Looking at the short lists on FINRA: http://regsho.finra.org/regsho-Index.html
BAC has had a lot of shorts the last few trading days. It'll be interesting to see how things turn out this next week.
Could this be part of the cause of the drop?

That turns out to be my luck too. I'm just waiting for the next chance to get back in.
Today went much higher than I expected.
Nice job to those who held on for higher gains.
I guess I could be considered an invester in F since I've been holding it for a while (mid-Dec). I do smaller trades with a couple other stocks so I do a little both. Still a bit frustrating.
What the heck? $12.85?
Yep. Maybe the start of a pull back?
If BAC goes to $8, I'm definatly back in.
...and still going.
$13 is looking nice right now.
I'm still holding until at least $15.
Thanks. I get the warnings in my TDA account and wonder if it's worth going over the 4 trade limit. I thought there might be other tax filing requirements.
Still. I'll take my few profits when I can, no complaints here ;)
touched just above $13 for a moment.
Let's hope we can stick with it!
Got up to $9.04.
I had a nice little day trade $8.87 -> $9.02
Just over $1500 in 15 min. I wish this was my job! haha.
BTW, anyone labled as "Pattern Day Trader" with their broker? Other than requiring $25k, what else chages? is there different tax requirements?
Gool luck to all!
Sounds resonable. Lots of sellers camped out at $9.
So far the market is strong but I would agree that $9 won't hold long. We'll probably see a good pull back after it gets there.
Almost at $13!!
Go Ford!
That's what I'm expecting too and I may buy back in as well.
Like others said, nothing wrong with taking profits.
I sold too. I play around with BAC but my main holdings is Ford (F).
I'm curious to see what happens in the next couple days/weeks.
With the positive financial news, it might help Ford to stay above $13.
thoughts?
Considering the sharp increase toward the end of the trading day, I would expect the Shorts to have a field day expecting everything to go back down to settle, although anyone who was short before the news is probably screwed at the moment.
Beautiful Day indeed!
Let's hope this Bull keeps going!
Looks like we'll find out soon enough the stress test results.
Very nice gains this afternoon!
Everyone still going to hold or sell and bail out?
Just shot up a lot more than I expected.
Well, so much for the days gains.
Dropped hard toward end of the day.
Look at that! We made it back to $8
Looks like we're going to bounce back to $8.
Probably wishful thinking, I know, but I'd like to see a surge on its way up to $10 soon but probably still take a few months to get up there.
I guess this dip does allow for good buying times.
Not sure we'll see $13 today but if we do, I sure wish we could stay above it and shoot higher in the next month or two.
Premarket is looking good so far.
I intend to sell at no less than $15.
I'm in no hurry to unload my holdings.
That would be nice to see $17 levels.
Some nice gains today.
Nice to see it's holding at the moment.
On its way back up!
The latest excuse that I'm seeing in the news is "Greek uncertainty". I bought into again at 7.89 when I noticed the dip.
Good luck.
It is likely for Election year to affect the markets.
So far, it still doesn't look good for BAC today. Premarket showed up on Market Watch for BAC and sitting at $8.
Wow!
Dropping soap?
Now that's an image I wish I could forget! haha
Good info to know.
I haven't done much with penny stocks before. I have much of my money tied up with Ford (F) and seems well enough there so no hurry to move it around at the moment.
Good investment?
Someone I work with recently told me about MSLP. I haven't followed this stock much. So far, it looks like a worth while company to invest in. Looks like it would be good for a long term investment (3+yrs). They seem to be expanding pretty well. I was going to put some money into MSLP but realized Ameritrade won't allow it so I'm now looking at Scotrade and Etrade as alternatives.
Looking at the stock history, it was above $1.50 or at least started there before it go to .01
How likely is it that MSLP could rise again to $1? or even .20 or .50?
Thanks
