The Town Hall will be a presentation by Fernhill executives, including CEO Chris Kern, President Marc Lasky and MainBloq President Ryan Kuiken. The executives will provide corporate updates on a number of topics including potential acquisitions, partnerships, financing and revenues amongst other items. At the conclusion of the presentation there will be a brief Q&A session. The Town Hall meeting will be conducted via Zoom - additional details will be provided closer to the event date.

Since Sep 1st, we have been selling so many Foie Gras and Caviar in Japan. I think we will sell 3000KG for just this restaurant group for one year. Japan imported about 100T foie gras in 2021. Thus, we are getting more than 3% of the shares in Japan foie gras market.

That takes the stock to .03. What does that do other reduce shares?

Nice avg. I wonder what caused the volume n price move Wednesday n Thursday? Was there a leak about the pr? We can say today’s volume n price move was because of pr. I’m not a believer that the pr was the cause for a 120% price move for a presentation that is almost 2 months away. I’m guessing it was a leak on will be presented at the presentation. Again a guess a solid business plan maybe some nice revenue n an uplist plan with solid dates. What is your opinion?
