Dear Medinah Shareholders:

Medinah Minerals Inc., was recently notified by its subsidiary, Medinah Mining Chile, that AURYN Mining Chile, SpA submitted, on October 15, 2014, a non-exclusive Letter of Authorization request to review the entirety of property claims held in the name of Compañia Minera LDM Chile and Compañia NUOCO Mining Chile S.C.M. The AURYN Mining Chile, SpA company has been granted, until January 15, 2015, the opportunity to complete its legal review, and geological evaluation of the above-noted, privately-held mining claims.

Medinah Minerals, Inc’s, 100% owned subsidiary, Medinah Mining Chile, maintains in good standing, ownership percentages in various mining properties throughout Chile. These include a minority percentage holding in both the Compañia Minera LDM Chile and Compañia Minera NUOCO S.C.M. group of claims.
