Money? Did someone say something about our shares being worth anything? I mean, more than zero? Fer' real?
So will it be Hughes or GSP? Did you see the interviews with Hughes / GSP this past Saturday? GSP is more of the gentleman Jim type. I like him. It's going to be interesting, though.
I'll not be paying out $$$ to watch it... ho hum, I guess I'll have to wait it out.
Hey, don't forget about the Silvia/Monson fight. That Monson looks like a monster (I recall you mentioning that you saw him at the store). Still, Silvia will take him... woohoo, that's going to be a GOOD ONE!
Hmmm, maybe I should subscribe to the PPV. <laughing>
Where's my Q money? Frank, we want our money back.
*snap snap*
Oh, sorry, was having a memory relapse.
Man, how could they just give the package to Serra... it's understood that split decisions are made, etc., but as a result of that fight, how could one just select Serra as the winner. If I had to have chosen one over the other it would have been Lytle. That said, this had nothing to do with Serra, but more with the judges and management of the UFC. Everyone heard the overwhelming booing while Dana was awarding Serra the prize money and prizes. At worst it should have gone another round. These fights should go until one individual is the clear winner over the other.
Hughes or GSP will wipe the floor clean with Serra. That's the way it's going to be.
The Lutter fight was great, and he is most deserved of the fruits of his win. Good job Travis!
Hey! Welcome! Yeah, it's a pretty nice area. North Atlanta is nice as well, but we've got plenty more hills around, and less population density, well, that depends on what area one is in. I'm in the South Knoxville area, so it's not too bad. Good time to be visiting, cool weather, nice sun.
I had to go to sleep, missed it, but it was something like Pride's Greatest, etc... something like that. Felt like a re-run, though. Eh, no worries.
We have the Curse of the *$$OLSEN on our backs.
Sorry, no... at midnight, EST. About 20 more minutes.
Yeah, but they are showing Pride Fighting now on FSN.
As I was watching it I was remembering your comments where St. Pierre was all messed up and Penn looked un-scathed. I kept this in mind during the entire fight... still, St. Pierre seemed to be the most aggressive, and yet it was a split decision. I think the right decision was made, though... not an easy one by any measure.
Hi guy... thanks... she's a Yellow Lab... basically because there are only three breeds, Yellow, Chocolate and Black. Even if you take a Yellow Lab, and a Black Lab, and they mate and have puppies, the offspring will most likely either be Yellow, or Black, there are no mixes, like half Yellow half Black, or Yellow with black spots. It's a Lab thing.
The breeder happened to find a few Labs that were very light in color. She's very sweet, but head-strong, and demands attention. Oh well, just like a lady, 'eh? <laughing>
That's funny.
Would you believe she's still down in Miami? Next plan is to retrieve (no pun intended) her in December.
You are very politically correct Sir.
I'll toss $5 into the pot for Frank's noose.
Not referring to your broker or trading... just wondering what possible benefit you see in purchasing QBID shares. Oh well, to each his/her own.
Yeah, I remember that one... I was a bit concerned for the guy, particularly his neck. There was another fight that the ref. stepped in to end and then Tank still wanted to whack the guy. Tank seems like a low-life.
Oh, funny stuff... I didn't realize halucinagens were over-the-counter medication.
Bingo...
Yep, sure did... well, Tank was solely a brawler. If he hadn't let himself go so much perhaps he would have lasted longer in some of his fights. He was one scary guy, though. Reminded me of a pitbull (face, eyes, tenacity, etc.).
Hey bud... I've been ok. Things are a bit hectic at work... not too cheery, but let's see what I can do about it. Here's hoping all is well with you and yours.
Heard an amazing story the other day, on CNN, I believe. A disabled lady's house was on fire, and her dog helped to retrieve her artificial limb, and assist her in exiting the structure. Saved her life. Then, either she instructed the dog to go into the house, or the dog did so on his/her own. The dog went in to retrieve the cat. Neither of them made it back out. So very sad, such a waste, and such a noble act.
pee pee... oh, where's my Q money? Is Frank dead yet? Freaking bastard.
Hope you and the doggies are doing well!
Whatup bud? I've been pretty busy at work, so haven't been stopping by very often. Was down in Miami a few weeks ago. Eh, what's to say about the area?
Anywho, have you seen the clip where Georges St. Pierre is in the ring, commenting on Hugh's performance, and not being impressed by it? I wonder what was up with that? Was that because Hugh's had made some comments about Georges? Georges seems to be a good guy, while I've seen Hughs talk smack. Just wondering if you had the scoop on that.
I like Hughs, but I think I like Georges more, particularly after having seem them on Ultimate Figher. I'm not a fan of cockyness and attitude. I prefer the confident individual that can hold their own, but doesn't have to tell the world, "look at me, I'm the best." Let the action do the talking, keep the mouth shut.
Don't know about you baseball lovers, but I've been watching the great lineup on Spike tonight. Ultimate Knockouts 1 - 4. Sorry, but I'm not much of a baseball, basketball, or football fans. I usually only got interested when one of the Miami teams was in the finals (Heat, Dolphins, Marlins). I think I caught part of one of the Miami Heat games during this past championship. It doesn't to much for me. Well, part of it could be that I don't have any buds around to watch it with, so where's the excitement. At least the girlfriend is interested in UFC. <laugh>
Hope everyone had a great night, and if you watched the baseball game, well *yawn*, I hope you enjoyed it.
Yep, I'm sure she has some plasmas around the home.
Have we made a dime yet? Everything still in limbo? Where's Frankie's death certificate?
Someone should check her home... she's probably got a few Plasmas on display there.

Enjoy!
I ran the option of watching the UFC last night by my significant other... she said, "no way!", so that put an end to that...hehe. It's just too much. $10 and I would have signed up pretty quickly. Oh well.
*oink oink* ... nope, same old pig.
It's funny how so many fighters concentrate on offense, and not enough on defense... those are the ones that usually get beaten. It's great to see someone that can deflect an attack.
Dangit... been missing all the good shows lately. Missed Ultimate Fighter this last Thursday... hope to see the rerun this week. Also missed the Pride stuff over the weekend. I'm disconnected somehow.
Someone's still posting here? Jeeeze... pull the plug. *boink*
Did you all catch the commercial? Shamrock vs. Ortiz, #3, for free... cool beans.
Unfortunately, it sure is looking that way.
They can start off with searching Frank's (and his boys) homes. Our plasma screens are probably there, maybe some cars as well.
Dangit, where's the SEC in all of this? Have they contacted anyone for additional information? Just wondering.
Thanks
Yep, been thinking the very same thing... that will be THE BIG ONE!
We need to get Barry Minkow to check out the companies for us:
