I agree that there is just a small play wirh ARN but they do have many contacts in the industry especially with Microsoft and to a smaller degree with Apple. It is nice to see we are using a great processor. As far as liability I understand that you are correct about mastercard and visa's role but they must have something in the contracts with the banks about liability until Oct 2015 that we don't know. The cortex processor is known for low energy consumption. Nice to know it is in a lot of phones and tablets. Bilboo out
I think sometime in between 3 and 6 months. That is slightly influenced if we have no production issues. I am sure Cjaya Is in Israel to talk to the engineers about production issues. Can't have problems with the first batch. Plus we need to be cognizant of the Gaza war. As I remember, the lamination process at one time was a big issue. Rehiring Aerostar tells me it will be sooner rather than later. Why rehire a marketing group unless you have something to market. She needs Hanover for the demo meetings form the banking people to explain to the customer. I could be wrong, but I see a big issue between merchants and banks later next year over Liability shift. The merchants have already sued mastercard and visa over excessive fees, and won. Liability could be another elephant in the room. There is a possibility this will impact our limited production schedule. This will probably be one of the larger contacts for cortex processors. Will there be another stock play with that company or a guide to measure production issues. Enough for now MATTSKI. Bilboo out.
Do you think that anybody has ever audited losses for fraud or hacking. Do companies cook the books in inventive ways? Do they really want fraud prevention that could be tracked. Why wouldn't a company trying to cut costs use a technology that would probably increase their bottom line? What is really going on in the tax break arena. GE doesn't pay income tax but I do. One of Chaya's employees use to work for MasterCard. Does she know some company info? I retired from a worldwide drug company. I wonder if I ever learned anything about big business. Does everything see the light of day. I'm not making any accusations yet, but I have seen some pretty interesting drug recalls including one of the biggest that ever happened. Can you trust most CEO's If you knew what I know you would know you can trust Chaya to do the right thing for the shareholders. Yes , there have been some twists and turns but I haven't learned anything that is inside information or a material event. Yogi would be proud if he knew the real Sherlock Holmes/ All the facts are before you if you look at them the right way. Yes, LMU , Chaya didn't invent the credit card but she improved it enough till the next form of basic payment is invented. I don't know the exact date success hits but I know that Chaya didn't bring Hock on board to watch things happen. Hock has trust in the industry or he wouldn't have the position he has. Chaya doesn't suffer fools. Something will happen soon as soon as we stockpile inventory. When that happens the stock and news will be hard to ignore. Bilboo out
I have bought a lot of shares which only proves I believe in the product uses. Jim Hock is in banking and marketing. He is definitely The Co- Chairman of the NIBA conference. Between Oberon and Hanover(which he is the president) they had Chaya invited to present at the conference. After the conference she hires him as a consultant. She and we need banking contacts[ to socialize with the decision makers. We certainly haven't done real well with banking community in the past. We needed a hook like Hock who has ties to banking. He has ties to Citigroup. Does that guarantee success No. But it is a better chance than before.
Isn't it funny how the press doesn't push this product after Target and Home Depot. What is really going on with the press. Whose side is the press on? They should be screaming from the rooftops there is a better and safer way. Follow the money. Why do you think Chaya hired Hock. Contacts. Why isn't the key ring being marketed by Amazon? I believe we will have a lot of answers soon. That is why I am loading p on the stock. Hock is for real. Chaya has an incentive to move this forward. She has rehired Erastar. It isn't about the tooth fairy. It is about producing a game changing product for the masses. Bilboo out
Jim Hock is like in my mind, presenting on shark tank. Of course we don't have any earnings yet but that is a part of the valuation formula. Can I see Mr. Wonderful getting us financed. Or dealing with Mark Cuban. We don't just have a great story now but a banker who is on our side. Won't be long now Bilboo out
If LMU or Duke doesn't get it than I'll explain it in more detail Pottsville. It is pretty much self-explanatory. Bilboo out
I am trying to buy another 100,000 shares, Hasn't filled yet. Why? Because Hock is on board. Chaya is making some very good strategic moves. Only a few of you understand that this is a disruptive advance not an evolutionary improvement. There are literally many companies that want this improvement and just as many who fear it and don't want it. If we win the battle, those who believe will be rich in many ways. Get it. Bilboo out
We have certain enemies. They don't want our superior protection to expose their weakness, yet they don't want us to move their cheese. Hock is a rare find because of his banking contacts. He has the relationships and credibility to secure the process, Chaya has the technical wzpertise. This is areal threat to many companies, who don't want to share with anybody. Get it. Bilboo out
I agree with Duke's assessment. Hock id the real thing Chaya is obviously checking on the production schedule to supply the card insides to the fabricator in Asia. Besides, it is a twofer. It is Jewish new year. Just bought another hundred thousand shares. Bilboo out
I haven't seen any input on cortex processors. They are more than awesome in this type of use. They are an industry standard for this type of application. Anyone have personal experience with them? So far I am impressed with their versatility and acceptance. It's like buying a Toyota brand. Bilboo out
Why would the board give a raise to Ajay with this performance. I hope for their sakes that the stock goes up because they are not acting in the best interests of the stockholders. Stock has been down for almost a year and the European lawsuit is not over. Bad time to buy this lack of foresight, Bilboo out
Erastar is back doing marketing for Smartmetric.
Hock lives in La Quinta which is near Palm Springs.
Things are looking up.
It is confirmed by other sources that the key ring has many other uses. Bilboo out
I think we should do something that we have hidden talent and come up with other uses for the medical key ring. Chaya has not asked for this but let us be innovative and potentially helpful. The key ring is basically a flash drive that has a form of protection. Lawyers could easily use it. Teachers/ Let us put our heads together and come up with some mind blowing ideas for using its attributes. I have proposed it as a item for drug reps to give to their key doctors. It isn't just for patients in my opinion. What are some really good ideas that will move the product. Won't be long till the credit card has a life of its own. Top three ideas and Chaya buys them dinner after the card takes off. Chaya has some other great ideas for products but marketing won't share yet. But they have socialized enough to get my juices flowing. And you thought it was just a play with credit cards. Bilboo waiting for some great ideas. By the way, the Supreme court overruled the appellate en banc panel and found for Limelight over Akami. Indirect infringement is okay in certain instances. Now we see if Bright does something.Bilboo out
LMU Nobody except Chaya knows that answer. I also know that she won't divulge it to any stockholder. I do know she is tenacious as me. A real fighter. She keeps things pretty close to the vest. We will know]the bank she contracts with when everyone else does. It will be soon now. She is dealing with some very intelligent people who understand her and the goals. Her story will be a sixty minutes story someday. we are just along for a very dizzy ride. Lucrative but dizzy. Hang in there. Bilboo out
Further, Further update. Jim Hock who is the JV CEO of Hanover is the co-chairman of the NIBA conference, His experience reads like a whos who. Were in good hands now. Chaya is getting good advice. Hock .even has offices in Bejing as well as New York. Could Oberon already somehow be involved with a magic wand? Hock is also affiliated with Citigroup. Negative vibsters be gone. Bilboo out
Further update: Hanover office is actually in Sanford Florida, not further than five miles from lots that I have inherited from my dad.I have been to Sanford in the last five years to check on the land. The company seems to be top notch. Bilboo out
Hanover is based in Orlando. The girl I talked to was at the conference with Chaya. She is going to check with Chaya if hey can release info on the further developments in the court saga. I would like you, a copy of Brights brief. The meeting was well attended and she is glad to be back in Florida. Interesting how they have already hacked( I presume) the EMV chip cards in Canada.Japan has been using a form of a type of apple pay for over ten years. I'm looking for their hacking experience with it. I am very impressed with the article you found on patent infringement Mrs. LMU. The direct and indirect issue will be fascinating to watch in legal circles. I can tell you that Hanover knew many people that attended the conference and there was a high level of interest for the credit card. So much for the doubters if the card exists. I find it distressing for Home Depot that even EMV chip cards might have been hacked in Canada where they already have the new technology in place. The interest was very high at the conference in our biometric card. Will next ask her if there were any viable one on ones with Chaya. Bilboo out
P.S. Again, good job LMU
Court clerk says pacer isn't a factor unless full court agrees to hear the issue that Bright has raised. The brief is not officially filed unless court agrees to hear it then mastercard will have to defend the issue. En banc issues are rarely heard, but if they do it would be a big deal. It must be a pretty substantial issue if Bright wrote 23 pages on it. If he has found a smoking gun, it would be the biggest reversal in patent history. It would make the damage case a slamdunk Bilboo out
I'll talk to the court clerk to find out why they are not public. En blanc for you newbies is the whole court of about nine justices. It would be my guess that it is about the Gusein testimony. Bright must be pissed about something in their brief because I didn't here much from them on the mp3 at the hearing. If I was a betting man I would guess Chaya is getting some input from one of her many friends that listened to the mp3 recording also. Our side should make public our brief and their brief , unless it is sealed till the hearing. Now those secret 5 or 6 page brief is certainly more puzzling. I don't deny that I was more than a little pissed that the mastercard side excluded Chaya from certain parts of the discovery. There are so many twists to this story. Bilboo out
What event has occurred for this stock to perform so poorly. Has it lost revenue. No Why is Ajay still around. Bilboo out
Chaya is no longer using Constellation(Erastar) for marketing. From what I know I think Macrobull has a realistic time frame for some news. In my thinking we might see an interesting deal with a major player like google or Microsoft. They would love to blunt the thunder by Apple. Japan has used a different form of technology like Apple pay for ten years, MasterCard has lost a big lawsuit in Europe on fees it can charge. Probably will lower the fees eventually in America. These are all my analysis ideas. Apple uses a fingerprint to in the very beginning to authenticate the card that is being digitalized. Sound a little familiar. If you could use a different credit card system different than the mastercards or visa's would you consider making all that money using a different network that probably has lower risk of fraud. Has mastercard and visa worried. A major shift coming might be more than liability. Merchants will not go quietly in the night accepting liability without a lot of bitching when the time comes. We will be watching a major shift in banking next year. It shouldn't be long now. Bilboo out
All of us insane investors won't have to wait long for the NIBA conference. Wonder if Oberon has a hand in this or the same law firm as before. I wonder if they are insane macOS. No one makes you invest. While there are some issues, the internet site is not one of them. Look at mastercards. Worse than ours by a long shot.
But that doesn't make us insane. Now, who will get the info on the presentation? All you Johnny come latelys don't need to run down our stock. We will take up our issues ourselves with real investors. The technology speaks for itself or you wouldn't be here yelling insults. We know our problems and we are working on them, We are not friends, just posters taking a chance on an idea. Nothing more, nothing less. We all have dreams and hopes, but we aren't insane. Bilboo out
While Jorhan makes some true facts, he along with many people don't know the rest of the story. Many do not of the later investors. I am not here to defend all the points he has made. I too was less than satisfied by Brights performance before the judges panel in light of a very good brief. I will not defend Brights performance based on the mp3 recording. I am one of the few people who obtained from pacer the mastercard brief. I was less than thrilled by his use of Gussein's testimony.
That being said, Chaya did the right move in contracting with Oberon. It is the real thing as is Nicole Schmidt, a managing partner. We only need one angel investor to turn this into a real success story. Chaya just has to now find the right fit. I can't explain why she does the PRs but the progress is going on behind the scenes. Oberon says and demonstrates they don't take on just anyone. We are in a real battle with visa and mastercard still What this is really about other than the unbelievable advance in technology is a David vs. Goliath battle. MasterCard does not wants us to succeed. If you looked at prior battles over patent infringement with mastercard you would understand. Jorhan has a right to bitch about the timing, but there are real reasons why it has taken so long. Someday we will hear the whole story. Right now it is finding the right angel investor.Bilboo out
Europe courts have reduced the transaction fees that mastercharge can assess for most transactions. How soon before Americans demandthesame lower fees. It will probably affect the future profit numbers.
Well the volume was normal, but the price still sucks. What does Ajay have for Home Depot to stop the hack. Chip cards are not enough. We need fingerprint biometric cards to keep the transaction fees moving. Bilboo out
Some state are talking about getting the FTC involved in the Home Depot hack At any rate LMU is right about it benefits SMME.Couldn't happen at a better time for SMME. I really hate to see us dealing with the enemy though This stock price can't last too much longer though.
It will be interesting to read the judges final opinion. No false deed will go unpunished. Right LMU Those judges haven't tangled with you yet. It almost seems like we are in the catbird seat. Bilboo out for now.
I have pointed out why women and men would love this credit card. If it is misplaced or stolen, it is of no value or loss. Just a little hassle. Men will like the security. as well as women. Let us start a raffle when the stock will hit a dollar. That means the first date it closes above 1.00. I know that one ad in AARP magazine will sell a bunch of keyrings. We have waited a long time for this opportunity, Stay patient a little longer. My guess, less than six months. Bilboo out
News out today: Canadian government would like credit card companies to reduce their transaction fees voluntarily in a few months. Then merchants can reduce their fees to the consumer. Doesn't look good for mastercard and visa. There goes the stock maybe Bilboo out
Just when you thought it was safe to invest in mastercard the volume is down and the Canadian government wants them to reduce fees to the merchants for the consumers. There goes profits. Stock is already down 10& for the year. What was Motley Fool thinking recconmmending this stock. Bilboo out
Bilboo's thougts What could be better than a credit card that if you lose it or its stolen you"re protected from any hassle or use? How many times have you forgotten to get a credit card back from a restaurant? How many times have you been skimmed from a gas station? No problem with a smartmetric cartd. Sell the sizzle. Sell the status symbol. Oh the marketing potential. We just have to get Warren Buffet to use it? Bazinga. Or Kaley Cuoco.
Bilboo out
Not that we have ever wanted a merger or Chaya has wanted to do one. But Isn't it interesting that Oberon is very experienced at mergers and acquisitions.
I don't ever expect Chaya to do it but with the right money, who knows what could happen. The big two are in a terrible place having there stock down and Russia not using their cards Things could change quickly in Europe Not only could income suffer but how can you get a stock up without profits. Oberon research shows they don't mess around. Bale out is probably right. Bilbooo out
will people use a non-biometric card beginning in Oct 2015. MasterCard better get on the ball and get a hold of more secure technology. People will use a card that protects them from hacking and fraud. MasterCard earnings will fall. Get out of the stock before that happens. All things have a life cycle. Poor mgmt. is the problem. The marketplace will move on to the best security. Progress is a fickle mistress. It might be to late for mastercard no matter what Motley Fool says. Bilboo
I am not the answer department. Some of those questions must be asked of Chaya. Her phone number is at the end of the posts that she makes. Used to have e-mail address.
I can answer some basic questions but the others you must ask Chaya. I don't know if there has been a trial but she did speak at the banking conference so I assume that question was asked and answered' especially in light of the trial.
Oberon would not take as a client if they weren't convinced it worked. We will know pretty quickly if Oberon doesn't get funding. They are pretty close to the Jewish. Israeli community Look up how they started and where they used t work. Some banks close to mastercard and visa don't want this to be successful. Why? It changes their risk dynamics. It has taken 10 years to introduce a chip card in America when Europe had one a decade ago.Ask Chaya why they didn't change over ten years ago. When not if, Oberon gets this financed, The card will be rolled out somewhere else in the world. America will be later. The litigation actually served a purpose. What will mastercard or visa do when a bank wants our security with there network? Will mastercard refuse. Why wouldn'tthey let her be part of discovery?
So, call Chaya if you are really concerned if the card works.
Chaya has had funding before. If you are concerned, asked what happened to the money. Why go to the board when yo can go to the ceo for serious questions. Bilboo
Just some thoughts I wondered about, Can mastercard and visa compete with a biometric credit card on a level playing field?
Will banks and or merchants accept the liability shift, when they find out there is better technology available.
Will consumers worry about liability.
Will Discover or am express use it as a marketing tool. Discover just beat out mastercard and visa for best consumer card.
Is there really competition in the card market?
Is the chip standard already outdated?
Will large consumer stores drive the security business?
Are CEO's worried abought hacking type incidents?
Will Liability shift be the game changer?
Will consumers vote their preference by which card they use?
Will fees be a factor in liability?
Gas station liability doesn't shift for two extra years.
Will the fraud levels make a difference in merchant use or consumer use. Will Costco or Walmart change the dynamcs of the industry? MasterCard and Visa have a lot of worries to worry about. MasterCard stock is down 10% and volume is tanking now.
Will they get something to compete before it is too late? Bilboo out
WHO is running this sinking ship. Lousy stock price sinking volume and not perceived as the best card. Must be Ajay's fault. How long is the board going to tolerate this. All the other big stocks are past the recession. Terrible
contract in biometric solutions. What are they going to say to the banks when the biometric fingerprint card is rolled out. It's bad enough already. Motley Fool is wrong. Time will prove that. Investors dpon' invest in this stock like I did on Motley Fool recommendation. What a loser.
Lousy attempt in Nigeria to take the heat off failing in USA.
Stock price down, volume down, biometric deal Lousy. German technology by cryptogram doesn't cut it. We need a new board and a new ceo. How much longer does this fantasy have to go on. Bilboo
Any dumbass questions about Oberon Securities? This means you yser12. Any questions now about the offices in Vegas. Any questions about the card? You better have a lot of shares for all that Bitching. No, I won't let him off easy. MasterCard and Visa have spies watching every move Chaya makes. It's not illegal but it is scary. If you only knew some of the things she has been through to make this company a success. Yea, it has been a long road but it is almost over. I'm not a cheerleader as much as I realize what this technology means. This is going to be the lottery for many people. LMU surely has faith. Makes my 800,000 shares look like a piker. Let 's stay united a while longer. Keep the neverdowelll's at a distance. Bilboo out
User12 May be one of those spies. MasterCard just announced a poor effert in Nigeria to use a biometric solution. German company that has inferior technology to ours. But it shows they are aware a train is coming. They can't let smartmetric have a superior technology come Oct 2015. The horse race will start soon. Won't be able to buy the stock at these levels
when the bank that
rolls
out the first card is made public. Thank you for the awesome
research.[t][/t]
WHY do I feel trapped in limbo. Motley Fool recommends this stock and it dives. Does Tom Gardmer have a bet with you Ajay? Volume still down as well as the price. Terrible Mgmt. Bilboo
Discover card wins consumer award. MasterCard stock continues to lose volume. Where is the board of directors? Shareholders deserve better performance than this What is wrong? Bilboo
