This guy called it in February.
Yes, here's what's going on:
The "acquisition", Nations Oil and Gas LLC, is a brand new corporation filed in Nevada by a person named MICHAEL S NAUMU. That's why it's hard to find...it was only created in November!
Google search shows MICHAEL S NAUMU just went bankrupt in 2012.
So it looks like orfg has somehow connected with a guy named MICHAEL S NAUMU who seems to have been in the Utah real estate business for years. He has acquired lease rights to some land parcels in Utah but so far there is nothing showing the name MICHAEL S NAUMU with any oil and gas production. But I would guess there may be some small wells on some of the properties and the numbers must be somewhere out there. Numbers that would show us how valuable the assets really are and the amount of royalties being paid to the land owners, etc.
So it doesn't look to be a big operation.
But it does look like ORFG can really hype it just like they did with the gold business they are abandoning.
So expect big claims of production POTENTIAL and production in the area to hype this so investors will buy the dilution that is surely right around the corner.
You honestly mean to tell us that 2 days in a row there was a trade that recorded after hours for the exact same amount of shares that accounted for 6-7 percent of the total volume of the day and that is a coincidence.
Coincidence is the word we use when we can't see the levers and pulleys. -Emma Bull
...said the last guy at the party.
I'll keep watching. But bear in mind I got my money back. So I'm not going to be the one holding the bag. I held onto this POS for three years just to try and recoup some of my losses.
The selloff now is because the company has dates coming up with obligations they know they can't fulfill. So it's time to just empty them into the market and walk away just like they did with promises of gold.
IMHO
Nations Oil and Gas doesn't exist. Registered an LLC in Nevada and put up a website with text blatantly ripped off of reputable oil companies. Two months later the company gets bought out? Read about the new refinery trying to be built in Green River. It's all over the local papers. If Nations were going to start up this old one it would be reported too. They would need permits. It would create jobs. None of that exists. Addresses used for LLC, domain names, website. All sketchy. Same with Indigo. Check the Osceola records. Nothing about building a transfer facility. This whole thing is a thinly veiled façade to sell shares.
IMHO
I thought you realized by now that this whole thing was a scam to sell shares. Give it a day or two and you'll have that Keyser Söze moment where it all comes together.
Someone should call FIS and let him know your guys already held the funeral for this one. Looks like my exit point at .23 was the best move I made.
GLTA
I am guessing some are busy chasing down the bid to recoup some money.
More vague fluff PR with no substance from a shell pump and dump company trying to buy more time to sell. IMHO.
Check out the parcel info on the address that Naumu used to register the Nations domain name. Has some interesting and dark history behind the owners.
The BOOM today was impressive. Shock and Awe. Hopefully there are very deep pockets here because OFRG is going to need it in order to maintain this kind of momentum. IMHO. LMAO.
Are you kidding. I can't look away from this train wreck. Any DD here leads to one conclusion. Paper shell "company" that started as a cleaning business and somehow moves into gold (never produced) and is now in oil. And this company will somehow compete with the Oil Giants that have been around forever. Don't think so. The only thing ORFG will make is more worthless shares. Look at the "companies" they are buying. They are fake. Go Daddy website that blatantly rip off text verbatim from reputable websites. Whole thing is a scam.
IMHO.
Hold on everybody. Look at this thing run. LMAO.
What a joke. News coming soon. Ha. LMAO.
IMHO
NITE pulled the 1.4 mil bid or you would have seen ORFG just dump into it. IMHO
ORFG is going to be making money hand over fist...dumping their stock. IMHO
Someone is about to dump a million shares right into the bid. BOOM.
Would love to see proof if that.
Sell now. Not gonna hit 2 again. ORFG has nothing. And even if they did it has taken a legitimate company 2 years to try and get a refinery up and running in Green River and they still don't have the permits (http://www.biologicaldiversity.org/news/press_releases/2014/utah-refinery-05-14-2014.html). Plus they initially thought they could fix up the little baby one that ORFG says they are going to buy and decided to just build a new one. Smoke and mirrors here. IMHO
Looking at the chart. I'm still waiting for the BOOM.
This stock was dormant until the PR machine kicked in January. Rose from 2 cents to 8 cents in two days and has been in steady decline ever since. The problem now is that people are seeing through the PR's that state they are buying and dealing with all these fake companies. Now they need to deliver on something and that is something the "company" has never done. IMHO.
I see lower floors and lower ceilings. Week after week this stock is in steady decline. Big sell off coming tomorrow. 2 cents will be the high of the week. IMHO.
No whales coming. No cavalry. No news. These "companies" are ghosts.
ORFG = Textbook pump and dump. I wish everyone the best in getting out before this hits the floor. IMHO
Nations Oil and Gas Doesn't Exist. Indigo doesn't exist. ORFG doesn't exist. These are paper companies made for selling worthless stock. Orifino "Gold" can't even file paperwork or find gold. Their websites are verbatim rip offs of real companies. And I still have an interest here. Waiting on my dividend. Like that's ever coming. I can't imagine why anybody is still promoting this stock. IMHO.
Black Friday is right. Anybody left holding the bag on this one will be watching their money sit for years until the company re-invents themselves as a diamond mining operation or whatever the next hot ticket is.
Source?
Much like a rubber ball each consecutive bounce is just a little lower.
ORFG is a textbook pump and dump. IMHO.
ORFG is nothing but smoke and mirrors. Don't get left holding the bag on this one. This company has a history of not delivering on anything. I had to hold onto mine for almost 4 years just to recoup some value. This chart is set up to go dormant. There is nothing about this company that should make anybody feel like it's legit. Full of red flags. IMHO.
I hope I get my dividend they promised last July (before they got into the "oil business") before the new dividend they promised and then extended hits.
Even the legit Indigo with all of it's resources? Ghosts IMHO.

IMHO these companies are ghosts. Notice that it appears that Orofino also occupies virtual office space. Look at the address at the bottom of the PR. Notice the phone number.

Now look at the address and phone number of Intelligent Office

They didn't even remove the footnote tag when they copied and pasted.
Looks like Orofino's DD on what they are getting into was ripped from Wikipedia without even giving credit.

ORFG$$$ on topic post.
Please allow me to demonstrate what I mean as it pertains to ORFG and blatantly plagiarizing text from other websites in the industry. Clicking the link below will search for the exact string of text I copied off of Nations website. You will see three hits. One for Nations, One for this board where it was copied from Nations and one from Samson Resources. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samson_Resources).
So yes, while I can just bang away on the keyboard and get results searching for an entire paragraph in exact order is a little harder to get results for. The same was true for Contenental Resources (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Continental_Resources).
Somebody wrote this stuff, I am pretty sure it wasn't the legit company you are all on this board for.

And of course the Nevada address is a law firm that specializes in incorporating your business as well as selling "Shelf" corporations.

Good catch. Nations says that their office space is on the 5th floor. There is a company called Regus that rents out "Virtual" Office space to people who want to look like they have a corporate presence. They will also take messages for them and receive their faxes. Notice the fax number is the same listed on both sites. You too could have an office space in this prestigious location for as little as $69 a month.

Guys this is a joke. Have you noticed all the typo's in the PR's. Don't you see similar typos in your email from China everyday. I was browsing Nations web pages and they were straight up ripped from reputable sites. Google any sentence and put it in quotes.
Everything I say is IMHO of course.

Go ORFG$$$$$
These are paper companies. Google the phone number used to register Bakken Energy Corp. (6046877492). Follow the trail.
What happened to the gold from South America when Michael James was the contractor? What happened to the dividend from last July?
I have been following this board for months now as I have been invested in ORFG since 2010. Saw it jump up to 30 some cents back then (should have sold) and quickly fall only to lay dormant for a few years. I took this recent surge in activity in the last few months to average down and I just got out. This whole things smells of shill companies and fake buyouts to move stocks around and make money. The most recent acquisition of Nations Oil and Gas was the one that really set off my alarm. The IP address that hosts Nations Oil and Gas also hosts a website called microcapinvesting.com. If you go to that website and click on the contact page there is a name and number at the bottom. Google that name and phone number. If the results alone don't set off some red flags then I don't know what does. Also look at the entity that registered the bakkenenergycorp.com domain in Alberta and start googling the address that comes up. All of these "Development" companies are inter-related and have appeared to have not produced anything EVER. I may regret it as uninformed investors may drive up the price in the short term but I truly believe that long term there will be nothing delivered with this company and this stock will be relegated back to sub-penny land again shortly until the next "re-branding".
