Dear P&D. Any rah rah yahoo not recognizing the recurring pattern hasn't been here long enough. Your vaunted PPS and volume = rotting tea leaves. The "news" is LM is still a top heavy boat anchor.
You are the guy you say you aren't. Have your fun PUMPER! For the record- I'm long (your mind reading needs help too).
Ever the gentleman. Apple's iLemon is 5+ years away. Beyond that non-news there is no news (always the case with this penny). The current irrational exuberance will come tumbling down in spite of Sandy's hope and change. Anymore I confine my transactions to RSI <30 or >70.
Any "frustration" has more to do with the .32 pps a year ago.
Oh happy day- LM is zoned for paper weight production! Check if plumbing is per code. Satellite maps for parking space width. DD done while unconscious.
This thread couldn't be more ridiculous. Keep trying though.
You ask Hauck to assemble all the pieces in timely fashion and then you complain. "Ahead of demand" sounds like a good thing for the sales team. Ordering 20 machines "ahead of demand" might be "pretty scary" (while at the same time exciting). This isn't a bad development.
No biggy. I would've preferred "Hard to sharpen but… isn't needed!"
Doesn't answer the question. Anyone else?
Confusing… doesn't "easily sharpened" equal "easily dulled"? I would've thought a Liquidmetal knife would be hard to sharpen. How do you get the best of both worlds?
"Then close your eyes and tap your heels together three times. And think to yourself, 'There's no place like Rancho Santa Margarita."
Like Kubrick's 2001 apes trying to figure out the monolith we are.

Please note your own admission of a recent error in Post 61260. Perfection, even for the gods, is hard.
Consumer Reports says Apple's phones are fine but once again Samsung beats them in a bend test by a bunch:

Apple needs to stop losing. A Liquidmetal case would probably fix the problem but, with all the investment by Apple, it still can't be done. We may be a long way off here.
A big, stiff phone probably won't be desirable when Apple gets around to building it:
Samsung Flexible Display Phone Coming
Apple under Tim Cook is no company we want to hitch our wagon to. I've been a Mac nut since the Apple Iic (30 years) but they're going nowhere fast. I thought there might be hope with the elevation of Jonathan Ivey but Cook's lifeless, bean counter approach to leadership has rubbed off on him. By the time Apple gets around to Liquidmetal it won't matter. Innovation died with S. Jobs.
You were asking why certain posters were MIA. I responded. It's not all about you.
iHub's new broken record filter?
Don't worry Charlie Brown- Lucy won't pull that football again! This is the last time...
RSI(14) > 70. Great time for traders to sell! Shorts to short! Longs to… uh… long.
"It is also being suspected that the device will come with a liquid metal body as Apple had just gain patents for liquid metal 3D printing."
From your article. Translate please.
"We do know about the dilution, lack of revenue, golden parachutes, stock gifts, stock options, bonuses, IP giveaway to Apple and Visser, expired alloy patent, special preferred shares…"
I did some work for an up-and-comer, Accelr8 (AXDX). The CEO has a cubicle right next to everyone else (no corner office for this guy). The conference rooms, labs, etc. are very spartan. Nice to see a company walking the walk with salaries, lifestyle, optics etc. The salaries/expenses/perks of our LM are embarrassing.
Dear Mr. Hipple, Mr. Cook and Mr. Neumann:
I have no information whatsoever regarding your plans for Liquidmetal IP.
I do however think the three of you are idiots.
I just thought all of you needed to hear that.
Sincerely,
Probably not smarter than you but it's obvious I should've moved some LQMT monies into GTAT around January last year.
Not complaining but is Tim Cooke breaking new ground in anesthesia every time he talks?
iHub LQMT- Daycare for pathological complainers.
A more civil answer might be:
Definition of 'Block Trade'
An order or trade submitted for sale or purchase of a large quantity of securities. A block trade involves a significantly large number of shares or bonds being traded at an arranged price between parties, outside of the open markets, in order to lessen the impact of such a large trade hitting the tape.
I don't know what you're talking about as I didn't have a question. Your "Welcome to the board" is a little late as I've been here since 4/30/2012. Also "ICC Guy" has nothing to do with me.
Otherwise, you're spot on.
Dear ICC Guy,
Welcome to the board. Please don't take my post as being insulting as it is not intended to be at all. It is very clear by your question that you probably know next to nothing about LQMT. An excellent way to give your self some background, and to get the answer to your question is to first go to the Liquidmetal website and read through everything there is there to read. There is a ton of information about the company, what they are involved in, a lot of info about their history and what their vision and strategy is.
After getting the full scoop from the companies perspective at their website, I suggest you read the sticky notes (the shaded posts at the top of the message board). If you did not glean the answer to your question from your comprehensive review of the website, you will definitely get it by reading those messages.
I would then suggest you go back at least a few months, but the further back the better, and read through the messages from oldest to most recent. If you do this, you will be one of the better informed posters on this board about all things LQMT. But rest assured, it is not just an Apple play.
WATTS
It seems that WATTS made another good call today:
LQMT'S PPS will never see again a bottom below 18 cents.
Not to be regarded as investment advice in any degree of inference.
Never considers himself
to be the third person,
nor (should you ask) the second person,
Nor should he be regarded as first person;
WATTS, in some accounts, is THE PERSON.
Anax puts his DD on his site for all to see. It's all sourced. You can buy it… or not. One "famous" poster here is obviously intimidated by it. I have no problem with it.
I for one listen up when a "retired business executive" speaks.
