who would want to sell 32 mill of their shares
for .0006 right before a news release? Even if we dont
know when the release is, the company is growing
and that is good news.
big buyers waiting on production contracts,
when aftc has legal rights from the army to sell it.
This month was the end of the first sbir contract.
And cleared up the issue of saying one thing and doing something else,
credibility, he is trying to be more accurate with his statements.
That is all, and he already said he was talking to new customers.
GLTA
that is wishful thinking before a pr
not saying it wont hit,
but very unlikely.
... like everything he as said has been true...
and we were supposed to have a pr last aug when
the second army sbir was approved. He told me that
in an email in april of 2011. And it was false.
I am just saying, everything he says, does not always
happen the way he says it or sees it.
and that is why I mentioned his credibility in the last email.
the issues are not really with the pinks like he had said.
I think that is over with now and things have been cleared up.
GLTA
because he cannot tell you any insider info
real info that would be good enough to hold the price up.
All our info is from the past, so we are waiting for
a real update.
because of no more dilution and he said the pr
was for real news, like new contracts and such.
(one of which was the second Army SBIR for $700,000
that was won last Aug 2011 and never released in a pr.)
<when aftc applied for current info on the pinks,
one of the requirements was to pr any significant $ contract
news within 5 business days of them getting the news,
that would have stopped all this guessing and delays, and that is one
of the reasons that I was holding, although the rating fell through.)
The pink sheets are like any other exchange, they have fees, rules and the companies that want to follow them have more credibility.
And he had plans to start production in 2012,
when the second Army SBIR was complete and the
had legal clearance to sell the new pump.
The problem with share price falling came from the 400% dilution.
In 2009 AFTC only had about 150 mill shares outstanding <that was
another reason I was holding> but when the co needed funds, they
diluted and sold about 400 mill shares to DEALERS at a DISCOUNT.
So AFTC did not even get much $ for that. Then the dealers could
sell the shares any time they wanted, and the dealers waited until
the press releases to dump the new shares. That is why the price kept
falling. I had emailed Mr McC about this a while back. I though aftc
had got a lot of $ from it and they didnt. I also thought all the
shares were sold fast into the mkt, but only the dealers had control
of when the shares were dumped. So, it was NOT the pink sheets and
NOT the so called imaginary naked shorts. Just dilution and how it
works on the pinks. That is what got mr mcc pizzed. How crooked the
dealers were, by getting the diluted shares at a discount and then
holding them to dump on the press releases.
So, by now, most of the new dilution shares should be gone and not
a factor during the next press release. Plus, a production contract
will widen the circle of investors and bring a bigger pool of funds
chasing a stable number of shares, so when demand rises, this time
it will help the share price and hold better. Although being on the
pink sheets will always have a larger % of speculators, AFTC is a
real company and a larger % will hold for growth. JMHO
and GLTA
and Proph, thanks for the link
the glass flowith over, we just can't drink yet,
1.5 years of company growth crammed into one pr...lol
0 - 0 ~~~~~~~~... snake eyes
zero volume two days in a row, this is getting good.
I think he should be back by now,
he seemed to imply one week for the army
and one week for the trip, but not sure.
GLTA
if the dow tanks after this last bull run,
and when the pr is released, this will be going up,
it may be the only
stock still moving up when all the rest take a bear break,
which may make it look even better. Maybe, being late can
sometimes be an advantage.
I am going to wait until next week to email head of sh rel...
and ask what is going on? again.
I remember him mentioning that is what he would like to do,
(I don't make things like that up), but it was a long time ago,
and if he gets a big fat army contract,
for the JP-8 combat fuel systems, then it may be possible.
Anyhow, it is all up from here. GLTA
before the second army SBIR award,
he was just too broke to pay for a pr.
Then I think the lawyers talk was about moving off the pinks
to the NASDAQ when the got a big production contract
and could afford it. Fairly simple growth steps,
he just wont tell us any of the real details.
JMHO
he is head of shareholder relations and has not done a press release
in over a year and a half, he as earned being pestered.
And, he said last month, 1 week on the army, then to mexico,
(at least one week)
then you are right, he will be swamped when he gets back,
but he did say he would do a press release and I just want
some credibility on his word and to really find out what has
been going on with my investment for the last 1.5 years.
There are no more excuses, the co is doing well, they are financially
stable and here we sit in the bottom of the pinks. That is all.
It is not the waiting I mind, but the lack of shareholder relations/
regular press releases when they win big $ contracts, (like the second
army sbir LAST aug for $700,000)that was never officially announced
(and he DID say that he would do a pr if they won that contract, but never did) and accountability.
GLTA
a new month, April 2012 anyone have any news?
I was thinking of emailing Mr McC again,
(because that seems to be the only way to find
out what is really going on).
but I think he is tired of my questions.

Subject: Good afternoon
Good afternoon,
I have been a shareholder for three years now and was wondering why the delay in the press release?
I just spent time answering your last 2 mails. I also spent a lot of time preparing the materials that we posted on the website.
I am very busy with the Army and others working on projects and negotiating new contracts. I work 75 hrs per week and haven’t taken any time off in years.
Next week I have a major meeting with the Army that will take days to prepare. After the meeting, I am going to Mexico for a week. I am sorry but the press release will have to wait. Please remember that the company owes way over $1/2 million, so I have the most to lose. We won’t lose, I never have in 45 years of business. Ask anybody.
I will get to the press release when I can.

<<<my guess was the 'big' army meeting was a final closing of the first sbir, and after that is done, he is free of their rules and can sell the new pump. Then, my guess about the trip to Mexico was to check out leasing a production line, (the usa race buyers must have connections on the other parts they buy and race with, ect))>>> all JMHO
that was two weeks ago, so lets hope the army meeting is done, and maybe the Mexico trip is done this week too, April could be the next good chance for the press release and any additional good news added to it besides winning the second army sbir. GLTA
can anyone see L2... this 5k covering the Bid + Ask
is BS... what are the real orders waiting at what prices?
thanks in advance.
the second army sbir for $700,000 is real news,
that was won last August,
and with $100,000 cash in the bank,
why hasn't this news been released in an official
press release, so the rest of the business world can hear about it?
It might even get AFTC more business and sales.
That is just poor shareholder relations. And being on the
pinks sheets is no excuse. A lot of companies start on
the OTC and still have regular news updates and press releases when
they win a $ contract, plus, they keep their fees and other things
up to date. No more valid excuses, he can hire someone to do it for
him if he wants to. He just doesn't care about the shareholders
because we are on the pink sheets. What good is a successful company that
does nothing for the shareholders in a year and a half.
At least I learned what not to do from this. From now on,
I am staying with companies that have to follow SEC rules.
JMHO
here is a start, I had to replace some and did a small buy order, was going to wait, but end of the month is coming and it seems
that the sellers are waiting for April.
everyone have a great weekend
the first 2yr SBIR ending soon is a big deal because
AFTC will be free to sell the upgraded unit on the open market.
and they will have less work as the requirements of the Army contract will have been completed. He will be able to concentrate on sales and production.
anyone know the date it started? it will end two years from that,
I thought it was in April 2010?
since Ford bought the DME test unit in 2009
I have been following since then. But some others have
been here longer.
good deal, I would buy more too,
but only have my shares to hold,
charts are still skewed... to the far left, any buy, before
the pr will be good. And even though it is on the pinks,
it is a usa company with $ and a real product. I looked
all over before I stopped here. Go longs.(and is is just
nice to have a mill shares of anything).
hi gaimaker, I think is is alphabet soup,
A for army contract, but he said the second SBIR
with high pressure JP-8 fuel systems for combat vehicles,
M for mexico production? (lease a good production line already
setup, just change the dies and could be parts soon...
K for south korea, but they seem slow, but the pres is
visiting s korea it is his first foreign trip this year,
E for EU car project or F, I cant spell... probably already
have a DME ele hybrid car design, but waiting for generation
#5 fuel system (the second army sbir unit may be done early,
this fall ?... he started early on it).
u.s.a. dme projects starting and aftc is supplying the parts.
that spells news and success,
the company has stability, $700k from the second army contract
to cover expenses for the next two years, diversity, and world
wide marketing...
also notice the ask is fake, only a mm covering with 5k
a gap up to 14 or ??? none of the quotes are real when the
vol dries up, we are really at .0015 - .0020 or better.
IMHO and GLTA
because they always have the $ to spend,
in order to win and keep sponsors
and AFTC has the new design, higher pressure
fuel injection pump. And racer's always want the best
most powerful equipment.
Jim is head of shareholder relations, and anyone can email him with questions.
Thanks Gnmkr, I guess since I have been holding AFTC for almost three
years now, that I just know a lot about the company. Plus, I can also, do diesel engine repairs, so I understand what he is talking about on the tech side. Everyone's input is appreciated. Keep up
the good posts, it has been a long time waiting, but the company is growing fast now. In the website release, he also said he 'thought' the Eu car project would get going again, late Spring, lets hope some good news comes of that soon too.
GLTA
he is going on a trip to Mexico
he is very busy and things are going well,
the first army sbir ends soon and he has to do
a big meeting this week. He said they were pleased,
and I am sure he will be glad to be done with the
regulations and such that he had to meet for the contract.
then, he said he was going to Mexico. And it was not
for a vacation. My guess is, since he has been talking
to auto racing parts people to sell the new pump to,
and because a lot of auto parts are made in Mexico,
that maybe the auto wholesaler already has some racing
production facilities there. If AFTC want to use their
production equipment and just oversee and make sure the
quality stays good, he might be going there to take a look.
If that is the reason, I hope he comes back with a production
contract and an easy place to start production and sales.
That would be one reason to wait on the pr, to add good news.
(he did say in 2009 that his goal for production was 2012)
That is just my guess about why the trip to Mexico.

This could be big news now, that is why the PR
and why does everyone think there is no 'big' news?
only next fall? He already said he had been talking
to customers in the racing industry, (which is the first
we have heard of that from the newsletter) and then
comes product sales. In the past, Mr McC. said he had
planned on starting production in 2012, and he may be
on schedual. Plus, the second army SBIR is
ahead of schedule, maybe the army wants it early too,
I am holding to wait and see.
LAST PRESS RELEASE...CASH FLOW WAS OVER $400,000
IN OCT 2010, IT WENT FROM .0020 TO .0050 ON PRE RUN UP
THEN, THE DAY OF THE PR IT HIT .0075 AT OPEN.
VOL WAS 80 MILLION x .0050 MIN PRICE = $400,000+ CASH FLO MIN.
AND... AT THESE LOWER PRICES, .0020 AND .0030 WILL CLEAR OUT FAST.
ASSUMING THE SAME (OR BETTER) CASH FLOW, WITH POSSIBLE PRODUCTION NEWS.
WHY IS ANYONE SELLING NOW???
that was 1 1/2 years ago, and the company has another army contract
and a product ready to sell and is talking to customers.
What is that saying, pay now or pay later? I am holding,
with no more dilution and products coming, being able to
buy 1 million shares will soon be wish full thinking.
IMHO
the delay was bec they didnt have the $ to pay for it
and now they can afford it with new business,
and Jim cannot say when it will be... or that would
be insider information, he is only being careful,
not playing games. He is too busy for that. Waiting
one week to follow up with a pr is fine. And I'm sure
he will be glad to get it over with and then he wont
get so many emails bothering him.
He said a PR would follow the news letter,
and that they had the funds to pay for it now,
and the last one was 1.5 years ago, it is coming, IMHO
here is a repost,
Post #6030
Hello,
Is there still going to be an official 2011/2012 summary-update in a press release?
It would be nice to have a company update that all the investors know is from you and current,
thank you

you can sweet talk this stock anytime
it sure has been a few years in the making.
And, on the pinks, it is like planting bulbs,
you never know what color or when they will come up,
but they always look great when they do. I am holding
in a tax free Roth IRA, in ten years it will be gravy.
And Proph, if you have been holding long term, and bought
when Luna said there was a special tax break for those
who bought 2 yrs back, (or so) and held 5 yrs ? something like that,
you may qualify for that lower tax rate. (than regular long term hold rate). GLTA
aka... the pro lurker with the most patience,
nice to see you back above water. Maybe the pr
will have small auto production contract that
they could start this summer. No telling, how long
Mr McC has been talking to the racing people.
And pr's are supposed to show the new sales.
GLTA
AFTC is safe with no dilution and no r/s.
looks like too much real growth to go back any longer,
a lot more investors want a co that is starting production.
And after waiting 1.5 years, the PR is coming,
he said he could afford it and has a lot of good news to release.
I am hoping that he already has a contract for the private
race market for starting production this summer. Jim does not
waste time, he also started the second army sbir early last summer.
it will bring in new investors who were waiting for production,
and at this low volume, you cannot trust the L2,
or what the actual share blocks are at the bid or ask,
too many MM going on, they just want to buy more lower
before the pr. Diversity in military, DME (Korea and Euorpe)
plus, now selling to the auto high performance mkt and
to the industrial hydraulics mkt is a lot and will support
a new price level.
the last pr was min 80 million shares at .0050
to .0075 and cleared $400,000 or better in trading.
And that pr was a army r+d contract, this time AFTC
has a product ready to sell and is talking to customers,
who are not in the 'green' market. In the past, the
run up before the press release was only 10% of the real volume.
GLTA
yes, they have real products to sell now and the
during the last pr it stayed at .005 all day,
and the best one was in 2009 when they pr a complete
DME test fuel system to Ford of Europe, it went from
.002 to .06, then Ford asked AFTC to sign
a confidentiality agreement. But is has been 2.5 years
since then and a lot could be done by now on that front.
will the press release have any contract news that
we have not been told yet? One of the main reasons for
a press release, is to announce new $ contracts. Maybe
some of the auto people he has been talking to, are ready
to start some orders? It is getting close and interesting now.
Jim also said in the newsletter, that he was getting some
'help' or 'funding' this summer, so something else is up too.
And if the EU car project gets going again by late Spring,
that has been going since 2009 and should be pretty far along.
I like the diversity and the number of different projects.
AFTC makes the fuel systems for diesel and DME engines,
and better than any on the market right now,
good enough for leading edge racing.
And the parts can be used in other areas too.
The Ceo is an ex Ford engineer, who started his own company, AFTC.
And he owns 1 mill preferred voting shares, so no one can take control of it from him.
And the resistance you are seeing at .005 was the price
it was at all day of the last press release. So, a lot
of people think it will go back to that. But the company
has grown since then. And if you look far enough back on the
stock charts, in 2009 this went from .0020 to .06 cents in one day on a pr.
I am holding, they are ready to take orders, (talking to customers in
the news letter) make parts and begin the earnings. That is a big step
moving up from r+d to customers and production. GLTA
