I swear there is no reason This thing should be less than 16 cents which is Lugees floor.
Yeah Kang didn’t pull out out 64 million from his bank account too ....
Looks like small phone frames
Laser degating?
I heard Lugee talk about the patents ... they are the key to commercialize and not be hindered by legal challenges. They sat at the table with Apple, there is no way Apple issued a security release back to CIP for certain IP to allow for Eontec license, if they weren’t comfortable.
Basically officially legal date of invention as granted by the patent agency in this case the USPTO...
“Issue or grant Edit
Once the patent application complies with the requirements of the relevant patent office, a patent is granted further official fees, and in some regional patent systems, such as the European patent system, validating the patent requires that the applicant provide translations of the application in the official languages of states in which they desire protection.
The date of issue effectively terminates prosecution of a specific application, after which continuing applications cannot be filed, and establishes the date upon which infringement may be charged. Furthermore, an issue date for an application in the U.S. filed prior to 1995 also factors into the term of the patent, whereas the term of later filings is determined solely by the filing date.”
Here’s the patent I mentioned last week that was issued today

I always thought auto was a viable option for Liquidmetal....

I was reading about MVIS and some of the commentary from person who attended session and talked about whales and disrupting technology...if BMG’s could take off ...

Hey Eontec is in auto parts production ...never know
So he sold Valencia Circle?
Interesting it came after Liquidmetals legal proceedings against Kang
The filing date of 2013 is for the patent application that is being prosecuted. The may 2020 date is LMC document in terms of POA, which is specific to throwing Kang and Salas out of any dealings for LMC.
This was issued to Eontec as a US patent in August

To Liquidmetal or MVIS OTW? :$)
Don’t be greedy Dlucious because right now it’s trading on euphoria :)
They do have an interesting product though and they just had brought on a past career person from Ford to their board.
I introduce you to Microvision ....
https://www.microvision.com
Massive IP portfolio
I am NOT saying this is Liquidmetals path but it’s a possibility.
They don’t have the IP backing of a tech giant like Apple, even though there are ties with Microsoft ....
Whatever happened at LMC was bad that the last page on this document was issued in terms of Kang and Salas....

This was just granted allowance on 12/9

Hadn’t really checked much on patent activity lately, but Apple still pushing stuff forward under CIP....this is getting issued 12/22

This is a continuation of that...with the changes filed in March 2018
Missed this issued to Apple recently

In some examples, the interior or inner portion of the composite member can include any material that has a desired material property or properties and can be welded, bonded, adhered, or otherwise joined to an exterior portion. For example, the interior portion can include organic materials such as polymeric materials, ceramic materials, metallic materials, or combinations thereof. In some examples, the interior portion can include a metallic material such as aluminum, copper, steel, or alloys or combinations thereof. In some examples, the interior portion can include a metallic material having a foamed structure or a bulk metallic glass. In some examples, the interior portion can itself be a composite material, such as a carbon reinforced polymer material, ceramic reinforced polymer material, a metal matrix composite material, a ceramic matrix composite material, or other composite materials. The interior portion can have any desired thickness. For example, the interior portion of the composite member can have a thickness of several millimeters. In other examples, however, the interior portion of the composite member can have a thickness such that it extends substantially entirely across an entire width of the electronic device.
In some examples, the exterior or outer portion of the composite member can include any material that has a desired material property or properties and can be welded, bonded, adhered, or otherwise joined to an interior portion. For example, the exterior portion can include organic materials such as polymeric materials, ceramic materials, metallic materials, or combinations thereof. In some examples, the exterior portion can include a metallic material such as steel, titanium, or alloys or combinations thereof. In other examples, the exterior portion can include precious or semi-precious metals such as silver, gold, platinum, or alloys or combinations thereof. Alternatively, the exterior portion can include ceramic materials, such as alumina or sapphire, zirconia, carbides, nitrides, borides, oxides, or combinations thereof. The exterior portion can further include a metallic material such as a bulk metallic glass. In some examples, the exterior portion can itself be a composite material, such as a carbon reinforced polymer material, ceramic reinforced polymer material, a metal matrix composite material, a ceramic matrix composite material, or other composite materials.
Issued to CIP today ... been a while since I saw one ...

I hear ya I say the same thing and keep coming back
Thanks Dell, I’m didn’t want to respond to that comment suggesting than non-US securities
Didn’t know “odd” was equivalent to “good” .... think your comments need to be directed to Josh.
I must admit I noticed the same thing last week and thought I was crazy taking what you just mentioned and thought it odd that they put more cash in debt securities and only keeping $5 million cash. It was a good healthy jump for short term and long term holds.
Medtronic had another one published today for internal implant but without specific reference to Liquidmetal

[0007] The company Liquidmetal Technologies, which primarily offers zirconium-based glasses, is a pioneer for the commercial utilization of amorphous metals. Further commercial suppliers are YKK and Advanced Metal Technology. Presently, amorphous metals are only applied in a few niche areas, in which high (wear) resistance and good corrosion properties are required. Examples of current applications are: housing parts for mobile telephones, scalpels, sporting equipment such as golf clubs and tennis racquets, pieces of jewelry, and watch cases. “
Can you show us in the recent filing where this was even alluded to as a potential going concern?
I don’t see why this doesn’t have a base of 16 cents which is Lugees cost ....
So you dumped this morning?
Class action for what?
