If we break .20, we could see .30 before a pullback.
You have excellent points, but I think today will have more volume than yesterday.
LOL there is nothing about this candle that makes it look like its going down.
The market cap is so low here. $$$
Next leg up!
ECIG didn't inflate the price, traders did. The traders who inflated the price are the same who are deflating the price through their emotional selling.
The O/S shares are maxed out, so the company didn't kill anything. The decline in the share price is based on people selling and shorting. This will be back up. Give it time.
Why wouldn't people vote for the R/S and increase in A/S if management feels that it is best for the health of ECIG?
Management has a legal fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of the shareholders. So, their recommendation for the R/S and A/S increase is what they ultimately think is best for the PPS. This point is underscored by the fact that the BOD and management all have stellar backgrounds. They are not random people who created a shell-company in order to swindle shareholders. They have distinguished backgrounds with reputations to maintain in the industry.
If we vote no, aren't we strangling the company and preventing it from taking the steps it needs to take to clean up the balance sheet and invest for the future of the company? I understand that the dilution can temporarily hurt the share price, but if that dilution gets the company to put its best foot forward and position itself as best as it can in this burgeoning market, then why not?
They are legally obligated to work for the shareholders' best interests. Any corporation, publicly or privately held, that issues shares has this obligation and is subject to shareholder action if it breaches this fiduciary duty. If you think differently, and do not understand your legal rights as a shareholder, then you should not invest or trade any shares.

We may have many new investors today who have been watching ECIG for the past week, know its intrinsic value, and have been waiting on pullback like today to get in. Up she goes...
This stock is showing great strength. People know that the stock is undervalued.
After today's candle, there probably won't be a pullback until at least the mid 20's.
Any idea where the PPS will be when RSI hits 90?
What's L2 looking like?
With increasing volume and the RSI not even in the power zone yet, I wouldn't be surprised to see ECIG make some huge gains tomorrow. This thing could go parabolic. .20+ easily.
We are supposed to get audited financials by the end of the year, right?
Do we have any idea yet what the expected revenues for Ultraflix are going to be? Contracting with major players like Vizio, Sony, without more doesn't mean financial success; Vizio contracts to have power buttons placed on all of its TVs and Vizio contracts with janitor services to clean its facilities, but that doesn't necessarily mean those providers are making incredible revenues by providing service/product to Vizio, etc.
Do we know how much revenue Ultraflix is supposed to provide?
Honestly the NP-1 is nothing compared to Ultraflix.
They may have content, the value of which will be determined, but I am concerned about the NP-1. Last fall they said it would be on shelves for X-mas 2013, and it is starting to get too late for 2014. They have become silent about the NP-1 for some time now, like they found out brick and mortar retailers will not be placing the product on their shelves.
Sold today. Failed double bottom, and a death cross will be on chart tomorrow. I really hope NTEK can get their act together and I can pick up some 3s for a bounce.
Actually, considering today's candle, NTEK has been making higher lows since the summer.
Well, then, as a long, I hope it stays that way this holiday season.
Which TV's need a NP-1 to play Ultraflix?
Oh, I see. So what sort of applications are available on the NP-1 that would encourage somene to purchase it instead of adding apps their TV?
But you don't need the NP-1 to play Ultraflix on a Vizio, right? So they aren't both necessary. Correct me if I'm wrong.
So the NP-1 is already obsolete?
Am I correct to believe that a Vizio 4K TV doesnt need a 4k player like the NP-1 becuase it can stream 4K natively from the TV itself?
Wake me up when we're green
With all these hammer candles during the last week, we really have created a firm foundation for the next leg up. The market is starting to absorb the news, and the sweeping downtrend from the last many months is reversing.
I don't like the news with misleading information coupled with the PPS unable twice to get above the 50MA. I'm out. GLTA
I feel the same exact way.
BS. Good educational institutions teach critical thinking, not indoctrination. If a professor has a position and can defend that position, then where is the harm? How is that indoctrination? Can a professor not have an opinion that he was developed through critical analysis?
Universities are fertile centers for intellectual honesty. When a professor professes an opinion or publishes a paper, his thoughts are thrown into the academic free market that decides if the idea will thrive or perish. This is a living example of the value of the 1st Amendment. If anything, then, educational institutions are designed to prevent the indoctrination of intellectually dishonest thought.
and the best post of the day
FRTD is really all or nothing now for those with positions, depending on if the buyout is true.
It's like a poker game and we are all-in and waiting to see if the river is gonna save us.
