Ready for lift off now. Just need some attention.
Bid keeps stacking, but no one will hit the ask.
What's up with all the volume?
We need news and some attention. The accumulation lately feels promising, but we need a little follow through.
The thing about that PR is that there is not enough information to get a real sense of how much money they would make from that. The numbers are just too mixed up.
At a minimum, you're at 280k cf at $2 per times 0.054% or $300 per day.
That is the worst case scenario that can extrapolated from that data. $100k a year.
Even in the worst case scenario, I think the market cap is reasonable.
For me, I'm waiting for more information. I want to see some more numbers before I make a long term decision on this stock and its valuation.
For now, I'm playing for a run.
Pull backs are expected. No body knows what will happen.
It was up 200% in the last 4 trading days... Not the worst pull back I've seen leading up to huge runs.
TXHE primed and ready to pop.
TXHE is worth looking at.
Check out TXHE. Screaming breakout.
TXHE that is!
AXHE... Chart is screaming for a breakout.
Nice day.
What does the rest of the week have in store?
News would be awesome.
Big volume rolling in.
It doesn't concern anybody that after a year of talking about Brazil this whole tax stamp thing just kind of snuck up on them?
Just like needing the ABC license snuck up on them.
When she talks I feel like she's not a very smart person. It seems like they're just learning as they go, which is a dangerous thing.
Best of luck, I hope they find success. I know they have a good product. I continue to monitor this one.
News could blow the top off this thing.
What's the mystery Pitt?
They made two press releases about this SPA over the last month and dumped 100M shares into each one. Where would the pps be without the acquisition? Probably trips, IMO.
Yep... Looking good.
Looking forward to EOD and next week. Let's make money!!!
Per Theo van der Linde, President, CFO and Director of Coronet Metals Inc.
"Truly valid. We have experienced some delays in closing but getting close."
Their IR forwarded an email I sent to them inquiring about Liberty Mill and he got back to me this afternoon.
Read MBs post again... It's informed and on point.
Well said sir.
Read this carefully everybody.
Pitt,
Of course we care, but that's not the play here. It's a moot point. There's no chance of lithium if lots of profit does not get realized from gold and antimony. Lithium is going to cost millions to get to. So much has to happen between now and then.
It's still a highly speculative long-run lithium play, though.
Come on ST99! It's easy to slam the company when dilution is running crushing the bid and driving the price down, but if you don't see a potential reversal brewing here, then you're just being stubborn.
It went up 50% Wednesday and has held those gains nicely.
There's no default on Fencemaker as far as I know.
They have not honored their lithium agreements but the plug has not yet been pulled based in the filings. They are optimistic that new agreements can be reached.
Very good day in my opinion. I was expecting a pull back after a 50% run, but it held strong.
Onwards.
19's falling hard!!
2m bid at 17.
Hopefully that support allows us to tear through the 18's
"Both parties have agreed to an extension as they continue to work on the final SPA language with the legal departments."
It's with the lawyers now. Someone with more experience on this can maybe shed some light on timing?
They have agreed to an extension as they continue to work out the details.
Per Bob via an email a few minutes ago.
Lol... Don't mind Pitt. He blows with the wind. He's been around a while and will optimistic soon enough.
As for ST99... He has every right to feel the way he does. He pumped this stock for a long time and got burned over the last 9 months just like many of us here.
A trend reversal will bring many of the old longs back, I believe.
Stuff doesn't happen over night Pitt. Sure, everyone wants it to run, but first things first. Let's establish a bottom, reverse the trend, and regain the interest of investors.
All of that is happening right now and I feel confident that the worst is behind us. We ate through 95M shares last week and got back to where we started and are now heading north.
Best of luck buddy.
No problem JD. I've been around here a while and have read the filings multiple times over the last 9 months.
I'm a little more bullish about FLPC in the short-term than I have been over the last few weeks. I've been bothered by that September 14th note not being issued, but I'm glad we were able to get trough it with minimal damage. We have a few weeks to build some momentum and attract some interest and I believe with the right news and progress we will be able to rip through the October convertibles with minimal damage as well. After that, it is pretty much smooth sailing until December.
Best of luck to you. I believe there will be a solid rebound this week and next.
That is a tough question to answer. IMO, no. There is going to be a pile of shares due in a few weeks.
IMO, the note that was issued this week was the one that was due on September 14, 2014. I suspect they came to an agreement with the note holder as they knew issuing that note at the time would have destroyed the pps and sent it to trips. Perhaps they issued 20M shares a few weeks ago as part of an agreement to put that off until they could share mill news with investors and get support.
The notes due on October 21 are Tangiers, not Asher, so the note this week had nothing to do with them (look at the Dec 2013 10Q). Thus, there will be a pile of shares converted in a few weeks, unless they can work out a different agreement.
That being said, the conversion rate will be based on the pps of the lowest two days starting on Wednesday, so there needs to be a rebound the next few trading days or some other agreement or else there is going to be a ton of shares due in less than three weeks.
Thanks bro.
90M in volume!!!
+$200k traded today!!!
Just sitting back and enjoying the ride!
I'm wondering if they were issued. There were only 20M issued after Bob told me the note holder requesting conversion.
Anyway, some new life here I think.
Pretty good update for a company with a $1.6M market cap.
IMO
Financing is the main hurdle here. I have complete confidence in execution moving forward.
Thanks for the confirmation sir.
I'm glad they finally released a very detailed summary of where they are heading.
There is still a lot to look forward to here. They're not where we hoped they would be by now, but jimmy has made a lot of progress fixing the mistakes of his predecessors and coming up with a clear path forward. He has the ability to focus intensely on the tasks at hand and does things very methodically.
We should all be more excited about the potential here than we are currently. If investment money comes in, the potential here is huge.
FLPC
I have. Not much new to report.
I'm not sure why updates have not been going out, they deviated from their plan for some reason, but the news is supposed to start flowing again soon.
He seems optimistic that they're coming through with money soon, but there's no solid indication that it has happened yet. He confirmed what Bob told me last week, Don has been in NYC meeting with Murdock and they have been put in front of potential investors. He hasn't given me any details beyond that.
I'm not sure where I stand on this at the moment, but I think they're running out of time. Things need to happen in the next few weeks or dilution is going to kill this thing.
It's been suggested that this has been heavily shorted. I'm very interested to see if this September 4 note was issued and if it was, why are they dumping it?
