Question, since our machine can validate credentials, is there a chance it could be used with alcohol or tobacco products? Just curious if that has been explored/could be explored.
Additionally, what catalysts do you guys see coming in the next three months or so? Something to get us to 3 or 4 cents by early spring.
What catalysts specifically are coming up?
With sentiment being what it is right now, we don't need dilution to tank. It's a shame, because all the other evidence is positive.
Are we able to confirm if there is dilution and if so, how much/why?
When do revenue numbers come out? That's all that matters right now.
You replied to say this was your buying range a month or two ago. If that's no longer the case, what changed your opinion?
Pittman, is .005-.006 still your buying range?
Check out the photo I posted on our FB page . VF in associated supermarket on 8th and 14th. Right at the front of the store next to the sparkling ice.
So if B is what we hope it is, do you think a partnership or a sale is more likely?
Hey guys, using the store locator I visited the stores on 8th avenue on Saturday that should have VF. None of them had VF.
A, has it not been delivered yet?
B, is the store locator wrong?
C, is it sold out?
Five to ten million for a K buyout? That's a silly number, that wouldn't even cover development and the p1 Hahaha.
We won't sell k after p1 and if we did, add a couple zeros to that number.
but if we get a partnership after the b results come out, we wouldn't need the aspire money, right? Since we would get a bunch of money up front most likely
Please don't suggest ridiculous things like that. Even if the product is selling well, we still aren't profitable, and won't be for months at best, which is when a share buyback could happen.
It was pumped, you're right. But then it crashed, which means a lot of those people are gone already. That said I think 4.5 cents (once we get there) will be a barrier for awhile for that reason
Pittman, in your opinion, what would MINE have to accomplish to justify a pps of 2+ cents by the end of the year?
That's good for us if a major competitor is getting a hit like that, right?
Anyway, it looks like considerable support in the fives. If it dips down there again I'll buy in some more. I think it could hang out between five and six until we start selling bottles.
Exactly, they saw the A/S increase and panicked. Those shares, if issued, should be issued as restricted shares, but this being the otc, it worries people.
Are you buying at half a penny?
I like that the pps has fallen. Note that the wolf pack pumping has finally worked its way out, we can get back to growing at a healthy rate. By year's end, we will be back to that .04 price (roughly), but it will be supported by revenues, and the prospect of more revenues, rather than pure hype.
This seems like good news to me right? That's a lot of shares that can't hit the market for two years. And it shows confidence on the part of the insiders.
I think the A/S scared people. They're scary sounding things. But like I said before, they told is they were gonna do this.
Sometime before the August rollout we will find out celebrity endorsements, which I suspect we will pay for with these restricted shares.
People see an A/S increase and think pump and dump, but I'm betting my money (in a literal sense,) that the August rollout will being about a big pps increase.
But do your own DD first.
I don't know why people are flipping out. They said they would do this weeks ago, remember? Endorsements are going to be paid for with restricted stock, so of course there was an A/S increase.
Don't cry about dilution until there is some.
That you for your intelligent reply . That seems correct, and makes sense. I wouldn't be surprised to see an 8k before then though.
Yeah, normally that document would be on ihub but I don't see it.
Where is the document saying there is dilution? I don't see it.
I sent them a message via the VF website asking when I'd be able to buy it online, I still don't see any level five stuff on Amazon. Several times, and no reply. What's going on?
Group buying is always a bad idea. Someone will profit from it and it won't be you.
This company is on solid footing, don't worry about the pps. Honestly, we would be sitting at two or three cents if previous group buying on this stock hadn't drawn in all these shorts.
Just added some more shares. I like three to five cents (if vf is popular) by the end of summer. I feel pretty safe buying this at a penny.
I sent them a message through their website asking about it. I feel like they are missing a lot of potential revs by ignoring the direct to consumer approach. Maybe they just haven't ramped up the capacity yet? They're having to fully stock a whole bunch of stores after all.
Couldn't agree more. If by dilution these shorts mean a few million shares to Katy Perry to endorse us, I'm fine with it. If you read the pr, we are on very solid footing.
Anyone know how I can order vf online?
Thank you clay! We appreciate these, I've actually learned quite a bit watching then.
Thank you! Upvoted :)
Question...I've heard a lot of talk about a big red partnership. It's that total speculation, or is there a reason we are inferring that?
How does the stock price fall when we are in pace to double last year's profits?
Does anyone know when vfizz is going back up for sale on Amazon?
Which is why I'm excited about B. Once the trial is over in a few months we should have partnership offers. A post a couple weeks ago detailed what other companies have gotten for antibiotics...a free months and we will be good.
Although I would like to see 1.6 again so I can buy more.
Wouldn't a board cost money (or shares)? I'm pretty happy with Leo so far. I mean with a board who is to say if we would have been quick enough to grab B, which incidentally is the reason I'm here in the first place. And was a brilliant move.
Basically, I trust Leo.
I agree with the folks predicting a lot of profit taking tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised to see a dip, but I'd still expect a steady increase based on the outcome of the meeting.
Based on what comes out of that id say a target of between .06 and .12 within a month. That is, IF it's as big a deal as we speculate it to be.
So at this point, is news leading to a partnership the only thing that'll budge the share price? Personally I don't mind it going cheaper, I'd like to buy more, I love our pipeline. But how long can we operate with no revs?
