Verbal diarrhea…
I used to own 6 figures that were worth 7 figures. I don’t think a congratulations are in order for owing 7 figures worth 6 figures…
1.12 million shares at an average of 64 cents. Been here since 2012.
I am an admitted long. Why are you here?
You are not a shareholder. Your opinion is worthless until you declare your interest in this company.
Agree with you 100 percent. I have not voted yet. If I were forced to vote right now it would be no. As a long for 12 years I believe it’s a failure of management that someone like me has these sentiments.
But he doesn’t stoop to the level of inventing diagnoses. That is truly pathetic.
That’s not the way the world works.
The old CFO pitch. Haven’t seen that one in a few years. Anything else left to throw at the wall???
Lol. Pathetic.
You don’t own any shares.
I’ll post my purchases if you post your short position.
Deal?
On the flip side their old shares that are worth less because of dilution don’t hurt them as much because now they have more. Dilution affects them less. Therefore their interests are less aligned with ours.
And what about you? Just a concerned citizen?
If they were smart they would hold this vote after approval. I would be the first in line to vote yes once the share price is higher. I’m happy to share the wealth but right now that is negative wealth and they should be sharing that as well.
And yet the deal was for shares at 40 cents. Forgive me for not being excited about this offering when my cost average is 65 cents after 12 years of being invested.
Would you like to edit your post in light of the new offering?
As long as my investment is a loss (in spite of continued averaging down) I do not think management deserves a bonus. They should feel the same financial pain that shareholders feel. Don’t forget they are still being paid a salary. I don’t expect them not to be compensated for their hard work. But at the end of the day the share price matters.
Aha….
I am always struck by how common sense is not that common.
Hopefully you are correct.
That only works if no clock off period, and that is something they would never disclose.
Is there any procedural reason to hold the meeting end of June? Any kind of regulation that stipulates this is the last day possible considering when the last one was held? We need to play devils advocate and find another reason for the date they selected.
It’s quite simple, if my financial situation is impacted negatively by a low sp then so should theirs. If and when it goes back up I will happily vote for bonuses.
I put in another 40k. Felt sick doing it. Hopefully price will start to move next week so at least this last investment is above water.
Good luck to all longs
Because there was a phase 3 trial and a submission to the regulators. It’s quite simple.
I’ve been longer than you have ever invested in any stock in your life. The post was regarding combination therapy which is not in the MAA.
Maybe so but without hard evidence they will not pay for it.
Not possible. Production of dcvax requires an invasive procedure and is expensive. No doctor will prescribe it to a cancer other than gbm. No insurance company will cover the cost. It’s simply not realistic and is akin to all the other far fetched ideas that are being thrown around here.
Not sure about that at all. In the past they have proven time and again that they don’t really care for these PR timing concerns. There is probably some logistical or procedural reason for the timing rather than a PR reason.
Or just that the data for approval was largely based out of the US so the UK regulators may want to examine those sites as well.
I don’t see a real reason for that to happen on Monday. Tea leaves won’t cut it at this late stage.
Not radiology, radiation oncology. 2 completely different specialties.
I have to agree. I highly doubt anything is being delayed over this. Maa was submitted and is out of the company’s hands. Now do they start manufacturing immediately upon approval with manual production if say the flask works decide happens to be ready soon? That’s a different question but not relevant to us today.
We are waiting on the mhra, it’s that simple.
Sorry when do you think we hear a decision from mhra? Optimistically, pessimistically and realistically.
Eureka!!!! Those stupid jama editors. Such low standards I tell you.
Horrible disease. I hope dcvax plus pdl1 can help many of these patients in the not too distant future. It’s a fucked up world where peer reviewed data in jama isn’t enough to help a tiny company overcome greedy big money in a more timely fashion.
We will get there eventually but many people will die in the meantime.
Please stop with this speculation stuff. Eden is not part of the submission.
Yeh I agree. Your post is a Hail Mary.
Better tell the jama editors they were wrong.
Lol
Yes. There has been no change in the standard of care for 30 years. DCVax is not an approved treatment as of February 2024 and so his statement is correct in the context of standard of care.
Nice try
That is an opinion commentary in a 3rd tier journal whereas the jama paper is original peer reviewed research accepted in a 1st tier journal.
One is backed by data and with one of the highest stamps of approval, the other is a consolation prize to a few conflicted physicians who stand to lose income if dcvax is approved.
I guess the jama reviewers and editors don’t know anything about ECAs, inclusion exclusion criteria and stats. Makes sense. What are they? 3rd or 4th tier journal?
