I feel like the PPS is so low right now because everyone is skeptical of this company due to its past. If there was a buyout or partnership, or any sort of confirmation that this technology exists to reaffirm the legitimacy of this company the PPS would go above a penny and stay there IMO

I think it depends on the details of this acquisition/partnership. If it does happen soon, a penny or multiple pennies is pretty likely

They ran out of funding for the micro EEG headset and have no revenue. If they really do partner with some larger company for the headset this stock could go up .03+ depending on the size of the company

Does anyone still think Emesyl will ever be released? They claimed to have applied for a NDC code back in May, and I just checked the database, and there was no result for either Itonis or Emesyl.There are still no results from the clinical trials, which were promised in "The upcoming weeks" several months ago. Hensley has started a bunch of businesses and I know hes a busy guy, but not updating shareholders for nearly three months is ridiculous. The is no excuse for that. Even just a quick PR saying "Were still working on it" would be better than nothing. The more research I do on this company the more it seems like a scam.

I got your PM but I can't reply because I have the free membership. You claimed the the Emotiv headset belongs to Mind Technologies. That is untrue. Emotive is a private company that makes their own EEG headset, and companies like mind tech(now mind solutions) create applications compatible with this headset. The yahoo link mentioned neither emotiv nor vois. Although VOIS now claims to be creating their own headset, the validity of these claims has yet to be seen.

The lack of news and failed past pumps make me think its a scam, but I don't think Hensley would risk his reputation on a scam. Maybe there just haven't been any developments lately? I honestly don't know what to think here

That makes sense. If there's no PR by wed I'll probably sell most of my shares. The one thing that you really can't deny though is that monster is paying them 5000 dollars a month for their tech, so they must have something worth value right?

But even if it is a scam why sell before a PR regarding the buyout? Even if the negotiations fall through, the hype surrounding it should bring the price up before then. To each his own I guess,but it just sounds counterintuitive to me
