Today was the perfect day to short. Recently released increase in float lead to fear/"confirmation" of dilution, and made it easy to sell into skepticism. IMO

The market really absorbed shares well today though. It could have been a lot worse. IMO

Shorty's strategy has to change. That is going to be huge! IMO

Let's look at the trading pattern as of late. Seems a slower, organic move upwards is in progress. Previously, we saw sharp spikes to touch a penny. Now, we are seeing a healthy move upwards. IMO

This week has a lot of potential. Not just with the news about MMJ partners, but with the ending of certificate borrowing by brokers on Friday. The next two weeks have the "perfect storm" potential to finally catapult MDIN into the .01-.03 level for a good amount of time. IMO

Minimal debt is amazing. I was not excited to see the SS increase the way it did, but 1.5B shares is nothing compared to a lot of the MMJ runners lately. MDIN already has decent revenue. Every product from this point forward makes this company more appealing for acquisition, or sets it up to be nicely profitable.

I'm happy with either really.

It wasn't the SEC. It was the NSCC which handles settlements of shares to their members(brokers). Though, the SEC did have to approve the change in rules.

From what this document suggest, those firms will no longer be able to borrow shares from long positions to cover short positions. Meaning, the shorts will have to wait until actual settled shares are sold to them to cover. At least, that is what I gathered.

There is a lot of support confluence between .0017-.002. Daily MA 200 is .0017 which is also the EMA10 on the weekly. The weekly EMA7 has been the base last 2 weeks. IMO we bounce from there. MACD still quite bullish on each chart.
