im gonna be like others who post here and dont own any stock in this company. Very true about the distinctions made between THC and hemp. Licensing the product formulas and names takes the liability off the company. I for one cant wait until a dispensary licenses the formula and name. Feds still aren't on board and I predict the may never be. Hence the precautions needed to keep out of Federal prison. Keep it in the state and dont cross state lines.

BRAV increase the authorized but no one will know because it is the state of Delaware and the shareholders will find out 3 months later THAN June 30,2013, which you have 45 days to file plus an extension of 7 days.
