Based on Minerco's past history of SEC filings, I expect they will file an NT 10-Q and use all of the time allowable to file the 10-Q.

We should not set our expectations too high for revenues for the period covered in the 10-Q (Aug 1-Oct 31) because Vitamin Fizz was in the earliest stages of distribution and the Avanzar deal was not effective until Sep 15. But it will be a vast improvement over past 10-Q and 10-K reports.

Gross profit will not be much because of the small initial volume of production and probable relatively high distribution costs.

There will still be a net loss because gross profit will not be sufficient at this time to offset operating expenses.

We should see convertible notes at or near zero balances and the Post Oak LOC at or near its limit of $2,000,000 which is giving MINE the operating capital to ramp up production and distribution.

I believe MINE will see major growth in revenues, gross profit and a positive net profit result in the coming months. That will be reflected in similar increases in the price per share.
