After reading the report, I found one of the most interesting points to be the statement about Purity's suit against Kelly.
"Purity subsequently filed the Stipulation to Judgment in May 2005 and is now in the process of enforcing the judgment against all of Kelly’s assets including his stock holdings in InstaCare."
This gives Purity a very good reason to continue to order from INCA. They will have an interest in INCA and want to see it continue as a going concern.
Another good sign is that they filed on time. I look for some positive PR's concerning the drug distribution to come out within the next few weeks.
GLTA
I'm thinkig that the next information we get from the company is the NT 10-K, notice of late filing. Would be nice if they could get it in on time, but past history leaves me to say it ain't so.
Just sitting Chucker, but my butt is really getting sore!
Nice PR. Looks like they recovered from the punch they took and are ready to move ahead. I also noticed that the PR only referred to The Wells Group and Carla Hintz. No mention of David Kugelman. Wonder if there is anything going on there.
We took a blow below the belt today with the news. Hopefully we can recover.

The Medicare Prescription Drug Improvement and Moderization Act of 2003 goes into effect in January of 2006. Looks to me like they are getting positioned to be a prominent player in that market. Within the months leading up to the act going into affect, I believe we will be hearing more in the press and that will move us north. The recent Wall Street article is an indication of that.
I hope more PR's are forthcoming in the weeks ahead.
GLTA
I noticed that in the last few PR's, they have changed the wording in the section "About instaCare". It now reads
"instaCare Corp. is an emerging fulfillment provider of prescription drugs through several profitable and opportunity laden medical distribution channels."
It is interesting that the state "through several profitable and opportunity laden medical distribution channels."
That is encouraging.
Hope we get more news this week.
GLTA
Looks like they are setting up to hit the ground running. Next few weeks should be interesting. GLTA
To me it looks like they are getting a start on their sales channels. Seems like these two new guys have some contacts to begin the process of lining up doctors and clinics etc. Now we wait the news of the retail license. I thought it was a good PR.
GLTA
Good news out. Things are starting to take shape. Any thoughts?
GLTA
Looks like RCO is having its share of problems. Any thoughts on how this might affect INCA? I know the stategies differ, we are after a niche different than what RCO was. Don't know if this would benefit us or not.
The second press release by INCA did mention the growth of the ResidenceWare sector. It will be interesting to see how that goes in the near future.
The other statement that was interesting concerned obtaining the retail license in June. That should get the ball rolling.
GLTA
There is also an online pharmacy link on the website. Looks like things are advancing. GLTA
Nice to see the webpage reflect the new name. I also got there by typing www.instacare.net. Hopfully some other good news today.
GLTA
Looks like no one wants to come out and play today.
I'll be out of town next week and won't be able to watch the board. Maybe the earnings will be out tomorrow. Have to remain optimistic about this stock, although it can be frustrating. Sometimes it's enough to drive me to drink, and that's not all bad. GLTA
I just visited the website. Looks to me like they've updated some info for the MD@Hand etc. since the last time I was there. Wonder when they will have an instaCare site. GLTA
Chucker - Everything OK? Haven't heard from you in a while. Hope all is fine.
We should have some earnings news soon. Hopefully an announcement of a pharma acquisition too. If we are lucky, we may also get some insight into present and future business activities.
GLTA
A new board, good going Chuck - a new name, good going instaCare - a new future, good for us all. Things should get real interesting from here on out. GLTA
Chucker - I won't be home until later tonight. Probably 10 PM your time. If I have something, I'll let you know.
Excellent post Clare - I was hoping you would say something to that affect. I'll read mine at home late. No need to post info about it here as every shareholder will have the info.
GLTA
Thanks - I finally got it to come up again too.
Interesting - Next Genesys Corp is no longer listed as an entity with Nevada's Secretary of State. List of officers was due by 3/31/05. I can't find it today. Maybe someone else can.
I think you are correct Chucker. I could be that CDED was issued the private shares in DataFuzion. It might be that the agreement contained some distrubution limits on the shares in reference to when/if they could be distributed to shareholders. OMNI and CDED will have to sort things out and we'll probably here news of it in 60 days. I believe more good news is also on the way for CDED. It will be interesting to watch the numbers as we progress. GLTA
If you two boys wish to chat about proper use of colons etc., please find a chat room that is designed for that. This forum is for information concerning CareDecision Corp. Thank you.
Just an observation, but did you notice the investor relations name and number on this latest release? The area code is for Daytona Beach. Wonder if they have a new or a second PR firm.

FYI - Found this about Mercator
About Mercator Advisory Group, LLC.

Balamidas - I'm thinking my post #186 from September may be pretty close. What do you think? Also will be dependant on the new business and how it's going. Could be up from there.
Good luck to all.
I agree.
The silence is deafening !
Thanks Chucker. That would be some welcome news. Maybe after that they will come forward with more information and share some of their progress. Notice I did say "maybe". Hope your recovery is going well. GLTA
Chucker - The mailing she was referring to most likely is the Pre14c information statement that was recently filed. In it, the first mailing date is January 21st. 20 days from today, the merger should occur. If it's business days, then that puts it at the end of February so the new company can start a new fiscal year in March if their fiscal year ends in Feb. GLTA
They did not make $40 million. They lost $5 milliion on $40 million of UNAUDITED revenues, far less revenues than origianlly stated in previous annuouncements. Not saying that they can't do better, but they haven't done what they said they did. Take everything in perspective. Seems like they are selling the sizzle. Where's the beef? Good luck to all.
So what do we think of the numbers released today? I think they show why there haven't been too many releases lately. To me they are very disappointing when we look back at what was released earlier. A lot of inflated information. I would suspect we wouldn't see many pr's coming either. As you say Al, it goes back to credibility. Good luck to all.
Snow - In the transcript of the CC from December, Mr. Kelley states "This credit line will allow us to grow the wholesale business immediately to $12 million in monthly revenues."
W3- I agree with your two cents worth. CDED has a window of opportunity. They need to be moving before it closes. Just look at the latest pr's from RAMP. They have substance. Information that lets you know what the company is doing. That's what stockholders deserve. It is a public company.
PR's also promote your company and give information to other companies that may be looking to do business with you.
Good luck to all.
We are poor shareholders because of the pps of CDED!
The revenues of Kelly Companies are not known because they were private. In the announcement of the financing, they stated that the financing will allow them to generate revenues of $12 million a month. The proof will be in the pudding and it's taking a long time to make the pudding and we don't know all the ingredients in the recipe.
Chucker - pinch the nurses and pass on the food and get home soon.
I think that this has become a "show me" stock. There will be no movement until there are results. I believe this is due to the proliferation of past pr's that didn't develop. Although the merger is in the works, and maybe near completion, there have been no company updates as to the progress. Although the last pr stated the agreement with Kelly Companies and mentioned the first transaction took place on January 4th, it didn't say what the transaction was. I think once the details start to come forward, we could see some movement in pps. Good luck to all.
As I stated, I did not hear the second conference call and am only going on the transcript which is posted on the CDED website and am wondering if anymore discussion of the change in the merger was discussed. That change is very evident in the transcript listed at the site. Maybe the transcriber put the info down wrong, I don't know because I was unable to listen. That's why I'm asking.
They do make mention of being able to increase sales to $12 million/month with the loan they will be getting.
I agree with the assessment of the computer company, that is why I am asking if any more information was given as to the other two Kelly World Companies that were intially part of the merger. Are they still going to become part of NextGenesys? From the transcript, it really doesn't say.
So, I am asking you if, by listening to the entire cc, or anyone else heard something in reference to this that is not included in the transcript.
That's all I want to know.
Not at all. I've been long and will continue to be. I believe the company has good products and a good plan if they can take advantage of their window of opportunity. I'm just bringing out ideas for discussion. From reading the transcript of the last cc, there were some changes from the original merger annoucement. These changes were not fully disclosed and I'm just wondering what others think. Did you notice the change? If so, what do you think? There is going to be another valuation and this is most likely due to the change in how the merger will be consumated. The reason I feel it will be CareDecision and Futurecom Global is that they mentioned the benefit of the $13 million tax loss carry forward from Futurecom Global.
Just looking for decent discussion, not ready to sell anytime soon nor interested in turning this board into another RB.
Best of luck to all.
