Agreed! Ed should be terminated as quickly and directly as possible by the SEC.

Gentlemen, Let's face it...

Little eddie is composed of the same material of which any rat-stinkin' piece of filth is, and is out to do NOTHING more than line his own stench-filled pockets with the money of any shareholders dumb enough to invest in this joke.

My only solice lies within the fact that I have been made aware of a SEC discovery investigation by one of the SEC's top prosecutors, into this dung-heap we call 'eddie'. I am content with just sitting-back and watching the show for now. Trust me guys.....this guy will be a VERY unhappy large-nosed sack when this has drawn to conclusion.

I look forward to digesting your thoughts regarding CMKX each and every time you take fingertips (...and maybe thumbs also??!...like myself) to the keyboard! My guess would be that many other CMKX board members feel the same way as I do, but, ALL THE GOOD ONES, WHO HAVE ANYTHING OF CONSEQUENCE TO CONTRIBUTE, HAVE TAKEN A 'LEAVE OF ABSENCE' AS I HAVE DONE FOR GOOD REASON!

That being that, like yourself, I have found the posts here to be utterly congested with the ramblings of CMKX bashers, leaving no room for anyone seeking to share REAL data and information with their peers whatsoever.

I still log-onto this site for the SOLE reason of reading what you, and a VERY few select others, have to say. My guess is that many other CMKX shareholders are doing the same, and HOPEFULLY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO THE BASHERS, IN AN ATTEMPT TO EITHER: (1) MAKE THEM LOSE INTEREST; OR (2) LET THEM TALK TO "THEMSELVES" IN THE HOPES THAT THEY ARE PAID ON A 'PER MESSAGE' BASIS FOR EVERYONE NOT WITHIN THE 'BASHERS' CIRCLE! (Paid for by the MM's!)

My apologies for being so long-winded and adamant, but please consider my point regarding why the board seems so corrupt. If anyone else feels the same, please let me know (...and hopefully Zen too!)

Please continue what you are doing here because it truly is ALL GOOD!

Just two quick questions that I've been wrestling with which you presented to us:

1) How would this CMKX-treme card effect us if our investment is in the form of an IRA? No US Fed tax until we utilized the card?

2) How did you reach the early September date for "all to be decided"? I'm still trying to derive your reasoning there.

Please accept my apologies if this is old news, but I find it strangely ironic that Nicky Oppenheimer, De Beers Group chairman, happens to be in Kimberley, BC, cristening the opening of De Beer's new, "Combined Treatment Plant (CTP)" at the EXACT same time when our team is supposed to be at FALC.

If you take a look on the map you'll see that Kimberley, BC is NOT ALL THAT FAR from FALC, considering Nicky calls S.Africa home from what I understand.

In regards to the drilling taking place, I for one appreciate your input and insight. But at the same time I must admit that there are those board members out there who may not adhere to being corrected at every turn. Many are new to this game and trying to learn as they go.

Are you familiar with the IB2000 process mentioned in the OTCPro UCAD/CMKX PR last week? I've investigated it somewhat, and it appears to be tied-to free advertising/marketing publicity for CMKX/UCAD via OTCPro in exchange for UCAD shares.

Just curious what your thought are on this? Have you seen it before?

Zen - Was wondering if you saw this NITE letter?

I've been a long-time listener, first-time caller as they say.

IMO, your posts have been extremely well thought out, and should provide inspiration for everyone to perform their own DD, thus adding to our knowledge and information base.

In performing my own DD I happened across this link. I am curious if you've run across this letter from Knight's Exec. VP and General Counsel, John Bluher, to the SEC regarding the proposed Regulation NMS?
