The courts response was that Hemp Inc would not be subjected to sanctions.
You said the order was not good for Hemp, where the docket says otherwise.
Also, there is no mention of a trial or a trial date in Doc 147.
Yeah, eventually, it goes to a trial....
But apparently, without the evidence required to support the basis of the SEC's allegations. They've had 4 years to come up with something that would prove their claims....
NOTHING.
I think everyone will be pleased once the judgement is made. Well... except for those receiving their countersuits.
Hemp Inc lives on.
