I'll talk to the court clerk to find out why they are not public. En blanc for you newbies is the whole court of about nine justices. It would be my guess that it is about the Gusein testimony. Bright must be pissed about something in their brief because I didn't here much from them on the mp3 at the hearing. If I was a betting man I would guess Chaya is getting some input from one of her many friends that listened to the mp3 recording also. Our side should make public our brief and their brief , unless it is sealed till the hearing. Now those secret 5 or 6 page brief is certainly more puzzling. I don't deny that I was more than a little pissed that the mastercard side excluded Chaya from certain parts of the discovery. There are so many twists to this story. Bilboo out
