Anyone think the Jerry Norton posting on Bruce's personal facebook page is the same Norton being sued by Hemp Inc?
Thankfully, in reality, people get the choice to consume whatever they want within the bounds of regulations, and even still some are willing to go long and far to consume what they will.
Again, dishing out medical advice is best left to those who are authorized and certified to do so.
A lot of people consider hemp cigarettes the preferred choice over tobacco, especially since the end product is of higher utility and of less toxic (and cancerous) adulterants.
Are you not selling CBD cigarettes? A lot of demand out there and big transition from tobacco. Big market still.
What labs?
What's the matter? Haven't gone online to test some of the product yet?
Why's that? A lot of other people have and it seems like good reviews, minus the packaging (which I agree is unsustainable and unnecessary).
People are buying, and new products keep coming. Looks like another strain is on the way, too.
Geez, more acres, more products, more sales. Expenses are decreasing. You haven't noticed or ordered your prerolls?
I'll be sure to pet Fenn's dog on the way out.
JMV doesn't waste time with non-industry harassment jobs.
The RUMORS that keep on FAKING
Bruce hiding in public? What?
People who hide usually sever communications and disappear, or is that another illusion?
Hiding... with daily FB updates, and constant announcements of whereabouts.
"Hiding"...
One individual saying that a stock can't be shorted is not proof. Its an individual, unfounded, unverified opinion.
Proof would be public disclosure of broker/dealer accounts, and still, anyone with access to shares with a knowing market could short, naked, and illegal. Still a short and totally possible.
Just because cannabis was outlawed didn't stop those from partaking. Only illegal once caught and PROVEN guilty.
It's a scam once proven.
No proof. Oops.
Until then, its manufacturing and selling hemp products.
It's called reality.
June 22, 2016. Today is April 23, 2020.
Four years of NOTHING.
Just the type of outdated news shorts want to smear all over this company. Holding it down, just as it begins to take off.
Also someday, that day will come, the end of hemp.
Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, the report that will end Hemp Inc will come.
Blah, blah, blah, hot air, don't care.
The cult of short sellers is the most pathetic of all cults. They are flat earthers and non-moon landers.
ALAN ALMIGHTY, praise onto him, our God. We are servants to the FAIL 420invenstor poop idol, making the best wrong calls since 2013. Join the cult and be a loser to society.
The REAL scam is all the UNVERIFIED BS that the short cult community of cronies just can't seem to resist sharing.
Hmmmmm.... Illusions?
Oil isn't dead, and Spill-be-gone still can be used in many applications. People still have cars, and those cars need oil. Sometimes that oil spills, particularly at the mechanic shop.
Stop with the BS. Hemp Inc has reported record revenues in the past two 10K's. Stop the BS.
Hemp, Inc. CEO Bruce Perlowin Featured in Cannabis Tech
Apr 22, 2020 Updated Apr 22, 2020
Las Vegas, NV, April 20, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP) a global leader in the industrial hemp industry with bi-coastal processing centers, including the largest multipurpose industrial hemp processing facility in the western hemisphere, announced today that its CEO, Bruce Perlowin, was recently featured in the article, “Hemp Industry Prime for Post-Pandemic Growth,” by Cannabis Tech, a publication that offers unparalleled depth and insight to support key decisions and investments for cannabis professionals.
In the article, Bruce Perlowin discussed his insights regarding the hemp industry. The article begins with an overview of Bruce Perlowin’s background and early life experiences of smuggling marijuana, making him the center of CNBC’s 2009 documentary, “Marijuana, Inc.” The article then goes on to discuss how Perlowin believes that now is the time to rejuvenate America’s love for hemp and tap into the breadth of applications of the crop -- from building homes to making clothing and hemp plastics. Perlowin also posits that, before the hemp revolution can happen, the infrastructure must first be in place.
Later in the piece, Perlowin discusses how he wants the industry to succeed, and that with “coopetition”, the collective will benefit in the long run. In the interview Perlowin said, “If you’re growing hemp next to another hemp grower and they develop mites, you’re going to want to help them, so you don’t get mites in your crop.” The article adds that hemp farming isn’t as easy as it seems and that the nuances can challenge newcomers, citing that new farmers oftentimes bite off more than they can chew.
The article then delves into the stimulus relief that hemp businesses are eligible for amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Perlowin comments on how most facets of the Company’s operation qualify for relief and federal crop insurance, encouraging other hemp farmers and businesses to seek support. Perlowin explains that the hemp industry is critical to the health of America and that this should be a kick-starter for domestic manufacturing. The article concludes with Perlowin’s insights on how he believes the pandemic could be the start of a new era and lead humanity to explore new perspectives and solutions. Perlowin theorizes that, “Hemp would create a new avenue for industrial agriculture. A new clean and green industrial, agricultural, American revolution, and that’s what we’re looking at.”
“The conversation I had with Cannabis Tech was very fruitful. I appreciate being able to lend my voice and insights to positioning hemp as a viable solution and integral industry,” said Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. “It’s important for people, both within and outside of the hemp industry, to know that hemp and other green industries are critically important to the economy and planet.”
According to a June 2019 market research report published by MarketsandMarkets™, the industrial hemp market is projected to grow from $4.6 billion in 2019 to $26.6 billion by 2025, recording a compound annual growth rate of 34.0% during the forecast period.

Safe harbor and forward looking statements.
All companies make them. Yeah, not every project works out, but Hemp is making progress. Has products. Has distribution. Has sales.
Hemp Inc is, in fact, in the hemp business.
Some might think the world is flat, and they will continue to their death holding on to that belief. Doesn't make it true.
Truth is, Hemp Inc has been in the hemp business for years. They aren't the only ones facing the many challenges and haven't arrived at a profit. Running at a loss is not uncommon either. Fundamental establishment comes first. Future gains, later.

Alan Brochstein is a loser. Was wrong in 2013. Hasn't been seen since.
I can't disagree. The top line needs a serious boost in the coming quarters. It's going to take a little longer now with the economy on lock. But, yes, sales need to get to the 10-20M+ range and fast.
Pretty sure he has someone screening his page. A lot of people post things that aren't really appropriate.
Guess it's similar to other online forums....
Without knowing what you posted, it's hard to say why it was removed. Keep in mind, it's his personal FB page.
That Jerry Norton guy has been publicly posting on Bruce's personal page. It is going to be interesting to see where that all winds up....
Losses decreasing. Revenues increasing.
Assets increasing.
Products increasing.
OS count not as high as some projected.
New season and bigger harvest ahead, with bulk of sales to hit this year.
Annual sales of $2.35M (up 20% from 2018)
Net loss $26.6M (down 31% from 2018)
OS is under $4.6B.
Going through the rest now. Doesn't look like most of the 2019 harvest made it to market before EOY. Improvements being made, but sales has to kick in soon.

Hemp Inc NOT subjected to sanctions.
That's the key element of the judges ruling.
The other two objections are barely material to the case.
1) Epling not being able to properly handover his personal tax returns at the SEC's request is not going to prove his relationship as principal of Hemp Inc.
2) The judge will modify adverse instructions at trial. That, itself, is most likely in reference to the SEC's eagerness to leverage this hastily drafted contract made between Perlowin and Epling related to the decorticator, and will impact the direction of this case moving forward. However, its not unreasonable to believe that a lot of business partners do their business outside the bounds of formalized legal instruments. Meetings of the minds happen every day and no paper is signed. More importantly, the contract is not going to prove Epling's relationship as principal of Hemp Inc.
3) The SEC will undoubtedly bring forth the motion for sanctions at trial, there will be zero doubt about that. They will try every tactic available to them. Unless they are ready to fold prior to a motion to move to trial. Maybe they think they have evidence. Haven't heard of any yet. Bruce and the defense seem confident.
Yeah, the only real important part was Hemp Inc not subjected to sanctions. It's not the problem. If the SEC wants to build their case around Epling, and use Bruce as "guilty by association", go for it.
Court adjourned. Hemp Inc goes on.

the docket.
I have. Obviously.
The courts response was that Hemp Inc would not be subjected to sanctions.
You said the order was not good for Hemp, where the docket says otherwise.
Also, there is no mention of a trial or a trial date in Doc 147.
Yeah, eventually, it goes to a trial....
But apparently, without the evidence required to support the basis of the SEC's allegations. They've had 4 years to come up with something that would prove their claims....
NOTHING.
I think everyone will be pleased once the judgement is made. Well... except for those receiving their countersuits.
Hemp Inc lives on.
It is good news for Hemp Inc. Try reading
The docket
Hemp, Inc. is not implicated.
The SEC did not move for sanctions against defendant Hemp, Inc. I thus will not construe Judge Leen’s order to impose sanctions on it. The SEC provides several reasons why Hemp, Inc. should also be precluded from introducing the loan documents, but these arguments were not litigated before Magistrate Judge Leen. I cannot, and will not, conclusively determine that Hemp, Inc. is precluded from introducing evidence in the context of this limited review of whether Judge Leen’s order was clearly erroneous or contrary to law. So I deny the SEC’s request in this regard without prejudice to its ability to reurge it at the proper time.
First sign of progress in almost a year. Let's wrap this baby up, and crush some sales!!!

ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that 144 the objections to Judge Leen's order are OVERRULED. Judge Leens order is MODIFIED only to the extent necessary to make clear that: (1) it does not subject defendant Hemp, Inc. to sanctions and (2) I will modify the content of any adverse instructions at trial as necessary.

While I like to focus on the Veteran Village Kins Community and the Hempathon in Golden Valley, Arizona I want to remind everyone that the largest hemp processing facility in the Western Hemisphere; our plant in NC is working away as normal with two truck loads going out today. However, we have one more shipment going out Monday just as NC goes on a stay at home order. Luckily we have a diverse enough infrastructure footprint around America it’s easy to just pivot to another area and keep going generating revenues from our other operations:
