SS1 Thank you for your continued DD postings and I commend your ability to respond other posters on this board.
I have dealt with a lot of people in my lifetime and professional career, and you have the ability to convey real information and challenge fabricated and unsupported postings without violating the terms of use of Ihub.
I have not been as successful as you in responding and conveying factual data, without making editorial comment on some of the more uninformed posters on this board.
I do have an immense file of factual data on Minerco, and when I posted it publicly on Ihub in the past, many did not accept it or believe it because they would not take the time to read and analyze the financial reports and other filings and PR's from MINE.
As you know, I have been a shareholder in MINE since 07/10/10, and I have read every filing, every PR and many postings and discussions regarding Minerco's past, present and future.
I reached the conclusion almost 2 years ago that Minerco had embarked on a new plan with new direction to resurrect the company and bring it into a new, exploding opportunity in the beverage business.
Scott Vanis and the Minerco management team have announced their plans in PR's, conference calls and SEC filings and have continued to execute those plans.
That has given me great confidence that my decision two years ago to invest more in MINE's future will pay off in both the near term, mid-term and long term.
I have recovered my original investment in MINE many times over, and I could cash out today for more significant returns, but I choose to remain invested in MINE for the long term.

I don't read this board much anymore or post on the board much because there are way too many uninformed people and outright liars posting on this board.
I am confident MINE's management will continue with execution of their business plan and making strategic moves as the plan and execution of the plan develops and evolves.
I am comfortable with my MINE holdings, and they have been in the green for over two years, and I expect them to be even more green in the future.
Still reading and analyzing the recent financials and news. I might have more to say and offer in the future after I complete my analysis.
Good fortune to all MINE longs.
I will do the my projections after the 10-Q for the QTR ending 01/31/15.
I may or may not make my projections public at the time. But I will share them for sure by PM with people on I-hub that I trust will understand the assumptions and projections that I have made.
Anyone who has managed a business and prepared budgets and operating plans knows that there are unknowns, and as an investor, I will not know everything that management knows. Therefore, any projections that I may make will be based on my assessment of factual information from the company and the market as well as my assessment of the implications of that information on the business of Minerco and Level 5.
Stay in touch.
Yes they do!!
Hemper
Everyone who manages a business does a "proforma" or projection estimating sales and expenditures using various assumptions in order to project product requirements, financing needs and various other critical elements of managing a business.
Many investors in the business also do their own projections based on their knowledge of the business and the market.
These projections are generally updated regularly, at least quarterly by management. There were some projections in the last 10-K which give some insight to $MINE's managements plans, but there is nothing wrong with an investor doing his own projections or "proforma".
I do so periodically and update with new knowledge about the company and its business. I don't normally share those projections on i-hub, because that type of post gets attacked and ridiculed and I don't have the time or patience to respond to all of the attacks.
I may choose to share some of my projections in the future, perhaps after the next 10-Q comes out in March
Thanks Float. $MINE looks great now but in 2010-2011 things looked pretty grim. I am glad I stayed with $MINE and invested further after Minerco switched from oil and gas to green energy to the beverage business.
Most people on this board don't even know about Minerco's early business activities and the resurrection to a growing and significant player in the new directions the beverage market has taken.
$MINE's management saw these changes in the beverage industry coming and entered the market early with their association with Powerbrands. Financing has been the only issue, and they now have graduated from convertible notes to more conventional financing.
As I have said earlier, I have followed the development and execution of $MINE's business plan and they have never disappointed me with their progress.
I believe more significant progress in executing that business plan is coming very soon, and I am glad that I hold millions of shares.
Thanks Linedrive. It is nice to know that many of us share the same views on $MINE

"The longs that have been here for months and years already know how to filter out the garbage..."
I have done extensive DD on $MINE and continue to do so and read informative posts that present logical explanations for their opinions on the future of $MINE.
As noted above, I continue to "filter out the garbage".
I have been invested in $MINE since 2010 and have sold and repurchased shares since early 2013. I have recouped my original investment many times over in 2014 and still hold millions of shares which are solidly in the green. I expect to hold those shares for the long term returns which I expect from $MINE.
My confidence in $MINE's management has never wavered and I continue to believe $MINE is a great investment for the near-term, mid-term and long-term investor.
Short term traders, day traders and flippers may realize some modest profits from time to time with skilled trading based on the volatility and manipulation of the short-term PPS by large shareholders and market makers, but they will never realize the major returns which long term investors will enjoy over the coming months and years.
I am one of the lucky early investors. I have averaged up over the last year from $0.0012 to 0.0029. Recovered 10 times my original investment and still holding green and expecting another 10 times or 100 times my current investment. I have been very patient and will continue to be. I believe that is good advice for any $MINE investor/
Agree.
I was trying to say that they would not be toxic loans. I should have described them as conventional loans or lines of credit as StockScout suggested.
Sorry if I misled anyone. I believe MINE's financing has moved into a new realm and that we are out of the rut of convertible debt which led to the issuing of shares to cover that debt.
MINE received a loan from Post Oak LLC for $2,000,000 and that loan is funding current production and distribution. Cash flow from sales and possible new non-toxic loans will fund MINE's growth.
Based on Minerco's past history of SEC filings, I expect they will file an NT 10-Q and use all of the time allowable to file the 10-Q.
We should not set our expectations too high for revenues for the period covered in the 10-Q (Aug 1-Oct 31) because Vitamin Fizz was in the earliest stages of distribution and the Avanzar deal was not effective until Sep 15. But it will be a vast improvement over past 10-Q and 10-K reports.
Gross profit will not be much because of the small initial volume of production and probable relatively high distribution costs.
There will still be a net loss because gross profit will not be sufficient at this time to offset operating expenses.
We should see convertible notes at or near zero balances and the Post Oak LOC at or near its limit of $2,000,000 which is giving MINE the operating capital to ramp up production and distribution.
I believe MINE will see major growth in revenues, gross profit and a positive net profit result in the coming months. That will be reflected in similar increases in the price per share.
$MINE 10-Q filing deadlines.
From SEC Edgar website:
"Form 10-Q Due 40 days following the end of each fiscal quarter.
NT 10-Q Due on the business day after the 10-Q due date.
Late 10-Q After filing a NT 10-Q, the deadline for the 10-Q is extended five calendar days."
Based on my understanding of the rules:
MINE 10-Q will be due on 12-10.
NT 10-Q would be due on 12-11.
Late 10-Q would be due on 12-16.
In 2013, MINE NT 10-Q was filed on 12-13 and 10-Q was filed on 12-23.
To all of the skeptics here, let me say to you that $MINE has been a great investment for me. I have already recovered 20 times my original investment and I still hold millions of shares which are still green. I expect to reap additional 20 times profits in the future as Minerco continues to execute its business plan.
For those who were foresighted enough to stick with this company as they recovered from their Honduras energy projects and reinvented the company as a beverage company, I commend you for reading and understanding the dramatic changes that have occurred within Minerco within the last 18 months. I believe there will be rapidly escalating revenues, profits and share price in the coming months.
Those who stick with Minerco will be rewarded.
My only post for today.
Same here. Still holding long & strong
Unchanged @ 4.1 M $MINE shares
For all $MINE Longs. I have not been able to post much lately. Hope to resume multiple daily information updates soon. I will be traveling for the next month until Christmas but I expect that those of us who have remained committed to Minerco's future will be rewarded soon.
Thanks for the store locator spreadsheet. It shows the steady growth in distribution of Vitamin Fizz and ready made channels for other Level 5 products as they are ready for distribution.
$MINE revenues are growing at an ever increasing pace.
I know it takes a lot of work to create and maintain this spreadsheet. It is much appreciated.
After CDEL's wall gets slapped at 0.0045, they immediately drop the ask price from 0.0045 to 0.0044. CDEL's has a clear agenda to drop the price today.
I believe this is another clear example of manipulation of $MINE's PPS by MM's who have pushed the price down into the 0.002's, and they then allowed the PPS to come back up into the high 0.004's where they took profits.
As soon as the buying pressure stopped for a few minutes, they began selling into the bid and dropping the ask in order to push the price back down for another round.
Those who follow this stock daily will have noticed that the negative posters almost disappeared for a few days, and they are now back in force today.
Just my opinion.
I believe we will have multiple updates in the coming weeks verifying progress in executing $MINE's business plan. Those updates as they come will propel $MINE to new highs within weeks in my opinion.
Great article on $MINE. Very positive about the future. And they were not compensated for publishing the article. My last post for the day.
My E-Trade account shows that 1,000,000 share trade at 0.003. Not sure why I hub shows it at 0.0029
Everyone is making statements regarding todays announcements and filings without a full analysis. There is a huge volume of information from today to be digested and analyzed and incorporated with the previous filings and announcements.
All investors and potential investors should incorporate this new information into their due diligence analysis and make informed decisions about the future of $MINE and their current or future investment in $MINE.
That is one of my major tasks for the weekend as I suspect many investors in $MINE will also be doing their own analysis.
As one of the very long term investors in $MINE (since 2010) I will share my analysis with those who are interested over the next two days.
I am limited to one post per day, so you may have to search for a single post on Saturday and another on Sunday.

$MINE Great to see the green close today.
He was banned by ihub on 10-14 for 30 days. Scheduled for release fron ihub jail on 11-13.
Agree with your principles. Don't have PM anymore. Still holding 4.1 mil shares of MINE, many of them from 2013 and early 2014.
My one post of the day.
SS1 Added 100,000 shares this morning. New total 4,100,000 shares
Still here as well. I have been invested in $MINE longer than most and believe in their business plan and the execution of that business plan.
I worked as a manager in several major public corporations and I managed new startups in the mining business for small private corporations as well as my own small corporation.
Every thing I have accomplished in business and my personal life has depended on personal relationships, proven accomplishments, and a very clear understanding of the current status of all relative factors.
$MINE's management has exhibited those same traits by outlining their objectives and business plans and then executing those plans.
I have done as much DD as anyone here on this board and I stand by my belief that MINERCO is one of those once in a lifetime stocks that will change my life and your life for the better in an exponential way.
Stay Strong, Understand the Business Plan and BELIEVE in $MINE's management.
My only post for today.
AGREE
Have not lost the faith. Still holding 4,000,000 shares @0.0022 avg. Not selling now or in the near or medium term. My only post of the day so I can't answer anyone except on twitter @terralgyoung
I believe a lot of the shares being sold are the same shares being sold back and forth between multiple accounts owned by MM's as they manipulate the price. I think the same shares may be sold many times during a trading day, so it may not take but a few million shares controlled by MM's house accounts to create this trading pattern.
Share structure has been updated several times on this board since Aug 18th. Do a search on this board for "share structure" without the quote marks.
Put me down for 4,257,000 shares.
SSI Share count 4,200,000 shares
I was fortunate to read it before it was deleted. I assume it was considered "OFF TOPIC"
Agree completely, But I am tired of having my posts deleted because I respond to bashers directly. I guess I have to disguise my response somehow. I am not sure how to do that yet. Maybe I will learn eventually.
I have a lot to say but I guess I will wait until there are more to listen.
When I respond to some of these posters, my responses are considered off topic even though I respond to posters who have posted on the IHUB board for MINE.
How is my response considered off topic when I am just posting an answer to a previous post?
