In the works for years and they recently started getting financing through share conversion. I smell a massive launch or buy out.

This means they have just been using shares to move the business forward which is why share price is so low obviously. We have seen them using these funds to expand the products and procure marketing tactics finally. I have just come across this company last month and I am convinced this is a great buying opportunity. All of this dilution is about to pay off with a product launch and I am hoping to see over a dollar share price which apparently they were at before they started using shares for financing. Bottom line more financing through debt conversion drops the price however all this financing is for something great and the low share price is a bonus. NYXO+++ long.

We will see. Around 650 OS and 1 Billion AS so only another 350 million shares possible to dilute which at these prices is nothing. I would be fine with that I will pick up more shares and wait for a buy out. No one can compete with what Nyxio has developed even though they have tried.

Thanks for the update. My scottrade account compares the company I am viewing to its peers. Normally in the OTC market there are no comparisons because there are no similar companies. Scottrade is comparing this to one company, APPLE. Love it.

I have never been involved in a stock that the market makers are so hesitant to sell blocks of. AoN orders take sooo long on an ask slap even. Going to be a crazy chase when this gets squeezed. Loading when I can but this is just crazy coiled or something and it is so difficult. Should be interesting. Glad I am not on the sidelines for this one. Trips for me ^^
