Sell now. Not gonna hit 2 again. ORFG has nothing. And even if they did it has taken a legitimate company 2 years to try and get a refinery up and running in Green River and they still don't have the permits (http://www.biologicaldiversity.org/news/press_releases/2014/utah-refinery-05-14-2014.html). Plus they initially thought they could fix up the little baby one that ORFG says they are going to buy and decided to just build a new one. Smoke and mirrors here. IMHO
