I was just reading the fine print on Etrade's website and it says they charge still for OTC trades ($4.95 per trade for frequent traders). I bought another stock that was a NASDAQ stock, and that was free. Haven't tried buying an OTC stock though yet since they started with the free trades.
Also in the fine print, there's some tiny FINRA charge, something like .000119 per share, but I'm not sure which stocks those apply to. If they apply to penny stocks, that could add up.
Five green days in a row.
Looking good today!
Nice day for TEUM, even though the overall stock market had a bad day.
According to some other boards, the MM GTSM replaced CANT. And CANT I think was maybe was somehow affiliated with Cantor Fitzgerald.
Sean should be looking for an accountant with a pulse.
Scraping poop out of his cleats?
A green Friday. Looking forward to next week for more green days.
Yeah, I agree. I'm holding, and waiting it out. They will continue to show strong growth each quarter. Many good companies have small scheduled insider selling from the company officers. They use it like a part of their paycheck, using it for things like making house payments. As long as it's not a huge percentage of their holdings, it's not a big deal. If they were unloading half or all of their shares, that would be a different story.
Impressive surge of buying at 2:16, when suddenly someone bought 260K shares all in one minute. Then it was stuck in a channel between 1.28 and 1.29 for pretty much the rest of the day. There was a momentary dip to 1.27 at 3:52 which was followed by a 120K ask slap. And right after the bell, there's a buy of 61,196 at 1.29 shares that showed up.
I see today as a slight pullback from the gains on Wednesday, but looking good leading into tomorrow.
Had a bid in at 1.16, which never got filled, and the 1.17s started disappearing fast. So I slapped the ask and got another 1000 shares at 1.18. Looking good so far. Could be a big green day for a change.
That figures, right when I buy at 1.3 it drops to 1.2.
This is way too cheap right now. I added another 1000 shares at 1.30. Can't let a bargain like this pass me by. Sooner or later this will be back up to 4.00
There was a lot of support at certain levels, like 1.54, 1.52, and 1.50. I added some more at 1.53 thinking that it would bounce right back up after giving up trying to get below 1.50. The MM NSDQ was showing huge bids like 34K shares repeatedly, along with a bunch of other huge bids from other MMs. I was really surprised to check later and see that support had been broken. Probably someone had stop loss orders in at 1.50 or 1.49 and once it got to that point, they kicked in, and that caused it to plummet fast. I think this dip is way overblown. The company is a lot stronger than the PPS would reflect. I think it will bounce back up again, but it might be a painful wait. I'm sure not going to sell down here.
Lousy day for this stock, but I'm optimistic this will go up again. Another stellar Q report will get this right back up again.
Yeah, I don't like to see dilution. But sometimes it's necessary in a fast growing company. They've got lots of revenue coming in.
Just added 1250 shares. Hopefully this dilution is what the company needs to grow.
I found some more stuff. I came across the website of Shannon Guerrero, who appears to be linked somehow to Sean Guerrero. Maybe his wife or a relative? She's a graphic designer and creative director. She designed the GolfBalled.com logo. She also designed the VITA logo and other stuff for VITA.
Here's her web page.

And here's her page about what she designed for VITA.

I found an hour long phone interview of two British guys interviewing Sean Guerrero on YouTube. I didn't listen to the whole thing. Sounds like he's kind of a big deal in the golf world with his GolfBalled website. These two guys sure seem to be impressed by him. I guess Sean's got a lot of connections with the rich and famous, and he does seem like he's got a good handle on figuring out how to make a buck on the internet. He might surprise us and bring out VITA with a bang.
The accent on the two British dudes is so thick that it's tough to understand them
I'm sure looking forward to a headline that starts off with "VMSI: Audit completed!"
Just a pullback after a nice 6 day run I guess. I took the opportunity to buy 1700 shares of this at a nice discount. And if it drops below 2.00 tomorrow morning, I'll add probably another 1000 shares. Seems like there was pretty strong support at the 2.00 level though. So maybe it'll just churn around 2.00 for a while and start heading back up again.
I got out of this about a month ago, but it looks it might have hit a bottom. Bought just ten shares of it at 101.62 to get back in. I want to see where it goes from here before adding too much more of it.
Yeah, I agree. Probably back to 12.00 by next week. And, yeah, 20.00 by next year seems pretty easy.
I'm holding long term. Looking for it to go back to 5.00 at least. But it'll be a zigzaggy road to get there. I think it definitely hit bottom about a week ago. It made no sense why it ever got that low.
Big surge in buying at 12:06 when someone suddenly bought about 80K shares in one minute.
PAYS is sure looking strong today.
Yep. TEUM is back on track.
They must have used the Pony Express to deliver the audit. (queue the theme to the Lone Ranger).
The old revenue guidance estimate was 38 to 40 million (call it 39), and the revised estimate is 35 to 37 (call it 36). So dropping from 39 to 36 is a 7.7% drop in their estimate. Not the end of the world, and for me looks like a good time to add, especially looking at the big picture since this company is still growing at a nice pace, and I'm holding long term.
They dropped the revenue estimate guidance for the year 7.7%. I'd call the 20% drop in the PPS an overreaction.
Bought some more at $9.70
I think I hear some shorters crying. Level II is so thin now on the ask, and it has bounced up 20% so far.
They just announced a contract with Beam Suntory, the company that makes Jim Beam. Nice bounce today so far.
The Aurelius and Viceroy short attacks were largely debunked. Now this lawyer is using these older, debunked blatant short attack hit pieces as an excuse to start an investigation. They haven't brought any actual charges, just announced they're going to investigate it. There was nothing there then, and there still is nothing there now. This will go back up. But yeah, it would be nice if management would come out and fight against the charges.
These lawyers pretend like they really care about our well being, then put a statement that causes the stock to tank. I think every stock I've ever owned had some lawyers claim they're going to help out us poor stock holders for being misled by the company. They drive the price down, and then you never hear anything about it again. A couple of times I filed a claim, and I might wind up getting a check for $35.00 or something. Hardly worth the effort. And it takes years of litigation. Nothing that is going to affect this company immediately.
Who's the clown with a million on the ask, trying to keep this shoved under a penny?
Looks like some ambulance chasers are in cahoots with the shyster short attacker clowns, trying to shove it down some more. Not sure where the bottom is, but when it hits, this should rocket back up.
Have a nice weekend, and take cover from the hurricane.
Who's the knucklehead who dumped into the bid? What a killjoy.
I am! Nickels and dimes on the horizon.
You forgot to say please to the MFrs.
