AMMX Number 12 on the Breakout boards.....its amazing reading about all of the outright, blatant garbage companies that make the breakout boards that this company just struggles to get any real attention. What a shame
Armani, Why would you say only in for the next few weeks. Do you not see that this is a long term hold? I refuse to sell this gem until my shares have crossed the dollar threshold. I have posted this once and will post again. In the US, if shares are held for one year and one day capital gains are treated more favorably and most will only pay 15 percent in tax vs the regular tax brackets up to 39.5 percent.
If you have 100,000 shares and you sell for 1.00 pps, you will make $65,000 after paying 35 percent tax.
If you have 100,000 shares for longer than a year and you sell for .78 cents pps after seeing the price rise and then fall from its high hypothetically, you will still bring home more $66,300 after paying only 15 percent capitol gains taxes......MORE than if you had sold early at $1.00 pps
Question: Why would the market makers maintain such a wide spread. No wonder we have no volume, they have the bid set at .014 and the ask is still lower than the PPS. Are they nuts? Who is really willing to sell that low??
Why is there no volume? Is it because the float is locked up?
Just a heads up to everyone that likes following good companies. AMMX just released year end financial statement today and it was OUTSTANDING!! This was already a damn good company before, this makes the deal even sweeter. Do your own research, dont trust me. I'm just making a recommendation for a lead. This company is poised for a huge run, and will IMHO continue to grow to the dollars over the next year or so.

I think today will be the day that we actually close above .03. Looking really really nice.....if only we could improve our volume.
Sounds great StockPrez, you have a hell of a position that I envy. I got in at .008. I didn't mean to offend you, just trying to protect our position from those ass hole penny stock dumpers that hurt our long term pps
AMMX-----In reply to StockPrez, the "big deal" has been discussed previously to the point of exhaustion and news could come at any time. However, that being said, if you are in this for the "big deal" only, I would recommend that you find another stock to trade. We are in it for the LONG term as this company has strong management, strong business model and excellent profits without the "big deal" that you speak of. We don't need typical penny stock hype here as it will create unnecessary volatility, hurting the strong upward trend we have with random day trade dumpers. This is a good company....way more potential than 99% of penny stocks out there and if you want to join our party for the right reasons, welcome aboard. If you want to day trade and dump our stock for a quick buck, look somewhere else.
I understand that today is a good consolidation day and we are establishing new support levels. We will surely see many more days like this as no stock goes only upward. That being said, anyone selling today is crazy. I have basically made a total commitment that I will NOT sell AMMX until 1 year from my purchase in Feb 2015. I did that math and the way I look at it, even if it were to run up to a dollar, I didn't sell, and then it pulls back to .85 cents, I would still bring home more money due to long term capital gains tax structure. Personally, I think AMMX will do better than that, but from a conservative standpoint everyone who has really followed this company should be in long, as in at least a year and a day. We know this company is not a pump and dump so who is dumb enough to take beer money this week?
If you own:
100,000 shares X $1.00 pps = $100,000 X 30% (short term tax)
Actual take home = $70,000
If you own:
100,000 Shares X $ .85 pps = $85,000 X 15% (long term tax)
Actual take home = $72,250
Does anyone know how many shares are as of now outstanding? I firmly believe that if we buy up the entire float the sky is the limit! Go AMMX!! I need to take six months off as a conductor at the railroad to hike the Pacific Crest Trail end to end....this could do it!!
I just added more, up to 300000 now. Its looking nice! Lets lock this float up guys, keep chipping away!
damn......yeah.....I got suckered into this on a hunch....fortunately I did not spend much on it and I have others that are doing well to balance it out. AMMX is a screamer. Does not belong in the Penny stock category. In the mean time, Im just going to hold onto this crap and hope that maybe someday they will amount to something. Doubtfull.....but I have already lost almost 50 percent so whats the point of selling
We will close above .02 by friday. Go AMMX!
I hate to say it, but the bag holders are the ones holding the Marijuana stocks long term. Most have no real value and an outrageous market cap with no actual profits. Keep in mind, I said MOST and I have made some money on them myself as well. In comparison, this company is a long term hold with real profits, real assets and an actual location that any of us could technically go and view. Additionally, the market cap of this company is microscopic, much smaller than on hand liquid assets. I see no reason that this company is trading as low as it is except for the fact that it is extremely unknown and does not find itself in one of the hype sectors. Heavy equipment is pretty boring to most people and other companies in this sector such as Cat are very large, very boring and exist to be held by hedge funds and 401k accounts that most owners do not even control, nor seem to care about as long as dividends are paid and the fed keeps inflating the market. I am predicting .02 next week as well as a significant rise up to at least .05 upon release of the 10k. After the Niger deal, potentially to the moon. No one really knows, and the market does not operate logically most of the time. Either way, at an average position of .009 or so, I would be surprised as hell if I ever went into the red again and if it happened, I would buy more, what an opportunity.
When will ammx release their 10k? Anyone know?
I hope we plunge like a rock for a couple days. Immagine the buy opportunity to pick up shares at around .009 again
Its NIGER, not Nigeria.....weren't you listening to the conference call?
Resistance level is now over .02 Great day in the making
Resistance level is now over .02 Great day in the making
Some new millionaires would be minted from this forum if we were to see those 1999 levels again
Looks like its coming down to the wire, and those that want to get in but were putting it off for a drop are realizing that the drop is not going to come (at least not beyond the minor drop to the .008's yesterday) Seems to be holding together very nicely and charts are setup for upward movement tomorrow. How about some solid green Marubozu's the next few days????
Thanks, good to hear. I really do see this stock as disgustingly undervalued at its current pps.......waiting for the breakout above .01
I managed to buy in yesterday on the opening dip to .0084 pps. I firmly believe that this stock has massive potential, yet it can be so maddening to watch a stock that just refuses to move, regardless of logic.
