One can scam b4 it runs also. That's the ipix way.
This goose is cooked.
One can scam b4 it runs also. That's the ipix way.
Most have with the exception of a few pumpers/flippers.
“There was a case that showed covid-19 was cleared in 10 days during compassionate use. This was posted on facebook by a family member....Unfortunately she passed after a long fight.....”
What hospital was that? Easy phone call to confirm with hospital COVID team, but I’m sure we’ll never find out.
The antiviral virucidal blocking properties of B would be a huge market if also implemented against yearly cold and viruses. Would like to see more on this effort.
Quote:
"Initial feasibility work to formulate Brilacidin for potential prophylactic use via inhaled delivery, to leverage Brilacidin’s unique virucidal and blocking antiviral properties, also is underway."
It took Mannkind 10 years and a billion dollars to receive the one and only approval for inhalable insulin. They had money, investors, and staff. What’s ipix have?
“the silver lining is this board has been cleansed of all the $50/share buy an island bozos. now just a bunch of 'going bankrupt tomorrow' crowd. truth is somewhere in the middle.
this sees a minimum of .30-.50 again. Leo will get it pumped there again“
This will decline at least through the end of 2021 for tax loss purposes.. it’ never been lower and there’s nothing, if anything, that’ll happen quickly.
“I'd just like to share some light on the whole situation. We all invested in this company because we believe... We believe in Leo, we believe B and K and we believe that everything will work out. “
Not believed, but rather hoped. After meeting w/ menon two days after Xmas, when the sp was hovering at a LOW of~ 75cents, my last question was “ when will P results finally be disclosed. Answer- late feb, March 2018. Investors found out 10 months later, 3 months after my meeting w/ menon, menon was given the boot and the share price had declined dramatically.
I sold many shares after that visit, but held onto some to enable me to sue.
““… all the while Leo has shown a total indifference to responding to and addressing shareholder concerns.”
What could Leo have done different that would have made a better outcome?“”
Either resign, cut his pay in half and hire a competent ceo, or stay on as director and getting no salary but begetting a stipend for attending money for attending bod meetings. With him off the payroll the company could then hire a ceo and cmo. Keep him on as a part time accountant/ cfo for 10k a quarter, and have the new ceo, new cmo, and part accountants salary equal to LE’s former salary.
“Why would someone still be posting on a board about a garbage stock?”
By reading many the comments I would surmise that many feel Ipix is disingenuois….. to put it nicely.
“What about the B-rinse/mouthwash for reducing oral mucositis for chemo/radiation for treatment of head and neck cancer?
That seemed promising - especially for chemo patients. Unless I'm missing something? And iirc, there's something >60K cases of head and neck cancer each year in the USA alone, and this study had patients use it for 7weeks. This seems doable - but again, I'm a noob with IPIX, and this area of research.
What am I missing? “
One of the million dollar shareholder questions over the years. The ceo does not respond to sh’s with any frequency, try their scientific advisor for om, dr Steven sonis out of boston. FYI, he’s not piped in in years. I’m sure if he was so confident in the product he would of made some waves. Nada.
“……… .Hopefully things get back on track soon. …..”
This company went off the rails long ago.
I doubt The ceo could operate a toy lionel train w/o derailment.
“Seriously. Does anyone think we cant sell this pipeline for $50M?
Brilacidin is worth $100M on the preclinical antiviral work alone.
The OM phase 2 trial results are probably worth at least $50M as well.
Kevetrin is also likely worth $50M.
Seems way oversold here at $39M if any one of the indications is not a complete fraud. “
One of Kevetrins inventors was paid off, the other sent out to pasture in March, 2018- why?
B is worth 100M yet DeGrad,o and company sold it ~ 8M. We’ll see who was the genius, as someone described the move, in that transaction.
With the account.ant in charge this will continue to go nowhere fast.
"Yes the cost today maybe 40-50m it probably will not happen anytime soon. The one good thing out of this is they may just now have cash to fund OM. There maybe some other good things out of all this testing that we just don't know about. I feel we just went back in time two years and now on a boat with no sails.ugh"
A boat with no sails, a snapped rudder, and an incompetent captain who knows not how to tie the simplest of knots. The schooner Ehrlich is ship wrecked.
"If B could remove Ehrlich from the company, I suppose that would qualify as successful compassionate use for shareholders so you may be onto something."
Well said. I think the only way that happens is if he jumps from the Tobin Bridge- highly doubtful as he appears rarely, if at all, to be in Massachusetts. He's America's AWOL ceo.
"50% better mortality rate regardless of placebo or Brilacidin? How can this be? Any ideas?"
Yeah. It's the perennial excuse for failure against placebo, and I predicted it in my draft PR:
"This failure to reach significance was due to a more robust and pronounced effect in the placebo group than was anticipated."
I guess it only was beneficial the few one legged people in Minsk :).
"i've never seen more people, more certain and more wrong than i have on this board"
Agree. Appears many "work together".
Shot across the bow!
"....we must make sure CEO and others in the management clarifies and provide answers to those questions raised!!"
The ceo, cfo, accountant is also the chief cook/chef, bottle washer, and janitor. He's not very good at any of the titles, particularly the last one as he leaves a mess behind him.
Is Jane Harness still there, other than on paper? I would prefer to talk with her if she is. The directors and others are useless lackeys who get paid for doing nothing.
"Would be logical or a salary cut to $0. But the problem is his brain is poor and imagine who he would hire to replace himself!!!"
Abby Normal could do a better job.
I believe there were 60 patients in each arm (60 B, 60placebo)
.0667 x 60 ~ 4.0
"what the "F " HAPPENEND ???"
What else could it be other than the accountant has spoken (via pr).
"Among this horror, 2 interesting facts:
..........."
I've learned to have no faith in the words spewed from the accountants mouth. I'll wait to read the results posted(if ever) on the clinicaltrials website.
" ..... . Also, regardless of Covid...I am holding for the OM CT expected to be expedited in January quarter."
Expedite? The accountant knows not what that means. He can't even answer a phone call. Too busy feeding the ducks in Wakefield.
suckers are born every day. New investors, do your own DD- start by visiting the ceo in Wakefield, MA and getting a sense of office operations.
".... . Good luck tapping Aspire after a miss."
Understatement. The ceo, cfo, accountant, and undertaker continues to destruct.
It’s there. Company still shown as cellceutix( name before name change innovation pharmaceuticals). He doesn’t appear to have any connections. Google Leo erhlich/ LinkedIn.
“On the contrary, Veterans day would be a great day to catch the MM's with their pants down.....Leo is getting ready to destroy many!!!!! Let Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“
I hope he doesn’t cause more destruction than he’s already administered. Ipix ibas historically performed like a third world stock.
“…… From time to time, the Company may be party to various indications of interest and term sheets and participate in preliminary discussions…..”
Preliminary is the key word. Can’t seem to attract interest beyond that. Why not? 21-22 months into a major pandemic and Ipix is in preliminary talks…maybe(filing was pe 9/30/21,nearly 2 months ago).
Hope for a x-más miracle.
Sure, is Prurisol still worth 15B?
"morality rates…not including people with LONG term issues…or issues unknown:
Mexico: over seven %
Russia: 4 percent
Germany: 2 percent
USA: 1.6 %
a few near or under 1%"
Only 1.6% of Americans are deemed moral? Who conducted that poll? 1.6% of politicians perhaps.
Talk about going to hell in a hand basket
"Prurisol. Does anyone here remember Prurisol?"
I do, and recall hearing many cries at the "funeral" due the suspected history of abuse after expiration.
"The Reverse Triple Bottom is a beauty to BEHOLD....... Golden Cross has made a strong up start, MACD has crossed the Zero Line.......... Ipix looks BULLISH............. The Right Shoulder of the Reverse Triple Bottom having Higher Lows.......... Go Baby, Go........................"
If he is able to turn his led(as in the iron metal) statements into gold, as he insinuates to the flock often, I'll tip my cap to him.
We'll see if we see results as soon as he's stated (week of 11/8/21).
Hope so- and hope that the news is consequentially good.
After all these years, he's left with more to reason wonder than trust.
GLTA
"If it takes longer than that, then Leo's probably negotiating deals, IMO."
Funny. My bet, "the longer than that" you note will be based upon past declarations and performance. HOPE you're right- doubt it based upon SIMPLE history.
I'll rely upon Maura Healey.
"I think the connection is pretty strong. Ipharm is IPIX's Russian CRO."
Perhaps I'm errant in my thinking. Based upon your post stating "the connection is pretty strong", I'll wait for proof/verification after all these years.
I'm skeptical of Russia, for what ever reason, and more so of the operation(s) of this "company" for more apparent reasons(voiced by many on this board).
"IPHARMA is a well-established CRO that manages clinical trials in Russia and EAEU. Clinical branch of ChemRar group, and partner of Skolkovo Innovative center."
The above is taken from the following link.
https://en.ipharma.ru/about-us
Other than a similar name to ipix there appears to be no connection.
Liquidated dameges are incorporated in most of the contracts we sign with owners(construction industry). The damages typically range in the thousands per calendar day the contractor is late, which is why all job schedules are designed around the critical path(path with the least float). When changes occur, a request for additional time will be requested based upon adding in the additional work requested by the owner. Liquidated damages will still apply per the original contract if the new end date is not met by the contractor.
So, I believe damages could be incorporated into any/most contracts. If contracts refuse to agree... someone else getsthe job who does.
"This all really boils down to the last Ipix press release where they gave us a very specific date for topline results. If they fail to meet it…"
Twood be more of the same junk food which sh's have been fed, imo.
Hope for the best.
Go ipix.
"Quite a story:"
It is.
Honest determination oft yields adequate/good/great results when steered with unrelenting perseverance, confidence, and proof(justification).
We'll see.
