I'm not interested in what has been discussed here. I'm interested in what has been posted on the IR's web site.
I cannot find, on the their website, a sentence or paragraph where they stated " Auryn's single drill ceased drilling in March". I've read it several times. It's either stated on their web site and I can't find it or its you offering an opinion. Just doing DD to get the facts straight.
Please direct me to the IR firm statement " Auryn's single drill ceased drilling in March". Much appreciated.
I'm happy to go on record predicting PPS of $0.03 or less as of next Monday.
Mike Gold and George promised a boom. Nonetheless, I'm quite confident in my prediction.
I'm a little "Rusty" as to the details but I agree.
Considering the current PPS I don't blame you. Circumstances change, attitudes change. It's all a part of penny land. Geology defines this play. Nothing else matters.
The usual back room rumors. Stronger and more consistent than in the past.
Thanks. This supports my previous post the Claren claims are owned but Juan. Which supports my theorie he gave the approval to bulk sample. And so on. I like where this is headed.
As I recall the Caren claims are not included in the Purchase Option. (Per someone on the the other thread). The request for bulk sampling was made to Medinah Chile and not provided as news from Auryn. Which tells me the claim is owned by JJ. Since the request was granted I will take a wild guess there is a side agreement based on results. I'm a novice in regards to mining and do not pay close attention to claim boundaries so I could be way off base. Trying to draw a logical opinion.
If this is indeed the case, perhaps the riff between JJ and Volcan has softened . Which would make some sense based on the rumored settlement of JJ's shares.
Rumors hold absolutely no salt anymore for me. I'll focus on any news from Auyrn. I'm considering this investment like a double down with 7 & 4 and the dealer has a 10 up. Down and dirty.
A large IR firm would not move forward unless they are sure they can help. All would have been vetted during the meetings in Toronto. I'll be interested to hear how they promote the company.
Absolutely false. He came in in 2013 and left barely a year later. I have connected sources who say he was exasperated with Leslie the Fraudster, and didn't want to be associated with him.
"Connected Sources" always come from from Les. You know that. Welcome on the train.
Quote:
JJ and company are not selling any shares...
I would ask you to provide support for this statement, but we know how that would go.
I would challenge anyone to provide proof they are selling. Message board conjecture.
More about the Copper than the Gold. But, recent trenching might refocus their efforts.
I suggest you check your sources. It might help your credibility. Strong rumor they indeed are obligated to purchases 100 million shares. However the last date to execute is Sept 30th.
I'm a slow learner. Fill me in.
Your humble suggestion is well taken.
A consultant indeed. But a consultant with excellent credentials. Always a chance he will benefit. I wouldn't minimize his addition. He could consult that the mountain is a can of beans. Or he might confirm the resources . Either way, he has the expertise. And he was hired by Auryn. Not Medinah. The Kirkland reference has no relevance.
One should remain skeptical until their not.
Is Strategic planning a way out or going all in. Trading suggests the former.
The hiring of Bocanegra suggests the latter and possible plans for an advanced drilling program.
From Auryn's May 1st News.
Luciano Bocanegra has agreed to assist the AURYN geological team in the search for porphyry deposits within the large Alto de Lipangue project area. Luciano will take up his advisory role with AURYN in mid-May and the team will welcome his contribution to the aggressive program that is currently underway.
Luciano has 11 years of experience in mineral exploration and has worked in Chile, Peru, Brazil and Argentina principally searching for and evaluating porphyry projects. He worked for Rio Tinto during the period 2008-09 and then joined Hochschild Mining PLC as a Senior Geologist until December, 2014. During his years with Hochschild Chile, Luciano was responsible for project generation and also led teams dedicated to advanced deposit definition. He was responsible for the advanced drilling of the Volcan Project located in the Maricunga mining district , in northen Chile.
We welcome Luciano Bocanegra to the AURYN team and look forward to benefitting from his advice and wealth of porphyry exploration experience.
I understand the negative sentiment towards the company. It's well deserved.
However, Auryn isn't traveling nearly 4000 miles and taking an 8 hour plane ride to cozy up in a five star hotel. Something is going down. Strategic matters is a general term. I'll take it as a step in a positive direction.

Notices to Shareholders May 22, 2015
Dear Medinah Minerals, Inc. Shareholders:
Medinah Minerals, Inc. Company Representatives and AURYN Mining Chile officials, will travel to Toronto, Ontario, Canada for meetings concerning strategic MDMN matters between the dates of May 24 to May 28.
Vittal Karra
I've heard they never stopped. I've also heard they are pennies apart.
Apparently there are auxiliary agreements. These agreements contain the details of the PA. These auxiliary agreements must be signed and registered in Chile. Once this occurs the details can be be released. This is the main purpose for the BOD's of both MC and MMI to be in Santiago this week.

Seems like Medinah has aligned themselves with a very capable team. I, for once, am impressed.
This is old news but important. This team would not be kicking the tires, putting reputations on the line And spending $10 Mill on drilling without expecting a huge return on their investment.
Diamond in the rough? Keep your eyes on this play.
"We should be so lucky that management capped whatever auryn is purchasing on the open market.... Last thing you want is for them to have control and they submit a stupid buyout price"
HH... Your quote above suggests management placed a cap on the amount of shares Auryn can purchase open market. There is no cap, at least to my knowledge. Rumor has them purchasing100m but there is no cap. The only publicly announced cap pertains to Medinah's SO. Capped at 1.5b.

The content is most important. It's accurate and informational. Thanks Doc.
Very reputable Drilling Company. Excellent client list. $10 million funded.
Not the pie in sky some expected, but very positive for the near future.

I'm keeping a close eye on this one. Considering Auryn Mining Chile plans to drill the Lo Amarillo claims and its near proximity to the Fortuna claims owned by Cerro. However, it seems to be a rudderless ship. The timelines of the most recent update have not been met. Leadership and follow through is needed to advance.JMO..
It seems reasonable to me they would announce details of the Purchase Option at the same time they announce the mining/drill plan. But, reasonable is usually not the case with Medinah. I will give them props for recent timely updates. If they hold true to form we should know more by the 18th. MOO..
How much is 5 MEGAWATTS of electricity worth in revenue to "KGET" ?
About as much as "Waste to Heat". Go GDTK...
I know zero about insider trading regulations. Perhaps they are complying. What if they are preparing a complete and comprehensive update, detailing all terms and conditions, a lifting of all NDA's and start buying post announcement. Outlandish thought but not out of the realm of possibilities. Would that dismiss insider trading improprieties?
Financials are due no later than the 15th. It would be a good thing to see some cash flow from the LDM. BTW. That's the date the drilling/mining plan is due. Perfect storm.
Medinah Minerals, Inc. Board Member and Medinah Mining Chile Trustee will travel to Chile over the week of July 30 to August 5, 2014 to finalize corporate business matters concerning the Altos de Lipangue transaction.
According to this news release corporate business matters in Chile will conclude as of tomorrow. They accomplished the signing and registering of the Purchase Option with all the legal entities in Chile. Not an easy task considering the mining regulations in Chile. Bravo. Credibility to that regard is established. Next up on the credibility scale is communication. Details of the Purchase Option is the next step. Perhaps by August 15 when the exploration/drilling plan is due to MMC. August 15 coincides with the financial due date. Perfect Storm? LDM proceeds? I don't know but it will be interesting.
Deleted by me
I'll give everyone three guesses. The first two don't count. You can't play 536hr.
It now seems we are dealing in the big leagues. It's very encouraging. We still need details of the agreement but this is a good start.
I suppose Banco Sabadell would not lend $10m to just anyone or for a project they didn't think would succeed.

It can't be Volcan. Is it possible? Lordly Lord. If it is. Let's talk trading monster.
Wow. A timed and explained reason for a delay. That's progress.
