Sorry.....
I'm still relatively new....I know what to look for, but realistically I dont know when to expect it :(
I dont want to BS you.
I am learning...my bad bud.
I just read the 10-q and the 10-k (skimmed it for the goodies) but just looking at those....
I think they are definitely going to be in considerably more debt because of the business endeavors they have expanded on.
They only had 3 locations for handling business...One in MS, one in TX, and the last one is in NV at "No Cost".
Their lawsuits reported no liabilities.
I think they will have considerably more share holders, but I think the stock dillution is going to be addressed, no doubt. They admit to likely having to dillute the shares in order to create new revenues to branch out.
If they have a kick ass earnings report (this 300% i keep hearing) then that seems to be like the only real thing to bet on. The rest of the stuff in those reports will stay tightly locked behind closed doors until they are legally required to submit records and whatnot.
as of 1210PM;
Trend reversal with 50EMA intersecting to rise above 100EMA (BULLISH)
On balance volume has picked up, in general
Slow Stoch. indicates stock was oversold at this moment.
Price should continue to rise.

movin back up, broke that resistance...
Whats the time stamp on that pr?
I bought this company after many doubtful thoughts only to test a strategy and theory (HIgh Prob system combined with Prime time selection) and i was sure it would go up, and it did. But then it fell and after an hour or two the support gave way. Im wondering why it was a bad buy... if its because i bought after the uptrend had been going for almost a week or im not sure...I probably should have exercised that theory when the uptrend broke the first resistance DAYS ago. Oh well, im in it for cash now, and it will definitely stick with me. Ive been using the 50EMA over 100EMA to indicate the projection of growth, unfortunately those two lines are about to kiss and go their seperate ways. Ugh...im just frustrated, but ive already lost enough, i guess ill work on my patience, and see what happens utilizing and exercising my methods to strengthen them.
Can you explain what you mean? This is a serious question, i would like to better understand, as a new investor i suck up any piece of info or experience i can. Im in a tight learning curve right now...
Im going long, even if it means going broke. Screw it, lets go. Nobody ever got anywhere by giving into fear.
Following strategy my friend. I questioned the buy, but i went through with it, so now im at the point ofno return. Not like i put my life savings invested in this....i think it might go up, but today just isnt that day, and tomorrow probably isnt either. Im praying for good news over the weekend.
Likely will hit sub .015 imo...im hangin on for the ride tho.
There really isnt much behind dewmar, a few name drops...but other than that only one product in a few select walmart locations. An outdated web site and no really good partnerships. Im being pessimistic, but im also being realistic.
So what are you suggesting?
It keeps breaking through support, and the trend is reversing....hopefully not for too long. I got in at .029 because i marked the entry and spotted the climb at the beginning of the day, but today has completely turned the trend. Im holding, but only because i bought with unsettled funds (thats how confident i was it was goint to climb) and got fkd. Oh well, lets hope for good news tomorrow or over the weekend. Preferably on the weekend though, so i can sell first thing monday.
Well you are obviously well versed in this. So may I ask a question?
Do you think since it broke below the first support for the day it will continue to fall to the next one? It's kind of just hovering right below S1. Technically speaking, it IS following the last two set ups for a growing leg. I'm trying to be optimistic here. I got in at .159 because i went off the oversell, hoping it would make a quick move and level off.
ooowee, you made me get the shivers talking about 3.50...7.50...lol, now im all giddy.
I'm just learning to control the impulse and identify the entry points as good as I can, but I fear this morning I may have already clicked the mouse too fast lol.
Overall, i believe it will go up from all the learning I have been doing and analysing and using these identification methods. I may not have picked the best entry point, but I dont want to speak too soon. I'm nowhere near any wood, and I fear I may have to knock on some if I finish what I wanted to say.
.1441
Happy, we're fast approaching the first support...be vigilant, lets make this monayyyy
I can respect that. For the record, I'm not doubting his knowledge, I'm just saying that certainly a news article from 2 months ago won't prove the same point as if it were released 2 days ago. Theres a big difference in that, especially because there has been massive fluctuation since that announcement.
Cmon guys, I'm here to get money...and learn, learn, LEARN. Help some people out. I'm not a pro and i know that....but theres no sense in trying to make the new guy look dumb. I'm new.
Quit pumpin'! For Christ's sake, that news article is 2 months old. SMH.
Just did my math right now before the market opens. Pivot point of .1716, support at .1533, Resistance (should it blow past the pivot) is .1807. The way I have been lookin at the graphs, the stochastics show its gonna bounce from being oversold, but it's now below yesterday's support...I think it might fall into the .15's. Just gonna wait and watch. If it starts knockin at .1716's door, ill probably buy to test my theory. Im trying to use a combination of both methods to identify a good point to buy, but right now, i think its a good time to go short, not long.
What truth are you talking about? Can we focus on the stock at hand....geez!
Ok, you still fail to correct me. CLNP entered into an agreement WITH A SUBSIDARY OF HEMP.
Nowhere in the article does it say CleanPath is a subsidary or spinoff of hemp. And I was the first one who brought mention of CNLP and the stem cell product to this board. Ive done my research and hours of due diligence. Good luck in your endeavors, because Im clear on mine.
CLNP IS NOT A SPINOFF. The just have ownership on the rights to sell products tied up in hemp. NOT A SPINOFF. Where do you people get this info? I'm new to trading amd feel like im on a board for gamblers who dont know their stuff. Come correct before you post misleading info..
Good question. I dont know...maybe this will cause me to investigate a little more.
If it opens down, look for a support of around .1463, and ia pivot point/resistance of about .1681....these will be your indicating prices for the stocks movement
Im trying to determine that and make my next prediction. Im still thinking the stock is in an uptrend using whats called the "prime Time Selection system". In this method you set 2 EMA markers, one for a 50 day range, the other for a 100. When the 50 crosses through and above the 100, it indicates/predicts an uptrend, which is also in syng with the stochastic indicator (id use slow to have more of a clear picture).
But then, if I go back to my original method, we can still identify a slight (very slight) downtred. So slight actually that it can almost be considered a range. Now i dont know what to make of todays open, whether or not it will open up or down, and ill give the market 30 minutes to settle before i make any moves....but because the stock broke its support last night, at the very last minute, i want to say it is going to go down again before it goes up.
These two methods contradict one another, but the first one is more for overall longer term projection (which shows up), and the second method shows a downward trend (1 day). The steps on the opening prices are another indicator. I am going to calculate the new pivot, resistance and support to expect today, and go from there. Lets pray for a fall tho (no bad vibes) in hope of being able to buy low, very low (like .12 cents low) and watch her sky rocket, likely past its last high of .34 if we follow the trend amd look at what our graphs tell us.
Also look at the last two dips, it was DAYS of small downs before huge leaps. Be patient. GL!
First off, if you trade via your phone, you may want to rethink that. Second, which price are you talking about? The ask price? If you see the ask price being so high, its because of after hours trading. Low volume causes a gap between the bid/ask prices, and it pretty much puts a leash on trigger happy traders who would buy up or sell off mass amounts in after hours making opening of the next trading day even more of a speculative risk. Its a big game.
I called it. It broke the support before the close. Good stuff!
This stock seemed to be going pretty strong and over the long haul i think it will grow. I believe finding the target pivot point is key as with any trade. If you consider the support and resistance right now...the stock is pretty much resting it's ass on the chair (.1632), and if the chair breaks, you can expect a fall to .1516. The general trend since yesterday is a down trend, but there really hasnt been a push towards the resistance. I am no pro, so do your own research and follow your own strategy...but in about 20-25 minutes, ill have done my set up for tomorrow, and know whether I will buy last minute today, or wait for tomorrow. HEMP's been riding a pretty steady price. Gonna have to analyze it, like Robert DiNero.
While I agree there is money in the Bio-fuel for hemp....I think you are nuts on your saying 8 fold the profitability of corn. Corn is something already fully legal in every corner of the states, already incorporated into the fuel industry....no way. With that mentality, you're money is better spent on corn than on hemp.
Which partner are you referencing?
Lookin at a pivot of .1716. Support is .1632. If it hits either of those numbers, its a good time to buy I would say. Once the pivot fails as resistance, it should climb. And if .1632 holds up and doesnt give way, its should climb. Be vigilant.
Anybody selling is on a stop loss im sure.
lol...PREACH!!!
Are you telling me that's what YOU do, or are you giving me advice to follow? Because I don't come here for advice.
It is steadily being oversold. Be patient.
BioAdaptives, Inc. which is owned by HEMP, owns NutraLoad. The STEM CELL process that CLNP uses when using the product "NUTRALOAD(TM)" INDICATED A 268% INCREASE IN CIRCULATING STEM CELLS IN THE BLOOD. CLNP has the rights to sell the product, which again,IS OWNED BY HEMP.
CLNP has an upcoming PR that was indicated from the compnay's Twitter page to be coming out today, TUESDAY FEB 18, 2014 and will likely have investors eyes on CLNP.
How do you guys think this will fair?
My prediction for the next spin-off, or big PR. It is going to be based around Stem-Cells. Look at "Cleanpath Resources Corp." (CLNP). They are supposed to make a PR announcement today, they are working the company that has basically replaced HEMP's BioSwan spin off. Not sure if it will be good or bad for hemp, but stem cell's are a touchy subject. Any opinions? (BTW, I'm not sure what to make of their message board on iHub. Seems shifty!) I have read how HEMP ties into this, give me time to find the link and I will post it.
