time! I know that I'm really getting discouraged! Sincerely, Senior Chief
Slapped the asked today. With the asked at $0.436 I slapped a buy order with a limit price of $0.44 and I filled at $0.436. My first buy of this stock was March 24, 2014 at %0.80pps and today's buy is my 17th purchase with no sells. Current average pps is $0.5176 and I'm really getting tired of buying this and watching it is down down down! Sincerely, Senior Chief
Will you provide more specifics please.
ProCannabis: To my knowledge also.
JPGetty: I am totally unqualified to answer these very good questions and anything that I would say would be pure speculation! The only thing that I can say with some certainty is based upon communications with several MCIG stockholders; I fully expect to see some selling of MCIG shares and then putting that money into VCIG shares as soon as possible when the VCIG shares are available to trade. I don't have any facts as to why some current MCIG shareholder are going to do this but I suspect is because they see a higher percentage increase in VCIG pps than in MCIG's pps after the dividend. I suspect this to be true for the reasons that I posted in my original post in this thread. This thought process could be totally wrong because of what a good CEO Paul is and he just may have some tricks up his sleeve to increase repeat customer business for MCIG and greater revenues by selling some product that we have not even though of in our wildest dreams. Fact Not Hype, Paul is one smart CEO and so far he has done things heretofore were totally unheard of especially in the penny stock market (e.g. No Toxic Debt, anti-dilution, free VCIG 1:1 Share Dividend, Billboard and Celebrity advertising by such a new company, monthly investor presentations to keep shareholders and possible future shareholders updated, etc.). I had the honor of working for Mr. Jack Welch when I was employed by General Electric in GE's Nuclear Power Division and I thought that he was the smartest President/CEO in American History maybe except for Henry Ford but my opinion now is Paul puts all of the great biggies even including Mr. Lee Iaocca to shame! It amazes me that MCIG's stock is trading at these levels with what Paul has accomplished and that he is at the helm of MCIG! Sincerely, Senior Chief
DankMonty: From looking at several different websites and my Scottrade streaming data I think that it may be possible. Sure don't understand some streaming quotes looked fine and others including I-Hub it was obvious that something was not right. If it was just I-Hub I would say not likely that the SEC was doing something but with more than one site not looking right does raise my interest. In any case I think the Dividend is real close. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Tradescott818: Thanks and yep we all need some pps support, hopefully tomorrow. Sincerely, Senior Chief
DrPeteRoseMLB: I agree with you and the main reasons is by the nature of VCIG's product(s) they will get a lot more repeat business from customers compared to MCIG because of the life expectancy of MCIG products compared to VCIG's shorter life expectancy and variety of products. Cindy and I each have an $80.00 ECIG that we bought some time ago and the only thing that we have had to buy again from the company is the nicotine cartridges but now Cindy has discovered how to refill the company cartridges with a nicotine liquid from our local ECIG store and they can be refilled 6 to 8 times before that does not work anymore. Twenty cartridges from the company cost $47.00 but now because of Cindy refilling we have cut our cartridge ordering from the ECIG company by 80 percent. MCIG needs some product(s) to get more repeat business from their customers. I contend where the ECIG companies really make their money is on the cartridges just like the computer printer companies, FAX machine companies, etc. etc. really makes their money is on the Ink Cartridges that they sell. There is a lot of money to be made on the required consumables to be used in the main unit. There is a reason that we can buy a high quality color printer/scanner from a company really inexpensive....because you have to purchase the support Ink Cartridges! I have two printers a Canon and a Brother and they have both sent me email to upgrade to a better and newer printer at a very reasonable price because both printers are 6 years old and they have my email address when I registered the printers for the warrantee. Sincerely, Senior Chief
To My Fellow Investors and New Good Friends:
I started buying this stock on May 15, 2014 and continued buying with 9 other buy trades with my last on June 27, 2014. Highest price paid was $0.655 and my average price per share for all shares is $0.544. TRTC is my second largest holding with M$IG being my largest holding both share wise and dollar wise. I started with 9 different marijuana stocks because I knew that I would have some losers and figured that my winners would compensate for my losers plus give me a nice Capital Gains. As time went on I settled on TRTC and M$IG as the two winners so I sold the other 7 for a loss or slight, very slight Capital Gain and put the money into these two stock. now I don't know what the heck is going to happen but sure would like to see a stop to this red even if we go sideways for a time! yep depressing! I've met some great people on this board and on the M$IG board, some real nice people and I hate to see these good people lose money! It don't matter so much for me because my stock investment are for the heirs to my estate and not for me to profit from and enjoy the Capital Gains in this life but I sure would like to add to the estate for my heirs. When I lay my head on the pillow tonight I will say a prayer for the nice people that I've met here that y'all don't lose money! Sincerely, Senior Chief
DrContango: Interesting post.....LOL. Something about if History is any teacher all of us long term WLGC investors already know the answer to Tounces question....LOL. I've been in WLGC stock since 2004. Have a good day Dr.! Sincerely, Senior Chief
Hi Tounces: I hope that you are doing well!
Where should the money go? Money should go to additional litigation to enforce WLGC's Intellectual Property Rights against the many other companies that are infringing upon their patents. And as you well know Tounces the list of companies that are infringing is almost endless! My son Tom's new BMW vehicle with the built-in computer navigation system is infringing just like my Garmin is infringing. I believe that every smart phone is infringing and I know for sure that my IPhone 5 is infringing! I mean come on how many smart phones and Garmin's have been sold since WLGC's received their most valuable patent! Geeeeeezzzzz at even just 1 cent per device for smart phones and navigation devices results in a ton of money to WLGC! With test valuable patents combined with all of the companies that are infringing for the life of me Tounces I don't understand why WLGC has not been bought out by some biggie (e.g. Google) and then Google could make a lot of money going after the infringing companies to pay for the buyout cost many many times over the cost of the buyout! In a Hostile buyout at $1.00 per share would the majority of the stockholders vote yes for the buyout.....yep they sure would because I contend very few are in this stock at over $1.00pps, I know that my average cost per share is only $0.1182pps. Tounces, Because I've known you for many years I highly respect your opinions so I'm serious interested in your opinion(s) why WLGC has not been bought out and I believe that other readers here would also be interested in your professional opinion(s)!
Where will the money go? That depends upon how much money. If WLGC does not get the triple damages but gets just hypothetical $0.05 per device on the 200 million devices that are running Swiftkey software that is $10 million to WLGC. This would be enough money to go after the other companies.
My son Tom is a computer tech for the past 23 years and he is known Nationally and Internationally in his industry. He told me recently that he thinks that in September that Apple will be coming out with a software upgrade for their next generation of IPhones....IOS 8. Because WLGC has said that they have been in discussions with two handset manufactures I'm hoping the Apple IOS 8 upgrade will include WLGC's software preloaded in Apple's next generation of IPhone and also available in the IOS 8 downloadable to ITunes upgrade for existing IPhones and both will be giving WLGC royalties as a result of a signed Licensing Agreement.
Sincerely, Senior Chief
Started buying MCIG on March 24, 2014 at &0.80pps and have bought and bought and bought to bring my average cost per share down to $0.5184 but I'm not buying anymore! Yep I'm discouraged because I believe this is way over sold and no way will I be selling any of my shares prior to the VCIG Dividend and maybe not after the dividend either. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Silvertip: I first bought shares in 2004 for $0.25pps and at my high point I had 130,000 shares and I sold in 2007 - 2008 between $3.00 and $4.00 but I kept 2,100 shares and recently started buying back in again.
I don't know for sure so I'm guessing that the previous litigation for infringement like the litigation WLGC had against Mercedes was stopped because of funding for the attorneys. I can see where it takes money to file suit for infringement and I have recommend to Frank on numerous occasions to sue with an agreement to give the law firm a percentage of the settlement/royalties and then WLGC will have the funds to go after all of the other companies that are infringing on their patents and as you know there are many biggies that are infringing. Your point about a buyout is a great point that I never did understand why that did not happen because of the valuable patents. Heck if Google would buyout WLGC they could then go after every smart cellular phone manufacturer because they are all infringing, every GPS device (like Garmin) are infringing, many in vehicle computers (like the BMW that my son just bought) are infringing, etc. etc. So why some company has not bought out WLGC is beyond me! I don't know how many shares are owned by insiders but if not 51 percent I can see where a hostile buyout at let's say $1.00 per share would be approved by the shareholders because I doubt that there are many shareholders that are in at above $1.00pps. So your guess is as good as mine what no buyout has been offered with these valuable patents. I did like WLGC's PR not too long ago about talking to some handset manufactures so I was hoping for a PR about a licensing agreement with some biggie like Apple but it has yet to happen. On the bright side the PR about talking to some handset manufactures was recent so maybe those discussions are still going on and it is too soon for any contract(s) being inked.
Thanks all that I can contribute Silvertip, hope that it helps ya a little.
Sincerely, Senior Chief
ProCannabis: Yep agree! Paul can be R2D2 for all I care because he is doing a bang up job!
fatsrtaxx: I'm with Scottrade and mine was fine all day today.
Just Bought 10,000 more shares because of my research today into Touchtype Inc.(Swiftkey) and that their software is installed and being used by 200 Million Devices ( http://swiftkey.com/en/partners/#millions ). This is a significant infringement on WLGC's patents so I can see when all is said and done a significant award from Touchtype to WLGC and possibly future royalties. Also like I said in my previous there is also the possibility ( albeit really reaching out there on my part ) that Apple's IOS 8 may include WLGC's software. Serious investors really need to research all of the information on Swiftkey's website. Swiftkey's website states QUOTE - Note, launched in early 2014 and has been selected by Apple as Editors' Choice. UNQUOTE So if Apple's soon to be released IOS 8 contains Swiftkey software that will just be more infringement on WLGC's Patents that in any case will lead to more money for WLGC if they win this litigation. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Oakbay: I think many like me never heard of "Swiftkey" so this PR didn't sound like any big money maker for WLGC. After I did my DD Swiftkey is a lot bigger than I thought (see below link) so there could be a lot of money coming to WLGC. Also in the below link I wonder if Apple's new IOS 8 that will have predictive keyboard is actually an Apple developed app or maybe WLGC software since WLGC announced they are communication with two handset manufactures? I'm thinking that WLGC's PR today is substantially bigger than the PR indicates.

Sincerely, Senior Chief ( WLGC investor since 2004 )
hobowilly: I agree with you however I believe two things are responsible for the recent pps action and they are; 1. Wall Street (e.g. the MCIG investors) want to see the numbers like you say, show us the numbers to the bottom line. 2. Many have their MCIG shares "Locked Up Tight" me and my son for two waiting on the VCIG Dividend. If it were not for the dividend I would not have bought the number of share that I have. I am Pro-MCIG and I can't say enough positives about what a great CEO Paul is. I don't know yet what I'm going to do after the Dividend shares are in my account but I've been sharing dialogue with people that I respect about that issue being Privileged, Procannabis, MD-420, and mrgreenjeans. I hope that you are doing well! Sincerely, Senior Chief
NV getting ready for licenses....
http://www.8newsnow.com/story/25981120/state-gets-ready-for-medical-pot-license-process
GrundleHunter: Yep sure is a good thing and I don't care how the VCIG products got into the stores; Corporate Centralized Purchasing or Independent Store ordering. If the VCIG products move well or will move well in the near future with rapid turnover the competition to the stores selling the VCIG products will also start stocking the VCIG products. Sincerely, Senior Chief
hobowilly: Completely agree with you. I've been in the markets continually since November 1966 and at any price per share (e.g. penny stock or Blue Chip stock) I have never seen such a company like this. Paul is doing things heretofore are unheard of such as; a penny stock with no debt, management is committed to no dilution, SEC fully reporting, a free 1:1 spin off of VCIG as a dividend, extensive marketing campaign with billboards and celebrities, innovative product selling at $10.00 compared to the competition $40.00 to $80.00, innovative new concept product VCIG selling for $3.00, and monthly updates to stockholders and potential future stockholders. And this is a penny stock with one of the best President/CEO's that I have ever seen! I worked for Jack Welch when I was employed by General Electric and I thought that Jack was by far the best President/CEO ever but I'll tell ya, Paul is very close up there with quality CEO's like Jack Welch and Lee Iacocca (that I also have a lot of respect for)! I firmly believe that just for the items that I have articulated here no way should this stock be trading in the 50 cent range and I say this objectivelyregardless of the fact that I am a stockholder! With that being said I believe that it is not going to take much of a positive Press Release to get this stock moving up by leaps and bounds! Sincerely, Senior Chief
Positive announcement today. I believe that the SEC filing today is good news but since I can't positively quantify/qualify my opinions as to why I think that it is a positive for the company I must refrain from posting my opinions on why they did this. I will not post my opinions because I don't want to be hyping this stock. I will say that I expect that we will hear the reason for todays filing in the not too distant future. I'm still long and have not sold one share since I bought my first shares on May 15, 2014 and purchased additional shares on nine different days since May 15th. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Yep just kicked back and relaxed on the weekend
Jtyler1: I agree! I have not and I will not question when a post of mine gets deleted no matter how unjust I think that it is because I think it is just a waste of my time. I've also read some posts that in my opinion were just fine and in a few minutes poof that post is deleted. In my unqualified opinion the bashers get more freedom to post what they want vs. the long stockholders.
dmcc2087: Above $2.00 this year....wow I would be absolutely ecstatic! I'm hoping to see $0.95 pps so $2.00 this year would be an Oh Wow Gee Wizzer for me!
Wow that you really be nice!
